I purchaced a protection plan with a four year agreement. When I attempted to make a claim I got the run around more pictures or a close up or a picture of all the furniture in one photo. Juat back and forth. Finally got them to come out to clean the furniture and they didnt clean it only took photos and saud they would replace the items. The manager called back a week or so later accusing us of having a party and that there was accumulation of damages. I informed them that we never had a party and that we have a huge family (9 children). The damages were all reported. I was told that they could do nothing for us and that they could also not refund our $449. Very diapointed.
Desired outcome: Refund or replacement.
