I ordered two portable space heaters. I recieved 6 space heaters and was charged for 6 space heaters. Due to a glitch in their website my order was processed 3 times.
I asked for them to refund the overcharge and to provide shipping labels to return the 4 items I did not order.
They expect me to pay for shipping of the remaining 4 items, that I did not order, and that they charged me for, in order to get my refund.
Terrible customer service! Why would I have to pay shipping for their mistake?
I expect an apology for the error in charging me three times and for the inconvenience of me having to return items I did not order. The only way for me to get a refund is to pay to return items I never ordered.
Desired outcome: paid shipping labels to return 4 items I never ordered
