This is our fifth time using Michael's Flooring. Each and every time has been a great experience. Our salesman, Dan, was outstanding.

Good selection of products, good prices and great service. Confident in a successful project because of history of friends and family happy doing business here.

We've used Michael's Carpets for our personal home and three of our rental properties. Each time we received trend right products, superior service and excellent prices.

We were greeted by Angie upon entering the store. She was a delight. Service was great. Our carpet was installed as promised, they done an excellent job. The price was acceptable, service was great, 5 stars! Michaels is our go-to for flooring needs.

I appreciate that my experience at Michael's has been with people who are thoughtful, listen, and provide options. The end result is what we wanted, but without the help of their team, we wouldn't have had an outcome that is nearly as exciting! Thank you Michael's Flooring team.

Wonderful sales experience with Michael's! Amazing installers as well. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is that we were told it would take 4 days, and it took 6. We were matching 12 year old existing hardwood floors, and they turned out BEAUTIFUL. We are so pleased and would definitely recommend Michael's for any flooring needs.

We have gone to Michael's Flooring for most of our flooring needs. We have also received courteous and friendly service with them and will continue to use. They have always tried to meet our needs for any flooring we have chosen. They are friendly and helpful. All the guys from sale rep to measuring to installing have been great to work with.

Disappointed. Salesman wrote down wrong floor for bathroom. Let them put kitchen floor down and got right bathroom floor ordered. Took several weeks to get in. Set up appointment, had my worker take up toilet, but they never showed up. They didn't even bother to call. They kept putting me off like everyone else's floor was more important than mine. Finally got floor in, but nothing to compensate for my worker or tenant.

Terrible service. Don't use them for anything to do with hardwood. Poor quality and lousy subcontractor for refinishing. Their subcontract carpet installers were good after a bit of a rough start. I look at the reviews below and have to think it's friends and family because of our experience. We wanted to go with another company we have used numerous times but they were too busy and couldn't meet our schedule. Probably should have been a warning sign that Michael's could. They were unorganized, have lied and have given us the runaround on some unfinished business. Won't use them again.

This is the 5th room we have used Michael's for, and as always, the experience was excellent. Our sales rep (sorry for a lack of names, I don't have the cards on me) was very professional, listened to what we wanted to do, pointed us in a direction that would let us achieve the results we wanted and would save us money, and got us through the sales process quickly. The installers were great, efficient, and were able to complete the work ahead of schedule. They even remembered doing one of our earlier rooms a few years ago, so we knew we have some quality guys doing the work. Our room looks great and we are excited to start using it again.

Michael's Flooring helped me with a large carpet job, and they also helped some of my other relatives with their past flooring needs. They have a wonderful selection of carpets and non-carpeted flooring options. In particular, I'd like to give a shout out to the outstanding customer service that Kim Smith provided. She spent time to try to understand my budget and work within my budget while fulfilling my needs/preferences for certain types of colors and textures of carpets. Even after the job was finished, she followed up by telephone, e-mail, and even a holiday greeting card to see how things were going. When I wasn't satisfied with one of the quotes one of her other colleagues had given, she worked with me to find me a better deal. I truly appreciate her time and experience. You can definitely tell she knows what she's doing and is highly effective at it!

Michaels's Flooring has just been terribly. I have used them in the past and had a few issues. This time it has gone too far. I ordered flooring and the wrong vents were delivered. I did not know the wrong vents had been delivered until the very end of the job as we could not move our furniture back into the two rooms. The installers also just scrapped the paint off of the baseboards when removing them. I was told that the issue with the vents would be resolved the following Friday. I am not sure why it would take a complete week to fix the vents. Not sure why each customer order is not inspected before dropping off to the residence. When I called the Tuesday before the Friday, no one had did anything. The vents had not even been dropped off to the vendor to be corrected. I asked if we were going to make the Friday deadline and the answer was yes. I did not believe Brian so I asked that someone call me back to confirm. Of course we received a call on Friday that they would come on Saturday. Well on Saturday it was running so the team had to cut wood on the porch. Well they did not even bother cleaning up the wet wood chips off the porch, nor did they say anything about the baseboard damage. REALLY disappointed with the service. I will not be buying any other floors from Michael Flooring. Will take our business to someone who cares.

My wife and I had sheet vinyl flooring installed by Michael's Flooring Outlet on 1/1. Shortly after the flooring was installed we noticed seam lines showing in 3 separate places on the floor. We informed the company of this and they sent the same installer out to repair the problem a couple of weeks later. Well the seams continued to show a couple of months later and we called the company again and they sent the same installer out again to try and repair the problem. The seams in the other area of the sheet vinyl were fine and did not show at all. I wondered why they continued to show in the 3 other places. Two of the areas are in places that do not get any foot traffic at all. Well the seams were not repaired correctly for the third time and we called the company again to have them repaired. The same installer came out with pieces of the vinyl and tried to replace the vinyl but the seams still show. By this time I was not getting much cooperation from my saleswoman (I am leaving her name out per guidelines for filing a complaint) and the installer (ditto on the name omission per ComplaintsBoard.com complaint guidelines). I am now 8/18) trying to still get the repairs taken care of but I am getting no cooperation from Michael's Flooring company whatsoever. I went to the new location for Michael's Flooring outlet at 123 Main Street where my saleswoman now works because they closed the previous location due to, I'm guessing numerous customer complaints to talk with her on 8/17. She told me that she would call me at 4:00 pm and never did. I tried and call her this morning but she never returned my call. I just want my sheet vinyl tile repaired that is all.
