I purchased a space heater from Modern Life Trends. I didn't work as promised and requested to return it .After multiple emails they gave am a phone number that was restricted, so I emailed again, many times. Finally they gave me an address to return it to and watched the tracking when be received. After 2 weeks I emailed them again and they said they didn't get the item and asked for the tracking number. So I gave it to them and they told me to call the phone number they doesn't work. They just keep sending me in circles. This all took place starting in October and I'm still trying to get my refund and it's almost December

i also got ripped off by the portable space heater...they charged my cc even though i did not complete the order online! I disputed, recieved the product, undisputed, found out when i opened it it was a piece of junk! What can you do...i will be watching my cc closely though,,this company is definitely a scam company!
