I have ordered these hair vitamins and realized they do nothing for me. I've been shipped another 3 month supply which I've been trying to return, however the company has not responded to my emails for a RAC. Several emails sent and phone calls made and no response. This company does not live up to what they say regarding refund and I'd like assistance in getting my refund. Thank you

Placed an order April 15. I didn't realize price was being quoted pet bottle as the total price. Sent email to cancel, said would respond within 72 hours. Nothing. The product was shipped April 17. Sent numerous emails, no response. Called and have been on hold for over an hour, every time I call. Sent email to request RMA for return, April 19. Don't know if I'll get it. Only way to get refund.

After multiple attempts to call and emails sent on 4/15 and 4/22, I have not received a response to my request for instructions for returning the product for refund. Response to email was promised within 72 hours and product refund is guaranteed if returned within 90 days of purchase.

I have tried several times and have not received any response.I ordered one bottle of their vitamins as a trial. They have me on automatic renewal. I ordered the pills to make your hair grow after seeing an add on tv. this was I think in Feb. or March . I received the pills and started taking them I didn't notice anything for a few months but my hair did start to grow. I didn't realize I would be getting a shipment every 3 months. I have tried to call with no response only the recording that they would get back to you and they never do. I have sent e-mails lots of them and just simply get a runaround. They say they have no record of me no address, no phone #, yet every 3 month I receive an order and it is billed to my CC. I want this stopped, at this point I just want it stopped I would send the last order back if I could get a authorization code.

On Feb 7, 2021 I paid $140.97 for 3 bottles of Clinical Formula Hair Vitamins. This product had a 100% guarantee if returned within 90 days of purchase. The package was delivered on Feb 16, 2021. On Feb 23, 2021, I emailed Hair La Vie support to return the unused product with a refund, since I decided to consult my doctor on their product, and was told that it would be unlikely to benefit me. I received a reply on Feb 26, 2021, with instructions for how to return the product. On March 4 I shipped the product, back and it was received on March 11. I have tried to contact Hair La Vie multiple times, after waiting 30 days for the return, as I was told to wait. I have tried to call multiple times, and have emailed several times. I would like my refund.

I was charged $400 and was only supposed to pay $179 for a 6 month supply of hair vitamins. I went on the website to order hair growth vitamins because my hair is taking a while to grow. I check out with a 6 month supply of vitamins and in the billing process I was asked if I wanted to receive a discount on the 6 month supply, so I agreed and then without confirmation charge my card for 12 bottles. So they added an extra 6 month supply with the discount and left another in my cart and wouldn't let me check the cart and charged my card $400. I tried calling several times this morning to just get my money back for the ones I did not want, but keep getting put on hold until they say they are experiencing "high call volume". Someone please help I don't have this kind of money to just lose

I work in front of a computer every day as it is. When reading their return policy on the website, it mentions calling them or emailing them to get an RA label to return products of dissatisfied. I have 90 days. I've been calling them, and I end up being on hold to no avail. I have emailed them 3x and only received an automated reply that I should hear back from them within 72 hours. That hasn't happened. So what's next? I read their return policy thoroughly before placing my order, so who's in the wrong here? I'd like someone to respond to my email request for a return label. Hello, My problem is with a company Hair La Vie (***)and I can not get a refund. Date of shipment 2/11. I ordered 3 bottles of hair growing supplements for $140.97 plus shipping $29.95, I was billed $170.92 Advertisement had no warnings but when I got it the warning was "do not take if you are taking any other medication or if you have a medical condition". I have COPD stage 3 and hypertension and need medication for both. I tried the supplement once and became nauseous and dizzy. I have been emailing this company for the authorization code to return the product and get my refund. No response they are busy with other mail. They are trying to run the 90 day return window out. I want to return the 3 bottles and get my money refunded.. I would be grateful if you could help. Thank you

I purchased hair vitamins by phone. Price charged to CC was double. When I complained, I was told the product was never sold for $70. Not true. Purchase was made by phone, with agent ***. The sale on the vitamins had a special price I could see online. I tried to buy 2 bottles for about $54. *** said 3 bottles would be $70 and that it would give me $120 value for $70. So I did it. He sent me an order verification but with no receipt amount. My credit card indicated a $70 charge. But that amount shows now as $140. I called the company and was told there had never been such a sale. But I saw the sale and was told by *** how much it was. My husband heard me agree to $70. I want to send them back for my refund, that would square the deal. But I was told I have to send back all bottles including empties. I threw away the empty. So now I can't get my full refund. I have never had such a problem buying on line. Very strange. I would not trust them again.

On May 3rd I received and email with and order cancellation then another email from *** C apologizing for the delay as they have been busy, she offered to send me a return mail label, on May 5th she said I would get an email with the label in 1 to 2 business days. On May 10th she said she had to re request the mail label and it would be here by Wednesday, it is now Friday and I have received nothing and I have sent 2 more emails asking where the label is. I wanted to order this product for quite some time but couldn't afford it. I saw it on a discount when you 6 month auto ship order. I ordered it. I was charged the FULL AMOUNT $215.94 the site doesnt state i would be charge the full amount ALL AT ONCE. I assumed I would be charged monthly as most auto ship orders do. I decided to order a six month supply of their vitamins becuase it was cheaper, but I accidentally order another six bottles. I immediately email the company, telling them about my mistake. I only wanted an order of six months, not twelve. It was on a Sunday when I made the order, I got an auto-reply saying that my issue would be resolve in 72 hours. Since I was not sure about it, I called the company in the phone # they provide in the website but got no answer. I kept calling and e-mailing and got the same answer of auto-reply. When I went to check my bank account they had already charged me for the total amount of $309.48. When I thought that I was only going to pay $167.94. For a six- month subscription.
