My Account
I lost access to an old account under Independent [protected]@gmail.com (I think?) & started a new account under [protected]@gmail.com under which I've already amassed over 5000 pts. The face scan, which I find violates my privacy & is intrusive to me, is still connected to my old account. I've asked for help fixing this numerous times to no avail. Maybe be filing a complaint I will be able to get somewhere.

Its impossible to get ahold of anyone at Mistplay. Everytime I try im unsucessful. Their support line on the website is always unavailable as is their FAQ line and everyother line that would and or should be an outlet to any communications w the website. I was trying to inquire about all my points that should have accumulated a significant amount, but nit being able to reach anyone makes that an impossible mission and makes me think about all the money this app must make w all the commercials thet make u watch and that really ticks me off. Finally decided to look outside ther website to try and give them any kind of benefit of doubt and found this website.

Their app
I received a account ban this morning, I'm guessing it was because I used duck duck go VPN while I played. I did not know this was a violation of TOS until they banned me. I had no prior knowledge of this in the TOS and they did not notify me that this was a violation until they put the ban on my account. They should have explicitly told me that was a violation while I used it. They told me turn of ad blocker but that's it, not that it was a violation of TOS. App continued to let me play for a total of ten hours and 4,5000+ points before the ban. Contacted their customer service via email and they said 3-5 days before response from them. The VPN was on the whole time and continued to let me play, now I can't use my account or points because of this. Please help me lift my ban

Very poor customer service
I've been playing the mistplay app for the last 2 years on and off. I haven't had problems trying to redeem gift cards in the past up until now. Unfortunately with the last four gift cards that I've gotten within the last 2 months, all for $10, all Walmart gift cards, Mistplay has been screwing around. Completely ignored me no matter how many messages I sent support! It says in a brief message when you purchase a gift card from Mistplay that it only takes 48 hours for the gift cards to come, which most of the time is right. I have literally had to message them and ask them why 3 to 4 days later my gift cards still haven't arrived only to be ignored by them. I have also emailed them a week ago regarding missing units and loyalty gems for purchases I've made in the game for a task that I was trying to complete. I still have the screenshots I sent with the message. I completed the task "twice"! No compensation was given, no units were given and I did not receive my loyalty gems. I still have not gotten an answer from these people for either issues. I'm getting so tired of this with this stupid app! Seems like the longer you play the more b*ll[censored] you have to deal with. I just want my missing units my missing loyalty gems and my missing gift cards,...how hard is that?.. You've made promises to pay out to people! Like why is it that you're not paying out to loyal customers? Fix the issue immediately or there will be a lawsuit on your hands.

Problems with gift card
I redeemed a $10 PayPal gift card on the 4th I believe and still have NOT received anything. I haven’t had any problems with it before , this is the first. I do have a different email on PayPal which is [protected]@gmail.com and the one I use on mistplay is [protected]@gmail.com but i would really appreciate if someone could help me in receiving my $10 gift card. Thank you.

Not happy Paypal shouldn't have been removed people are struggling with bills and to buy food Paypal I was going to cash in my points for money wich right now the extra money I need to get buy rather than asking my elderly parents who are in there 70s ! I'd rather try and find the money this way so please please can you add Paypal back to misplay as I feel not just me but many other users would prefer Paypal I think to help them get buy so angry that's why I came back to Samsung phone soni could use misplay again for paypal but again came to downloaded it and played then came to find paypal isn't here it's a HUGE PUT OFF
Desired outcome: That you add Paypal back on to misplay as an extra source or choice of what we would rather have as a customer
