SCAMMERS
SCAMMERS. They send failng devices that will break after a little bit of use. Theres many better options do. not. waste your time on this company. The support was absolutely horrible too so if your device does break be ready to jump through hoops to get it fixee or refunded. They also refunded me and i had no other options i wanted a replacement but they basically just said *** off. I will never recommend this company or every buy from here again.

So not cool when they say returns are free. I also bought it on a Friday but it was past the cutoff time and I didn't know that because they hid it. It didn't arrive until the next Wednesday (I bought it for school and it came after school started because they covered it up)! I'm giving them 2 stars because what I got was awesome, but their customer service was terrible. I think a company's product can only be as good as its service. The company lies to customers with false ads. Not recommended. (Just so you know, I was returning it to upgrade to a newer laptop version because I had enough money to buy it.)

I called UPS, and UPS said they never received my package. They opened an investigation to try and find my package. Plug tech said they would give me a refund once UPS finished the investigation.

I bought a refurbishd Macbook Air on June 1 for $269.99. Got it in an ok time. Laptop worked for 40 days and then wouldn't start up. I contacted *** and their online chat support but no luck yet as of July 18. It's been super frustrating, they take 48 hours to respond. I tried to use the return credit for a new device but their system kept messing up and in the end, they took the return but I never got confirmation for buying a new device for $279.99. After lots of emails and hours on chat, my computer still doesn't work. I asked for a refund but they said it's been more than 30 days. I asked for an exception since I got a broken laptop that only worked for 40 days and their support has been a nightmare. I also asked to talk to a boss or manager or someone important twice but no response. I don't want to deal with them anymore. I want to return the broken laptop and get my $269.99 back.

I bought an Iphone XR on September 9th. When I bought it, the company was called Ecommsell and they offered a 1-year warranty on all devices. The warranty covered returns, repairs, and replacements if needed. My order number for this purchase was #***. The phone was supposed to be in "Like new" condition, but when it arrived, the back camera was foggy. We thought it would clear up once we took it out of the box and let it sit in the open air. However, after several months, the phone started having technical issues. The screen visibility became poor and it would randomly shut off and on. I contacted customer care multiple times, but they gave me the runaround. They claimed that I didn't purchase from them and couldn't find my order number. They almost resolved the issue once, but it turned out to be just a message saying I could return the item. However, they never made an official claim or provided any instructions or labels for the return. They also mentioned that I didn't purchase from them because they changed their name to Plug in October . I'm not sure if they erased all previous history, but I have my receipts and emails to prove our interactions. Some customer care agents deny that these interactions ever took place. I'm extremely upset and disappointed with this $349+tax purchase. I can't get any assistance with it.

The Apple *** that was supposed to be compatible with it turned out not to be compatible. I had to ask for special permission to return it, which I did. Then, when I tried to exchange the items for a new iPad and the correct Apple Pencil, I encountered some problems. They wanted to charge me a restocking fee for the defective merchandise. When I tried to exchange it, I got a 422 error. They told me their site was working fine, even though I sent them a screenshot of the error. Their response was asking if I was trying to return something, or they would give me a new shopping cart, or it would ask me to make a payment for the exchange. I've chatted with multiple agents, and they said they sent it as an urgent customer service matter, but there's still no response. They won't give me a phone number to call and resolve this. They guarantee a full refund within 30 days and a 12-month warranty on their products. I think they're just trying to stall for 30 days so they don't have to take responsibility. Their customer service is really poor. I even asked if they could set up a manual return for the defective items and exchange them for new ones, but I haven't received a response yet.

I don't know what kind of business this company is running, but I've seen others complain about them being illegitimate on social media. People say they received empty boxes or nothing at all. At first, I thought it was just jokes and people not wanting the company to succeed, but now I believe the consumers. Also, when I looked at the delivery document, it didn't have my address. It only said it was delivered to Memphis, Tennessee. I do live in Memphis, but usually, when a package is delivered, you see the full address. It just said Memphis, Tennessee. It also said it was left at dark. I don't like having my time wasted. I work hard for my money and I try to support new businesses, but this is where I draw the line. Once you take advantage of my kindness, it becomes a problem.

I bought a phone [***] and in 3 days it said it was delivered to my campus apartment, which was April 26th. As soon as I saw the notification, I went to check my mail and nothing was there. I asked management in my building to look and they couldn't find anything either. I contacted chat support on their website on April 27th AND sent an email, and chat support said I would be emailed back about this within a few days, & that never happened. I decided to contact chat support again asking for updates and all they would tell me is they don't have any because they don't handle these stolen/lost item cases, but that they will mark my message as "urgent" and someone should get in contact with me via email. This went on for 4 MONTHS, where I would go on the chat every week asking for updates and no one would tell me ANYTHING. I finally got an email from higher ups that handle the lost/stolen item cases but they refuse to help me because I should've reported this all within 3 days of the delivery, which I did. UPS cannot open an investigation because I was supposed to open it on my end within 60 days of the delivery, which again, no one from the company told me about even though I asked since April for them to let me know if there's anything I can do on my end. I am still to this day emailing back and forth with them and they refuse to answer my questions or even provide the "proof of delivery" that apparently UPS has yet I never have seen. It seems like PlugTech is putting the responsibility of this lost/stolen item on me even though I NEVER received it and Plug never made an effort to contact me for months, thus neglecting me as a customer actively seeking answers for months. I don't know what else to do. I'm a college student struggling financially and this company is refusing to take responsibility for their lack of communication, professionalism, and negligence.
