Money Catch Australia Review, not a good business, search results are being manipulated by them.
I did not find my entire experience negative. But Money Catch Australia is a simply not as big or as professional as they like you to think.
But, like any business, Money catch Australia are judged on how they respond to their customers, particularly when things go wrong and this is where they go wrong.
It seems the founders react very badly to criticism no matter how positive, and make a bad situation worse. The lady owner sounded Neurotic, I was left with the impression that something was very wrong there.
The things I found unacceptable were as follows;
Firstly, lack of information; Money Catch Australia is cagey, they came across as overly cautious and not very transparent.
They seem paranoid. And that made me unsettled. contact their
They want to get you signing for their service; and are over the top pretentious, blowing their own horn and self-puffery are the best words to describe their style, I also noticed that they still weren't really answering my questions. They really didn't want to help, they just wanted to seem like they do. phony.
I google searched their business and read some hair-raising reviews. I read a review and wanted to contact the writer to ask their full experience. But within an hour that review had disappeared completely and Money catch Australia had put a rebuttal along the lines of ' we are being trolled'. If I wasn't suspicious before I sure was on alert now. I read that they were suppressing search results and had a specialist in India who was doing black hat internetwork, no way. How? I thought. So I went to Google.com and removed my location so it doesn't divert to Australia and sure enough, there was a massive amount of complaints was out of this world. Now I was totally suspicious.
So I picked up my phone and called another service, I asked about the funds Money Catch Australia had promised to get for me. The other service provider on hearing the name ' Money Catch Australia ' responded saying ' I am sorry we want nothing to do with Money Catch Australia, I can't discuss it but I can't help you..have a nice day'. Bang. What was that?
Then today, I read a Money catch Australia has a public notice. A notice obviously intended to deter reviewers from speaking badly about the Money Catch Australia service. The stench was gross.
I decided to ring the other service again, I said ' look please let me know what is going on with this?' The man said ' this lady is doing the wrong thing, she will do anything to keep people off the scent of what they are up to doing. falsifies documents and lies, she even emails she sends to herself in order to say she is being harassed, and then report to authorities, total basket case! so really, I can't help you and want nothing to do with it.
If you haven't signed with her my advice would be to just turn & run'. I took the advice. And I wanted to make sure others know what I know.
This is weird... no one contacted me... anyone from money catch and complaints board, as a matter of fact. I am the one contacting money catch but they are refusing all my calls.
This is proof of MONEY CATCH UNCLAIMED MONEY PROFESSIONALS are buying fake reviews. As you can see on the attached the same person confirmed that he already added the reviews on google.
This is shocking and 1000% Facts and you can't deny anymore. 2 of your reviews on google business showing a post on fiverr and quora that they can put a good review on any business to look good online. why do you do such thing like that if you are not a scam? let the real people, real customers do reviews like us and not those you paid online.
Don't believe on anything money catch says they are liars.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

it takes me 2 minutes to check if this is a scam or not. just google their business reviews... those image attached above by money catch customer care are all fake identity that you can buy online. Google+, Linkedin, Trustpilot and their website are all manipulated by them, of course, you will only see positive ones... google search is 100% accurate...

Google+ monitors reviews and removes Fake reviews. Reviews that violate the Google review policies are removed.

It has been identified that majority of the negative posts are by competitors in the industry, and they are posting the same information over and over to show many people posting but it is only a small group of competitors.
In one post, they even state "See - I told you I would ruin your business" another one states "Money Catch stole 3 of my clients" Not one of these posters can verify they have actually dealt with us.

