Do not trust this company, they are manipulative liars, the last thing they care about is you or the community! They are liars! Absolutely & awful officially the worst company on planet earth they are evil and conniving, they treat their customers disgustingly, this company is immoral unprofessional and should be shut down entirely, avoid this company with a 10 foot barge pole and at all costs! You have been warned! This company is run by crooks, scam artists & conman. The most despicable company I have ever dealt with! this company is immoral unprofessional and should be shut down entirely, avoid this company the owners were removed from the board in condo , where they lived by the same owners through a recall for mismanaging money... the owners of this company went bankrupt in 2015, and today thanks to the lousy management of funds of the condominiums and their lies they bought another property they drive cars of 10 times the value than 5 years ago, they are liars and harmful, they had another management company that was denounced to the DBPR, government entity that controls these companies CIM PROPERTY ( TODAY CLOSED ) , and was found guilty and forced to pay money to the victim, they speak ill of the owners, with other owners, of the tenants, with the owners, they persecute the owners who, questioning them, will become friends with the president of the board and manipulate contracts, and vendors , making all your expenses more expensive until your condominium is melted
We have them managing our building in Miami Beach and now after many years of a solid commercial cleaner with a crew of 8 who came 3x a week it has been replaced with a team of 3 people who are "all purpose handymen". I suspect they inserted them and Im very concerned by the lack of care we're seeing already and the potential of eroding value.
