I ordered a product from Michco on 5/25, but I haven't received it yet. The problem is, they already charged my card and I can't cancel the order. I've tried contacting the company multiple times, but all they say is that some items cannot be canceled. They claim that these items have an estimated arrival time at their facilities and that all sales on their website are final. They also mentioned that my order has already been released for production and they can't make any changes. They promised to keep me updated, but it's been 2 months and I still don't have any product or information about when I can expect it. I've sent them 4 messages, but I haven't received a satisfactory response.
