I purchased an Isuzu 280dt starter at Bethlehem Midas and I waited for it for 2weeks after I have paid for it. On arrival it lasted for only a week and it couldn't turn and I returned it back to Midas and I was told to take it myself to an electrical mechanic to be tested and it was found that the solenoid was a problem and I was told to keep the starter and insert a solenoid myself and I refused and handed it back to Midas. I'm not issued with another new starter nor refunded till to date I'm still waiting for the results on the one that I returned. Enclosed is the invoice pertaining to this starter. Will you please intervene and assist me in this regard as I'm now suffering without a transport because of midas. Thank you.
Desired outcome: Be given a new starter or be refunded as speedy as possible
