The company had a Fall 2016 promotional rebate on selected sets of winter tires. I submitted my information for the reimbursement and got a cheque for $70. A few weeks later I found out that the cheque was refused by Michelin and my bank hit me with a $9.00 service fee.
Took 2 emails, 3 phone calls to find out that I needed to send all the original documentation to Michelin for a "review". Requested a replacement of the rebate, refund of my $9.00, and an explanation.
A month later I got a cheque for $75.00 - no explanation.
I was never told of a $70.00. I was told I would get one hundred dollars back.I received a MasterCard of $70.00 Michelin has lost me as a customers and lot of my friends on Facebook. I do have lot of friends. Family Tires Indianapolis INDIANA is where I purchased my tires. No more.as a senior citizen I don't like being taken advantage of. V.Stafford
