Monroe County Department of Human Services review: Suspicious activity with child support money being taken

My name is Irene Dale (Williams). I have been calling constantly trying to find out about the rear child support. From 2020 up until now. I never get a direct answer, I get ignored, or a smart mouth. I was told by the father's, they are going to jail, paying money to me, but I am not receiving it... I feel like the support for the children are being taken. Could someone check into this, please!
