I was very happy with the new roof that Prostruct (now Mission Restoration) installed and in particular Ron Allen, the Prostruct representative, who was friendly, honest, and very patient with all of my questions. The roof was put on quickly and done well.

I just had my roof replaced by Mission Restoration and they did an amazing job. The on site supervisor, John, was amazing to work with. There was constant communication and nothing left to doubt. I am already preparing to have them work on another job and I am very pleased with their work. Highly recommended.

I used Mission Restoration on my weather damaged roof. Ron Allen from Mission inspected and walked me through the process of replacing my damaged roof. Mission Restorations did my roof. It looks amazing. They checked on progress and kept me updated on everything. They cleaned up perfectly. I was impressed with how fast and professional they were. I already miss them all. Very professional and kind. Im so completely pleased with the job along with the price. I would recommend them over any roof company I have ever had contact with.

I needed my old shingles replaced a couple months ago and found Prostruct through a referral of a friend. They had told me they had a great experience and after working with them I can say that was an understatement. The contractor I worked with was professional, stayed in communication constantly with me and made sure I knew what was going on through every step of my project. They cared about our roof and their workmanship is beyond compare. They left our residence in excellent condition. It was like they were never there. We have dealt with many companies. We would NOT recommend ProStruct Builders. We dealt with Kyle, who was a smooth talker and was not honest or forthright with us on several matters. He padded his bill $4,000 for work he did not do and hid the amount under the roof repair, which came from our insurance proceeds. When we confronted him and asked for the money back, he refused. We cannot say he did not do a good job on the roof, as we can't get up there to check. Needless to say, we are not happy with Kyle and feel we were taken.

He was very instrumental from start to finish. He was professional & friendly & knowledgeable. The crew was fantastic ! Very organized & effective. Ron Smith of Mission Restoration worked with me to replace my roof after it suffered wind damage. He made the process so easy from start to finish. He worked with my insurance company and had the whole project completed in a very short period of time, it was incredible. He kept me informed every step of the way and even though they were very busy was able to work us in before the weather turned bad. The crew that came and replaced the roof were amazing to watch. They were so efficient, they had it all done in a few short hours. I highly recommend Ron and Mission Restoration.

Prostruct replaces our roof with minor out of pocket costs, as our insurance company covered the bulk of costs due to preexisting hail damage. The whole process was painless, as they helped me navigate the inspection and claim with insurance company, and set a schedule for replacement that was very agreeable to our needs as a family. And they completed the entire job in 1 day and the new roof looks beautiful! Prostruct also offers discounts on cost of insurance deductible through placing referrals or advertising their business with a sign in front yard. Overall, we are very happy with both the outcome and the process of getting it completed.

I have nothing but high praise for Mission Restoration who oversaw my roof replacement. He was very enterprising, visiting my neighborhood after a series of severe hail and rain storms. He explained in a lucid, thorough manner what the process would entail and an estimated price. I signed up and so did my next door neighbor. Mission Restoration interacted effectively with my insurance company which approved quickly the replacement after seeing the pictures he took and his description of the damage. (My insurance company -- Traveler's -- is also to be commended for acting so quickly.) With Mission Restoration overseeing the process, my roof was completed in a little over a month from start to finish. Give Mission Restoration a raise!

I am rating Mission Restoration as EXEMPLARY! My roof was extremely damaged by our recent monsoons. The process was fantastic. The project manager, John, explained the process, answered my million questions in detail and I really had confidence in his ability. He didn't let me down! The products needed to complete the entire roof replacement arrived like clockwork. The roofing team worked very hard and were polite and efficient. I was informed of everything every step of the way. They left my yard in great condition as well. Sarah removed my ceilings that were damaged and has a great eye for detail. John Smith from Mission Restoration was recommended to us by a neighbor in Denver who had his roof replaced by them. John Smith inspected our roof and gutter, determined hail damage, worked with our insurance company and got a full roof replacement scheduled. He brought excellent workmen who completed the entire job in less than a week. John Smith was very professional and easy to work with. He continually checked with us and the workmen to be sure all was going as scheduled. The roof looks beautiful and everyone involved was efficient, polite and followed through with everything we had agreed to. We have several skylights that have leaked in the past. We were concerned that they be sealed properly. John Smith told us the process they would use to be sure they were sealed and would not leak. We had a rain a few days after the installation and no leaks. We would highly recommend Mission Restoration and especially John Smith and his crew.

