We bought a couch and a loveseat on January 22nd, but in March, we noticed a problem with them. We decided to file a claim with the Montage insurance company. They sent me an email saying that it was Urban's responsibility to connect me with Lane due to the 1-year factory warranty. Montage contacted them twice, and I reached out to them three times, but I haven't received any responses. I just want my money back so I can buy from another store since they are not responding to me, even though I have given them enough time.
