On day 122 and my claim status is still "pending adjudication". You can hit redial all day everyday and still not get a human being on the phone to discuss a claim. I'm surprised how well the people have been putting up with this atrocity. We should be surrounding the capitol with picket signs and demands for overhaul.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
The week of November 22, 2021, will be my 5th certification.
That is 10 weeks and my identity still has not been verified.
I have uploaded all the required documentation and it is still in progress.
I still call every certification week and all the agents say the same things, "those who handle this are backed up." I have burned through my savings and have maxed out my credit cards to pay utilities and buy food.
You never had to go through this insanity before. You could call and the agent you spoke to, could either do it themselves or alert someone who would, while you were on the phone.
