Mondo Cellular review: As the consumer right can I get what I was sold for and an urgent feed back.

please kindly assist me I have taken a contract laptop with Mondo as their agent call me and offer this special to me of a Laptop for R199 and I ask her many time how certain is she with this offer she said no it R199 to my suprised my Mtn account came with a debit order of R455.00 extra when I asked them they say its is the laptop that I took and I explain to them that no this laptop was sold to me for R199 not this amount laid a complain with MONDO they did check and they found out that I was misled with information so I ask them since I know my customer right and its not my problem that this so called agent sold it to me for R199 they say they will log a case for me but still now I havent recieve any feed back and my worry is that they will keep on debiting this money that I didnt authorised
