Mike's Plumbing provides excellent, efficient service. We had a leak late on a Friday afternoon, I called them, and within an hour they were at my home fixing my leak very efficiently. I would highly recommend them.

I'm known as the "toilet woman" Jeff at Mike's Plumbing is the best. All our plumbing issues have been corrected and or repaired perfectly with knowledgeable service people who are neat and clean. I would not use any other company but Mike's.

Nova was awesome! Called ahead, polite, knowledgeable and did a great job presenting us choices and installing 2 new toilets. Good employees are the face of a business and Nova certainly met and exceeded our expectations. Thank you Mike's Plumbing!

Just as promised the technician called 30 minutes before arrival. He was courteous, professional, and fast! The repair was completed in less than an hour and he didn't leave any mess. The price was a little steep but I guess inflation has affected everything!

We discovered a slight leak in our home and with guests arriving in a couple days were faced with a crisis. Mike's Plumbing sent an experienced professional who diagnosed the cause and completed repairs quickly and completely, We are totally satisfied and thrilled with the service we received.

The plumber was good and got the job done. Reason for the 3 stars is they are expensive! They charge $50 just to come out and assess the situation. This amount is not applied towards the cost of repair (I was assuming the $50 would be applied towards the repair). I don't think I will use them again due to cost.

Tried to sell me a 600 disposal Would not come back after a jam disposal Which was covered under warranty Had to call another company They were shocked to find how disposal was jammed and the 2nd opinion saved me 600 .00 Plumber was also shocked they wouldn't come back out since disposal was jammed Why was this plumber doing his job

I highly recommend Mike's Plumbing based on my recent experience with them. They provided a written estimate for the work which was very fair in comparison to other quotes received, and was provided very quickly. I scheduled the work with them and their technician arrived timely, explained what he was going to do and the work was of a high quality. We were very pleased with Mike's Plumbing and will hire them for any future plumbing work.

A leak detection company found a leak between my master bath and master bedroom. I called a company who came out and removed the drywall and identified the leak location. I then called Mike's Plumbing and spoke with Susan - she said they could have someone out that afternoon. She called a bit later and apologized - said they had an emergency, but they could have someone out the next morning. Travis came out the next morning and quickly repaired the issue. I was impressed with Susan and the way she handled the call and resulting reschedule, as well as with the job that Travis did.

We contacted Mike's Plumbing to replace our hot water heater. Jeff L. came out to take a look and give us an estimate. The estimate included a charge for $325 to drain and remove the old water heater and expansion tank. He verbally told us that he would waive this charge because "he had to be there anyway" to install the new water heater and expansion tank. He also told us that he would not charge us a $50 trip charge for coming out to do the estimate. We agreed to have them do the work, thinking that Jeff would be the one actually doing it. The next day, two plumbers from Mike's came out to do the job, and told us that Jeff only did the estimates. They proceeded to do the work for which we paid them. However, we did not see the final invoice before we handed over our credit card. We had to contact the office for a copy of the invoice and received it several days later. At that point, we realized that we HAD been charged the $325 we we told would be waived, and TWO $50 trip charges. We contacted Jeremy B., who is the president of Mike's about these two charges ($325 + $50) and asked him to speak with Jeff to confirm that Jeff had said they would be waived. After one follow up, he agreed to refund the duplicate $50 charge (which was never done), but never responded to our request to refund the $325 charge. Normally, this would have caused me to rate only one star, but the work itself was timely and well done. However, when dealing with any contractor, I need to feel that I can trust verbal as well as written promises made, and I don't feel that happened in this case.