We regret every have using ProStruct Builders.LLC to replace the under lament on our house. I identified a location that needed to be change, it was discussed and I was told it would be corrected. Well that never happen and the problem area got worse. The extreme lack of supervision was very apparent in numerous locations. The crew broke my gas meter and tried to hide the broken parts, good thing there was not a gas leek. They damaged other items without letting us know. Stretched the tile by changing the lap from 4" to 3". Tile is very unstable to walk on do to improper installation of the wood battens. Did not place a cover on one of the fan vents. The list of items of poor workmanship is extremely lengthy. Recently I have contacted the Boral Tile Representative to see if they have a problem warranty of the under lament, based on the poor workmanship that I have uncovered. Bottom line you should avoid using them for your project.

I just had my roof repaired on my home. Several things impressed me about this company. I was a bit nervous as snow was coming to the high country in Arizona and I questioned whether the work could be completed in just two days from tear off to installation. What a group of hard working men. The work was done in what seemed record time. Folks showed up when they said they would, worked well in the late evening hours and they did a meticulous job of cleaning up after the roof was installed. I cannot find a nail, staple or piece of old shingle anywhere. I especially want to mention Ron Allen, the Project Manager, who spearheaded this new roof. He was a pleasure to deal with. The most important part of his great customer service skills is that he was always available. He answered my several calls and was reassuring about the timeline and process. I cannot say enough about how pleased my wife and I are. We are joined by our several neighbors who also had their roofs replace by this excellent company. Kudos to Ron Allen and his entire crew.

I had a lot of hail damage to my home. Mission Restoration walked me through the whole process. My insurance company and mortgage company were absolutely horrible to deal with. This became over a two year process because the insurance company didn't want to do things the right way and then the mortgage company wanted to collect interest. But Mission Restoration stayed with us and worked and helped us the whole way. I would not have blamed them if they decided to walk. When we finally did get approval the work was done professionally and quickly. Mission Restoration was always in contact with me throughout the process. There staff made calls on my behalf to the insurance company, I really feel that they went above and beyond. They used top notch materials and did the job right. What is amazing is that even after the work was completed Mission Restoration has come back after two bad storms just to check the roof. I could not give them any better of a recommendation. They were trustworthy and professional. Hope I don't need them again, but if I do I will use them without question.

THE MISSION RESTORATION TEAM LIVES RIGHT BEHIND US AND SOLD US A ROOF JOB DONE IN NOVEMBER. I HAVE TRIED TO GET AHOLD OF THEM WITH NO ANSWER. WITH ALL THE RAIN HERE IN OUR AREA, THE SKYLIGHT HAS A ROOF LEAK THAT THEY NEED TO COME BACK AND REPAIR. IF I DON'T HEAR FROM THEM IN 1 WEEK, I AM GOING TO FILE A COMPLAINT TO THE REGISTRAR OF CONTRACTORS (ROC). THEY NEED TO FIX THE ISSUE. THE CONTACT NUMBERS THEY SHOW YOU CAN'T GET THROUGH. We were approached by John Smith of the company Mission Restoration to look at damage of our roof from a spring hail storm. He found damage and helped us to file for an insurance claim. On May 25 we paid Mission Restoration $11,594.66, part insurance money and part our own savings, to put new roofing on our house. The job was scheduled for July but got pushed back to October due to weather. On October 3rd, John called me to tell me our solar company could not come out to take our solar panels off so he was going to have to schedule his team to do it. We have not heard from him since. I have tried countless times to call and email John Smith, Mission Restoration headquarters, and other representatives of the company I found online without response. We would like a refund.
