Preordered shoes for my daughter March 8, 2022. Delayed, delayed, delayed finally in October I asked for a refund. Email unanswered, come December the company sends a Google form for customers to fill out if they want a refund or gift card for pending delayed orders I asked for a refund again, still nothing. I’ve reached out several times, reached out to PayPal reached out to shop nothing. I come to notice she cancels my order and marks it refunded meanwhile i haven’t gotten a dime back. Reach out again still nothing. Also asked for another pending order to be refunded nothing happens. But yet she is selling the shoes she didn’t refund me on her website.
Desired outcome: Refund I want my money back $58.25 for one order that was originally supposed to ship in June 2022$15.98 for October 2022 shipment that never shipped

I also ordered shoes back in October and they were pre-order for January shipment, never came, then I got an email saying they would ship febuary...still no shoes I emailed them also for a refund and no response I think they'd better get their stuff fixed before someone sinks them in legal battles
