I had previously written a bad review of the Enjin Wallet that was unwarranted as the issue was of my own misunderstanding. Imported wallets on Metamask need the base wallet imported to Enjin. Also, additional wallets created within one MM account share one pneumonic recovery phrase. Many thanks to customer representatives Shane for being knowledgeable, expedient and most of all patient in your dealings with me as an individual.

I have added Enjin to my portfolio, IPhone, and morning routine as of now.

I made a bone head move and lost my NFT! I wanted to move wallets but didn’t know what I was doing!

I was stressed and didn’t know what to do. I’d heard you can’t get crypto back if you send it to the wrong place.

I contacted support to see what they could do. I got a response quickly with instructions to recover my NFT! I was super excited but also had reservations about if it would work.

The rest is history! The recovery was swift and I’m back in the game. Thanks Team ! I couldn’t have done it without you!

Holes you have to avoid to not get robbed. First I lost 30$ in gas fees trying to use usdc believing that you can “ convert and trade “ with Enjin wallet didn’t mind that but then realize you can do ANYTHING but send or receive usdc so it’s literally just stuck their this was 75$ robbed when I was trying to use it to support lost relics how f cheap of them. Don’t trust these wallets with much money you’ll lose it all just trying to move it around the 1,000 wallets u need to play.

First off, let me say Thank Etay, one of the service representatives there. Etay figured out an issue that Coinbase could not solve over six months and he did it in 24 hours. I highly recommend this wallet. All of these other wallets are charging way too much in gas and expect you to know all the lingo right off the bat. Coinbase kept and I said, please talk to me like I’m because I have no idea where the hash is and until I do, I cannot give it to you. Of course I got no response from Coinbase Wallet. I just got $200 from me. Readers beware. Stay away from Coinbase Wallet and Get Enjin Wallet.

my wallet passwords are over 100 characters and stored in a secure password manager. the app does not allow paste actions. if it can’t adhere to security best practices and wants to roll their own, they can take a hike.

***UPDATE***
They responded with that they do not allow pasting of passwords for security purposes. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS EXCUSE. There is NO CISO that would ever agree with this statement. This practice leaves out password managers, a BEST practice. It promotes users using weak passwords or reused passwords.

If a company is going to use anti-practices in the industry and claim it is for security, then you must wonder how many more anti-practices they have rolled into their backend systems. Any company who does not conform to best practices as seen by the entire security community, should not be trusted or used.

I am forwarding this app and their response to others in the industry for their comments to come. Perhaps the only way for them to see the light is through strong peer pressure.

Phone was stolen, all data wiped, how hard is it for someone from this company to reach out to a customer who is wanting to dump money into their platform. Just need my password.

take your money and burn it rather than waste any time getting screwed over by hefty fees. no wonder the government wants to step in. these creators are taking all your money. BEWARE

This is just a fair warning to my fellow Crypto Community to not use this wallet. You can get your coins tied up and won’t be able to retrieve them. Worst crypto wallet I have ever used.

Things were going good until. 80k xdce went missing. Sucked out of my account no idea where it went or why, can’t get anyone to talk to me. Listed as a transaction but I didn’t send it.

I use biometrics to access my wallet, and when I transferred all my data to new device, it stopped working. I have no option to log in to my account and now I can’t access my wallet and coins.

This app is amazing but also annoying too i tried scanning a NFT for days and it keep saying now available to claim now today they said it’s finished what an insolence. Please fix this problem.

Back up wallet doesn’t work well. Old BTC address gets lost. Can’t recover. Very poor back up system. Works good when there is no problem. But when there are problems, it’s easy to lose money.

Can’t really do anything except hold coins. Very hard to assess transfer costs. Was disappointed that you can’t even exchange into Enjin… I thought this was the whole point of this app… I don’t recommend.

After losing my password I did the 12 word code thing to import my old wallet and it came back empty... and there’s nothing anyone can do for me says their faq... I really needed that money for food and bills too! Is there any other way of recovering what I lost?

Got the wallet hoping to move some coins and stake, unfortunately can’t find any data regarding staking and rewards. Due to this I’ve moved zero amount of my coins as I’m unable to see the benefits. Yet I’ve read I can stake several of the coins I want to move, pity.

Literally woke up this morning and all my BTC on this wallet was gone. When I click on the coin in the wallet it will usually show all transactions you’ve made with it. Now when I click on it it shows nothing. No transactions of any kind. I backed my wallet up and everything.

I tried to swap crypto using enjin wallet from Dogecoin to Enjin coin, it’s been 5 days and it still remains pending, I even had to download the latest update yet still I don’t get the replacement bottom. I’ve been nervous and don’t know what to do , I hope you can help fix this errors!

Horribly slow… most exchanges don’t charge you much to swap some are even free. But when you pay a premium to swap fast you still have to wait hours for it to complete I have been waiting for 5 hours and I believe this will take weeks or will never go through. Don’t waste your time with enjin.

Hi , I’ve been trying to exchange my Doge coin on my Enjin wallet into my Enjin Coin account but it keeps on saying an error whilst broadcasting your transaction. I have added a screenshot of the issue just so you know the problem am facing at the moment. I hope you can help me fix this issue. Thank you

Well let’s see! being that I get directed to the App Store to upgrade my wallet before I can use it again is understandable, but since there isn’t an option to upload the update only open pre-existing app as is... or stuck in a glitch I’m leaving not even a single star if I could!
Ohhh, I don’t have time for this!

Installed it to review their platform for a potential game partnership, but was immediately turned off when I saw they weren’t using the built-in iOS keyboard. Sketchy and not the feeling I’d want my users to have.

Update in response to developer question: No, I have not contacted support as this isn’t a support issue. You want to use a custom keyboard, that’s your call and I’ll stay far away.

I sent a transaction from their app and it has been over 2 months now and still have not received my funds. Gone back and forth with customer service and always get the same run around and will probably get the same reply here. I have provided them with my Transcation ID countless times. It’s always Someone telling you to DM then they screw you. PLEASE I REPEAT PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS WALLET OR APPOr anything ASSOCIATED WITH ENJIN

Incredibly high exchange fees when exchanging crypto’s. (Exchange fees ranging for 7-15%)

Pro’s: easy to use interface, lots of trading exchanges pairs, quick settlement

Cons: extremely HIGH fees when exchanging crypto’s. Also it does not tell you the price in dollars of the transaction fee. For example if you exchange ETH for ENJ. It will only say you will receive this amount of ENJ.

Advice: please state the transaction fees. The more clarity the better.
