I bought some passes for Mountain High Resort as a present, but they never arrived
I bought some passes for Mountain High Resort as a present, but they never arrived. At first, they told me they had been sent, but then they said they had been returned. After that, they said they weren't sure if they had been returned or not. Even though I paid more than the usual shipping fees, they wouldn't send them again.
I buyed ski lift tickets in March
I buyed ski lift tickets in March . The first day I was supposed to go the mountain was closed cuz of weather. So they told me on the phone that I could come up the next week to spend my two days in a row of skiing. But that weekend the Mountain High Resort closed cuz of COVID-19 for the rest of the season. When I called them for a refund they told me that there would be no refunds, and that I could use the tickets next snow season. When I called them back on December 26 to figure out how to utilize the tickets, they informed me that I was two days too late, and that I could no longer use the tickets. They informed me that they had posted the deadline of 12/24 on their website, and that I should have checked the site. Checking sooner does not make much sense, as the snow season was just under way, and it was the holidays. So now I am out the tickets and they will not refund the tickets. So I paid good money for a service that they could not fulfill. Given the circumstances of the Pandemic, I do not believe this is right, and borderline unethical. I have tried several times to resolve this with the resort to no avail.

When I asked ***e what to do, he said they don't care about safety and told me to leave, even though I spent $300. ***e and his staff kept swearing at me, making my son cry. They even called me a bad name in front of him. ***e got in my face and tried to grab me when I was throwing something away. This place is not safe and the boss is mean. They don't follow the rules for COVID either.