Dear Consumers, We change business names back in 2014 only because we developed an online database that has all the unclaimed money located in one spot. The name change was created to suit the new business services/platform.
Not sure what report you are referring to, but we loved the name Australian Un-Recovered Finance Service and if we did not develop such a sort after product we would still be operating as our old name. YES @Kimmyhie MONEY CATCH BUSINESS is forcing other sites to shut down if they found out that there is a NEGATIVE review about them. Check their business reviews. Let's say "MONEYCATCH REVIEWS" or any business you want to review you will see below the results are the links they removed. it has hundreds of complaints about them all from different sites and different consumers. The profile Caleb Anthony is one of the Fake profiles. This person has stolen staff pictures, accreditation, defamed them all and posted them as Fake people and Fake accreditations. Caleb has also set up fake user accounts pretending to be staff.

and then MONEY CATCH TEAM said that it ain't true. So I see it myself if it's really true. Please see the attached image, it is a different post on what Alex found on Quora forum thread. But it is stating that MONEYCATCH is buying FAKE REVIEWS since 2014. Some Indian guys do the fake reviews on 3 profiles. If your friend is a real person that has used our service and she is unhappy with the service she received, she would have had the option to fill out a survey on completion of her service with us, where she could identify her unhappiness and a representative would have contacted her to help work out the issue? How can you prove she is real?
Those websites are forums and not just Money Catch Business Australia Company Has The Issue Of Complaints. It is a worldwide forum of companies that have issues. I don't think it is being purchased just to put fake reviews on your business. It must be different peoples but has the same complaints on the Money Catch Company. In my opinion the reason they putting it on other sites because they can't put it on your business itself like Facebook, Google etc. Because it is being removed by your company admin. I see on other reports that you have hundreds of complaints that are being removed. I think that is the reason why your consumers put it on forums just to alarm the public.
Dear Christian, If people can verify their service with us, we will not remove these reviews, but disgusting attacks on staff, name calling is totally inappropriate behaviour that no has to put up with.
Many sites remove this inappropriate behaviour by themselves without our involvement, due to a breach in the site's terms. Some sites have provided us with the emails used to create the profiles.
We can confirm through investigations that many of the profiles (names posting the reviews) have been linked together. Some have threatened us, others state "told you I would wreck your business" "They stole 3 clients of mine". Direct contact from another competitor to our office confirmed they know the group that is writing these reviews.

And one more thing, Why do you BUY FAKE GOOGLE REVIEWS in the first place if you're a LEGIT BUSINESS?

I am a cyber investigation and not a competitor or a consumer by money catch. I am just here commenting and detailing about what money catch business is all about. as i've read above most comments saying money catch are buying reviews online like quora, but money catch denies it. I respect that so I check money catch reviews on google, facebook and trusted business reviews. as moneycatch states that all real reviews can be found there.
I checked every profile one by one on their google reviews, facebook reviews and trusted business reviews. I cross check on quora if there is a same person on adding positive review about moneycatch that is bought online by moneycatch.
I found about 6 to 8 profiles that are on quora saying they already added the review on the business. - I attached images of the money catch post on quora and the positive reviews she added on google reviews and trusted business reviews.
Clearly states that money catch is buying reviews online. you can't deny this anymore moneycatch. as the reviewer is on your Google reviews dropping positive comments. you should have an agreement with each fake reviewer to not comment anymore on Quora after the job is done. That's your mistake.

Clifford Rosey is posting we buy fake reviews, which we don't - his proof above is not proof at all. This is actually our client review who has used our services. He has stolen our client's images and her review that she gave to Money Catch and created the image he has posted above saying she gave us a fake review for money - this is totally untrue and we have investigated this with Quora who state this image/post does not exist on their platform.
IDENTIFIED SCAMMER - CLIFFORD ROSEY - who has also never called our office.
Money catch are Australia's biggest white collar scam.
Their references and reviews are fake. The owner isa liar and she put her friends up as references. These people are unconscionable low lives. Money catch's owner is a first class criminal, she uses all sorts of trickes. She buys positive reviews from real people and then tells her customer ( her mark) to read up all the positives about them on their OWN google business listing, or their OWN facebook or review websites where she purchases ' membership' ( read bribe to be able to post fake positive reviews ) what happens to the hundreds of negatives, they remove them within an hour by Money catch. Look at the bottom of all money catch search results it shows the reviews they REMOVED and it says they are listed on lumensdatabase.com in the hundreds.
Money catch trades under the following names when its all for the same scam, but when I asked them they straight away lie to explain it. There is no explaining them trading under about 8 DIFFRENT BUSINESS NAMES AT ONCE LIKE;

Money catch's owner also owns 10 DIFFERENT websites some she pretends are her references, this person is well versed on how to remove her customer's feedback from the internet, she fakes emails to herself and even makes up things on the internet so she can say she is being harassed and that her customer's negative reviews are untrue ( only the fake positives are true according to money catch).
This is one business you must be carerful of. They are indentity thieves.

