Guys believe me, never join Microland Ltd. It’s not a good company. I got a offer for Hyderabad location and the client was Nipuna Services (Satyam Company).
At client site there were lot of escalations daily and no engineer stayed more than six months.
Even program managers and team leaders were frustrated and don’t want to continue.
No proper appraisals, no feedback from HR or management.
HR Policies are not clear
You need to do lot of low category work at client site and also you need to accept scoldings.
Growth plan are not clear.
Higher management also don’t reply to emails of don’t respond on phone
Salary structure is not clear and lot of deductions which don’t have any explanation.
HR is rude and will never explain you properly the salary structure
I got relocation expenses after constant follow up’s with top management after six months and again it was deducted from my salary at the time of full and final settlement and I was told that this is a HR Policy, you will get relocation money only if you stay for one year 9which was never communicated to me earlier)
Even if you get offer letter from microland please contact me before joining.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
The complaintant has got his facts wrong. AFAIK, Mahindra Satyam is managing Satyam/Nipuna on their own.
In year 2007 Satyam/Nipuna (IT Infrastructure) was managed by Microland Ltd, also this complain is for Microland Ltd and not for Satyam/Nipuna
They also inflate the salary package by adding 10K as monthly incentives, 2K Night Shift Allowance, and other variable items. Finally what you get in hand may be less than what you received in your previous company. You cannot trust whatever the HR says, as there is no consistency in their statements. Be very careful when you are dealing with these people...!
Hi the above things are very meaningful.
You have to do the work what supposed to be done by some other department e:g: Coordinating with admin team, with carpenter, with electrician, doing manual paper work instead of updating onto Excel and new technologies.
People are from very old trends are laying in this company from a long time and becoz of 2 months notice period no company will wait for them and no alternative option is there in microland for re leaving soon.
Old tired engineer are now frustrated cause of not able to get a job and try to escalate every silly thing that can be ignored by a small child or by a company CEO but they notice it and send mail to High authority and they are also lazy reverting to that mail.
I am feeling very unlucky cause i have not seen this post earlier.
teenagers be aware to clear HR policies before joining if dare to jump into dark well that has no exit.
Notice period, Deduction, leaves, salary they all matters and one most important thing ! NIGHT SHIFT !
Never go for that until you get extra money.
