I began with MRC in June 2021. I was taking herbal products, protein drinks and vitamins through MRC. I was constantly being introduced to new items to assist with weight loss. In Aug I had labwork done to check my kidney functions before starting the HCG product, My kidney functions were abnormal so they (MRC coach, Nurse Practitioner and Office Manager) said I should take AOD 9604 that this has absolutely not side effects and it would be great for my liver and they said they will not give me my money back for purchasing the HCG. So, I began taking this AOD 9604. Two weeks into taking the product I began telling the MRC coach how tired and exhausted I was; I was told this was normal. My blood pressure was never checked again after week 2. In Sept I also began taking B12 with 3 other liver meds in which I was told was good for my liver. By October 19, I was extremely sick. My liver enzymes went from normal to 1 month later over 600, enlarged liver, enlarged spleen, nausea, vomited, exhaustion, abd bloating, dark concentrated urine, changes in bowels. I was never warned of side effects and After purchasing 3 months of the AOD and 2 months of the B12 I was only reimbursed for 1 month of AOD. I am out thousands of $ on medical bills. My medical dr along with the specialists I went to said "this is related from the herbal supplements I was taking". Reimbursement of the 2nd month of AOD 9604 and the second month of B12 w/ liver meds. I only took a few AOD9604 from the 2nd bottle and never began the B12 with other meds. I am not asking for the 1st month of AOD9604 and Vit B 12 although part of me and the District Attorney in Co. Springs advised me to claim a refund for this along with the thousands of dollars on the medical bills. I have documentation from my dr. stating this is d/ t AOD 9604 product. I was told by the local office they will give store credit. After I thought I was dying from the direct liver damage this is a slap in the face to me and I have lost ALL faith in MRC's product.

Desired outcome: Reimbursement of the 2nd month of AOD 9604 and the second month of B12 w/ liver meds.

In October, I went to MRC west Omaha. I was given the sales pitch. I wasn’t given an option to think about the decision- i was told I had to sign then and there. It should’ve been a red flag but I was inundated with information and didn’t realize I wouldn’t have an opportunity to voice any concerns or get a refund. I purchased the 17 week plan along with a metabolic panel. I still wasn’t given the information on the plan or types of food that would be used or supplements used. During the pitch, i was bullied into purchasing the plan as it was a one- time offer. They used my desperation and shame into making me feel obligated to purchase this “program” from them that I had no idea what it entailed. just that they guaranteed the weight loss as long as i followed the plan. I took the metabolic panel I purchased home and took the test and sent it off per the instructions. It wasn’t until past the “cancellation” time frame that they had me come in to some one hour “class” where they pitched supplements that were required on the plan. They said that in order to do the plan I HAD to use their product and buy their supplements. I still hadn’t started the real eating program but by that point it was past the point of no return. So I purchased the required product from them. I am not disputing said product purchased at the “class”. They are being dishonest by saying that I am. I purchased those products with cash and another credit card, NOT the one I am disputing. Two days into the “program” I got incredibly ill from their protein drinks - which are - AGAIN REQUIRED -on the plan. So I called and told them I couldn’t do it because it made me ill. No one cares. My coach said to wait until i came in for my “session” to talk to her. I went In to talk to my coach who did not at all care that I had an extreme adverse reaction (i almost fainted once and actually fainted another time. I had kidney pain and migraines, which I never get.). She did not provide me with any information and wanted to know if I was following the plan. She weighed me. It took FIFTEEN MINUTES of my time. So you’re trying to tell me that I paid $300 for a “class” where they sold me supplements and a FIFTEEN MINUTE SESSION CONSTITUTES SERVICE RENDERED? NO, THIS IS FRAUD. THEFT. Plain and simple. What they did does not at all constitute what they promised in their “contract”. It doesn’t. Furthermore, I never received my metabolic panel results from them - which I DID PAY FOR. Again- more service I paid for I didn’t receive.

I was bullied and coerced into purchasing this program just to find out what it entailed. Yet I wasn’t given the opportunity to voice my concerns nor was I given any opportunity to make it right. I contacted them several times- these people only wanted more money from me. They didn’t care that their program was physically hurting someone! What they are doing is morally wrong and all I want is compensation for the money they stole from me for service they DID NOT PROVIDE. The receipts they provided in my dispute were not all from the charges I am disputing. Heck, take the $174 off of the charge for the supplements listed and refund me the $300 plus the $149. I am asking this to be fair. It wouldn’t even be an issue if they were professional and provided the services I paid for. I tried to talk to them about options but I was shut down. In her letter to my credit card company she tries to say I was “happy”. I never once met this lady who wrote the said letter and she does not know what goes on at that center. They violates the contract by not providing services I paid for and for putting my HEALTH AND LIFE AT RISK.

Is fighting to keep your measly $600 worth the reputation ruin? I will make it my mission to let my story be known far and wide and gather other victims of this fraudulent company. They prey on people trying to better themselves. It’s disgusting. All I want is a outcome to this mess and more people to be aware that this company doesn’t care about their clients. If they did, they would’ve kept their end of the contract along with some kind of resolution.
