This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

I requested two credit reports for myself and my father early in October. According to my bank, Mini Credit Report set up a reoccuring fee. This was not authorized and is quite obviously happening to a lot of people. IT IS TIME TO TAKE ACTION. IF you are a victim of this please email me at jk.[protected]@yahoo.com. I need your name, date and amount of fraudulent charge from this organization. I am soon to be in contact with the largest law firm in the United States (Baker and McKenzie) and they will be filing a class-action lawsuit.

This is B.S! I ordered a free credit repot. I knew that I had to cancel within the alotted time, before I am charged for the report. Thus it is a free- trial. I did call and cancell everything. I got mine from the Privacy Matters 123 website. And i had 7 days to call and cancell before I was to be charged. I successfully called within a few days. and I was not charged anything.

I just checked my credit card today, and noticed I have been charged: $ 12.95. The statement says MNI*CREDITRPT MNTR SVC . What the! I can't believe it! I haven't even seen this website! I dont even have any emails from these people. Where did they get my credit card number.

I did not give them my credit card number. I hope these people get sued! seriously! I hope they rott, too!

They are going to get a call from me. And Im going to have to change my credit card number, too! I wouldnt be surprised if they get a hold of my new credit card number, which I dont even have yet!

Those! agghh!

I will be speaking to their supervisors!

Be aware of this company they are just out to steal well earned money at the consumers expense. Thinking I was dealing with a legitimate company only to find out that others (had been had) also by the same company, just as I was. 12.95 a month, when they were told specificly to cancel the account, and yet they took it upon themselves to continue! There should be a way that companies with a number of complaints such as this be put out of business, with no cost to the consumer.

I have had a fee of $12.95 taken out of my account from this place and both times, they were sent on different dates! But the problem is that I did not authorize this, I have been trying for two months now to get it stopped and I am still having this problem!

I would like to know how can a credit report company charge your card for something that you did not agree to or try to make an attempt to charge you card because that is what happened to me. they try to charge my credit card for $12.95 but wasn't able to how can somthing like this happen. I would like for this to be noted that I did not agree for minicreditreport.com to check on any of my credit reports. I would like to make sure nothing like this happen again without authorization.

I have faced a similar situation, except I got it taken care of immediately. On the freecreditreport.com website it gives fine print saying that its a 7-day free membership. After 7 days, if you don't cancel the membership, they will charge you a monthly service fee. So, I went to the FAQs and found out how to cancel my subscription. They say to call the number there for Customer Care. MISTAKE. I made two different calls and talked to two different people, and neither of them would answer my question. They kept asking different things, getting off topic of my original call. They didn't help me at all, but the phone number attached to my credit card statement [protected]) did help, at least I think so. I called and talked to a wonderful, plain English-speaking representative ( a nice thing these days ) and she said she would cancel the membership, stop future charges and actually credit back the $12.95 I was charged. I haven't received the credit yet(She said 7-10 days and it's only been one), but she was very helpful and hopefully this fixes the situation. I was furious from the first two calls but have regained my sanity as of now.

I recieved a charge on my bank account today for a website that I have never hurd of. The charge is only for $12.95, but as a single mother, working two, and still living paycheck-to-paycheck, that could have been dinner one night for my son, or an extra birthday prestent! I don't know how or why my information was recieved by this website or whoever, but I want my money back! I didn't go to this site, I didn't order anything from them so their is no reason why they should be steeling money from hard working people.

My banker suggested I get a credit report and gave me a site to accomplish his. I googled credit report companies and started to make application to one, but thought I had not completed the application. I re-googled and got the correct site and obtained a FREE credit report from them. In checking my debit card account I noted a charge from MNI*CREDITREPORT.COM for $1.00. I called my bank and at first ws told that if any other unauthorized charges came through from them (or anyone else for that matter) I could contest it, but it would take some time. I then googled MNI*CREDITREPORT.COM and got your site. I have closed my debit card to avoid the possibility that another charge would be made. I don't know who you are, but this looked suspicious to me and I got your site when I googled and am passing this information on to you so anyone else that gets a charge from MNI*CREDITREPORT.COM can take note and close their debit card and have a new one issued by their bank.

Awhile ago I went to this website for a FREE CREDIT REPORT. They have been charging my account $11.95 a month ever since. I never gave my permission for this charge. Why would I it's suppose to be Free. Can someone help me find contact information on this company? I have been in contact with consumer protection agency and BBB. I truly believe this is consumer fraud.

I did a people search which sent me to a page with a FREE gift. I selected a FREE credit report. It asked for my CC# but said it was just for researching my accounts history. Now, they've charged my account twice for $14.95 . How can I make it stop. I've chedked the site where I got into this, but nowhere is there a number or a website for me to un enroll in the service.

Never ever give a website your account number. There will be something in fine print you'll get charged for. You can go to your bank and put a stop pay on it... if it's the same amount each time. Look at your statement either via online or what comes in the mail. There might be a number you can call to see how you can unenroll in whatever it is they enrolled you for. The stop pay, however, will more than likely cost something... I think it's anywhere between $20-$30 dollars. That is, if you're used your debit card for the account number. Or call your credit card company and see what you can do about stopping the payment.
Try and google the company, for which you're being charged... could be another site to go to, to which you can find a number.
