I have 7 open orders with this company. They are MONTHS behind, and have announced that they have canceled orders, but have required that we email them to let them know how we would like to be refunded. They have given a 10-15 business day turn around for refunds. However, they are failing to respond to those emails and give refunds, if the refund is requested in any way other than gift card.
I emailed, requesting a refund to the original payment source, which was a credit card. I waited 20 business days, but did not receive a response, so I sent a follow up email. I received an automated response. I then posted a comment to the Monkey Feet VIP facebook page, asking if my email had been received, and received a response stating that since I sent a second email, my email would be bumped to the back of the like and I would have to wait weeks longer to get a response. I sent another message, in an attempt to get clarification, as I was just trying to confirm that my email hadn't accidentally been skipped. I was then blocked from the facebook group because many other people started commenting that they were having issues getting refunds as well.
As I said I have 7 pending orders. Only 2 of which are currently late, but I don't want to do business with this company any longer, and have a serious concern that none of these orders will ever be received.
Same issue from my order placed in July , emailed them and was asked to fill out a Google form requesting a refund i did that in December and have not received any response. Mind you I don’t have a Facebook
Same here. Placing an order since June 2022. I have 5 open orders form them no gave them time to respond. Asked for a refund in Oct 2022. No response. Emailed them again Dec 2022 with an auto-reply and filled out what they asked for. No response. Emailed again Feb 2023 with an auto and I filled out those damn Google docs again. No response. What are y’all doing that I might be missing? Claim credit cards for a chargeback? But 2 of the 5 are a GC because they cancelled one of my orders. She is over her head
I highly suggest going to this tiktok page and scrolling back to watch all the videos about Monkey Feet. The owner of MF Rachael has ghosted and shut everything down, didn't pay her rent on her warehouse that is full of Monkey feet shoes (the warehouse owner is now in possession and is suing Rachael and her husband), Rachael reportedly owes customers over $2 million in orders, and owes her supplier in China $500,000. Sadly i think a lot of people won't see their money since some of the outstanding orders are past the deadline for dispute with bank, credit card, paypal, etc. :( there is also a group on Facebook called Monkey Feet MF Buyer Beware. I am in the same boat with the same scenario. I do not have 7 orders but do have one totaling around $100 which is decent money to just give away. This is the worse ran business and hopefully they will be shut down with a class action law suit. Pretty pathetic if you ask me, you can always save or hope to save your company if you serve the customers that got you where you are today.
I have 3 orders I never received. They sent me an Email saying they were behind. Then I tried to contact them again for a refund but got nothing. I would love to have my money back. Why would she take orders knowing they would never be filled?
Monkey Feet owner keeps just sending automated emails about filling out a form for a refund. I filled it out and month later still no refund. $60. Can i please just get my money back! I do not know when they will open back up. Ive tried messenger and nothing. Their fb group is now “archived” or something where you can not post anything or comment. This business is not a good one.
