I ordered 2 mascaras from this company approx 3 weeks ago, and I have not received my products. There is no telephone number to call. I have emailed 4 times, and each time my emails are being returned, saying delivery incomplete.
I am obviously not happy and don't really know what to do next, I just want my money back.
I did not get a receipt, though it is showing on my bank statement as money gone out of my account, from SP AMZN Cosmetic Stores GLASGOW £9.99
Desired outcome: I would like my mascara or a refund
I have had the same thing as you’ money gone out and my emails cannot be sent no come back! They say to ring them but have no number. My bank have told me to dispute the payment and they will get it back! Must be a scam. I have tried to contact Pinterest too as this is where they are advertising but cannot as there is no url
