Montage Furniture Services review: Use of the warranty

Filled a claim and it was denied based on the appreciation of the picture stating it was peeling and not rip of the leather, I explained it was due to an incident with my son's backpack, the rip was not deed but enough for them to consider this a peeling and not cover it, lady hang up on me, very rude, worst company ever, I almost had a heart attack, it's like talking to robots, their WHOLE policy it's inconsistent and contradictory, see just to mention a One.

BITES, BRAND MARKS OR WRINKLES, LEATHERS WITH EMBOSSED PATTERNS OTHER THAN THOSE SIMULATING NATURAL COWHIDE,

NON‐BOVINE LEATHERS, SUEDE, NUBUCK AND OTHER BUFFED LEATHERS, SURFACE SCRATCHES IN LEATHER FINISH;
