Had a technical question about tires.
Chatted online with michelin rep.
The result was that told me to go see a dealer.
What a waste of time
Called their support line... Hung up after being on hold for over an hour.
Bottom line is absolutely no customer support from michelin north america
Horrible experience.
If you are going to have customer support then that's what you need to do.
Support customers and keep them happy
