I had a bit of a problem with Mercers Furniture, you know? I went on their website and used their contact form to complain about some damage I found. But guess what? No reply! Can you believe that? I mean, come on, it's not like I was asking for the moon or anything. Just a simple response would have been nice, you know?

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with their customer service. I mean, if they can't even bother to reply to a simple complaint, what does that say about their commitment to their customers? It's like they don't even care, you know? And let me tell you, that's not a good look for a company.

Now, I'm not one to jump to conclusions or anything, but this whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I mean, I thought Mercers Furniture was supposed to be a reputable company, but now I'm not so sure. I mean, if they can't even handle a simple complaint, how can I trust them with anything else?

I just wanted to let people know about my experience, you know? I don't want anyone else to go through what I went through. So, if you're thinking about buying from Mercers Furniture, just be aware that their customer service might not be up to par. I mean, who knows if they'll even bother to reply to your messages, right?

All in all, I'm pretty disappointed with Mercers Furniture. Their lack of response to my complaint really rubbed me the wrong way. I mean, it's just common courtesy to reply to your customers, you know? But hey, maybe I'm just expecting too much. Who knows? But one thing's for sure, I won't be buying from them again.

So I recently bought some furniture from Mercers Furniture and I gotta say, I wasn't too impressed. First off, the handles on the furniture didn't match at all. Like, one piece had this gun metal grey color handles, and then another item had black handles. It just didn't make sense, you know?

And to make matters worse, there was a chip on the top of the sideboard. I mean, come on! I paid good money for this stuff and I expect it to be in good condition. It's not like I'm asking for too much, right?

But here's the real kicker. When I placed my order, it said next day delivery. So naturally, I was expecting my furniture to arrive the next day. But when I called to ask where my order was, they straight up told me that they don't offer next day delivery. Like, what? Why would they say they do on their website if they don't actually offer it? It's false advertising, if you ask me.

And let me tell you, the lady I spoke to on the phone was not the friendliest. She was quite rude, to be honest. I don't understand why some people in customer service can't just be nice and helpful. It's not that hard, is it?

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with Mercers Furniture. The mismatched handles, the chip on the sideboard, and the false promise of next day delivery really put a damper on things. And the not-so-friendly customer service just added insult to injury. I wouldn't recommend them if you're looking for hassle-free furniture shopping.