You are not calling our business phone line of 02 8011 4282 - no calls have been missed today on our phone logs which are documented. All our calls are answered between 9-5, if a call is missed it is placed in the queue for answering or leaving a message. All calls are answered in the business name and receptionist who answers the phone states their name.
Thank you for letting others know I read other reviews about them and I will not deal with them. They are frauds

Dear Kendall, we are not fake and a scam. The images you have posted are not our clients and consumers can easily see this. The second post money catch buyer beware, you have posted against another business overseas, this is not our business - if you click on the link it goes to moneycatch.com - which is NOT our domain.
The reviews you posted about are Fake, as we don't ask for ID from clients upfront. Our phone lines are always answered and recorded. We also don't have sales reps and if we do call anyone all our staff are trained, who are polite and friendly.
As previously stated we don't buy fake reviews online we have several lawyers who will vouch for our service and are happy for us to provide consumers/client with their contact details to verify our business operations.
The phone numbers posted by Ashely Shoaf are also incorrect phone numbers for calling Money Catch directly.
Money catch unclaimed money professionals use many different names, many fake websites and fake positive reviews, they make up excuses as to why they have a bad name but it all scam. Clever scammers money catch.

Dear Bella, We have identified many of the profiles writing all these complaints to be FAKE profiles, we have been approached by some profiles to pay them money and they will have the complaint removed - This we will never do.
We also note you have created a full Google plus profile dedicated to the complaints, all saying the same complaint and sharing the very same images of the Fake profiles identified.
All our credentials are legitimate and consumers can check them to verify we are a licensed unclaimed money business with licenses to investigate consumers and businesses.

My wife contacted by moneycatch saying we have unclaimed money and they will help my wife to locate the money and catch it. When we called back again and ask some questions regarding the business the lady gets very rude on us. Then hang the phone. Which we found it very disrespectful. So we search online about the business reviews and found this thread. Actually, there are a lot of them. I am here stating that you must beware of this money catch business, be smart and ask some questions if in doubt. It's your right anyway.
All our calls are recorded and this conversation did not happen. I would say you did not call our company!
I was contacted - received a letter, called them very professional, friendly and polite. All the questions I asked were answered - no issues what so ever. They have quite a lot of people working there and I spoke with a few different staff all happy to help. I searched online also and saw the bad reviews and also saw the companies responses. I did a lot of digging for a few weeks, they never pestered me I went back to them when I was ready and glad I did in the end.

Here's the thing: for those claiming that this is competitors and trolls, not fact-based, there are just TOO MANY stories and complaints about Money Catch and this woman in the last few months from so many different people. It must be based on fact. Where there is smoke there is fire and I wouldn't touch them.

a stranger called me and say there are from money catch services and I have lost money that they can locate, I said cool, then It's kinda supicious when they are asking me one by one very deep bank information that rarely ask. So I said call me back again as I am rushing to something. So I googled their business MONEY CATCH BUSINESS REVIEWS and their I found out complaints about their business, 80% of those are same complaints as mine others are already requesting for refund and others are so mad at the business. The next day they keep calling me, I did not answer it.
This is totally untrue in every way, we don't ask for bank details we don't need them at all to process claims for clients. We don't have any requests for refunds, because people don't pay us up front, we only get paid by the governing departments on completion of clients claim. We also don't call people and ask for bank details, this is not how our business operates at all. Suspicious claim you have posted.
I'm not so happy with this business, they keep sending me trash emails and it's F**kng annoying, Keeps calling me 8 in the morning just asking for personal kinds of stuff. This money catch professionals are a fraud business. just stay away.
We don't send out any trash emails, if you have received any email from us you can unsubscribe at any time. We also don't call people at 8 in the morning because we have not started work at this time. Our business hours start at 9am to 5pm.
