Lifetime Membership

I have just noticed that my Lifetime Membership has been changed to six months. I plan on living longer than that.

Please reinstate my Lifetime Membership.

Thank you for your reply. No need to thank me for my long time support. The pleasure was all mine. MP3fiesta provides a good service.

For your information, before opening the ticket I looked into what a Silver Unlimited membership was and noticed that it's one of your three Premium accounts that you offer. Refer to the following link:

I was on your Platinum Lifetime Unlimited plan. Why can't you switch me to that?

I do recall that this was an absolutely unique, i.e. once-in-a-lifetime offer. Also for your information, at the time I had a lot of disposable income and could see that this will one day come to an end, as it did. Now I have very little disposable income and, quite frankly, cannot afford to pay for any music download facility be it Silver, Gold or another Platinum plan.

So, if you can't reinstate my Lifetime Membership due to technical reasons then please elaborate. I do think I deserve an explanation.

Dear MP3fiesta Support,

Things are going from bad to worse. When and why was my current access set to expire 28.12.2022? Why wasn't I consulted or even informed?

And, once again, please explain what you mean by technical reasons. I am technically minded and can understand technical details.

Is MP3fiesta wanting to cull all lifetime memberships to reduce file capacity? I don't think so. The fact that MP3fiesta is continuing on with my account but wanting me to pay is telling me that it's more for business rather than technical reasons.

If you can't/won't explain the technical reasons then please explain the business reasons. Are lifetime memberships not economically viable? Well, fortunately for me, that's not really my problem.

I remind MP3fiesta of its legal obligation to act in good faith. I would rather not have to apply legal force but will do so if necessary.

All I am wanting to do is what I paid for and that is to be able to download music from MP3fiesta free of charge for the rest of my life. That is what I was offered and accepted. As I have already explained, I don't have any money and cannot afford to pay for any music downloads at all. It's a financial impossibility.

Please be a little more understanding.

Refund Policy

Under our Terms of Use, any Customer has a right to return a musical product he has downloaded if he is not satisfied with the quality of the file. In this case we will provide another file to replace the bad one, or replenish the Customer's account with the relevant sum. If the Customer intends to reject overall services of the site, we will refund all of his money.

I am going to ask for a full refund but I guess that's not working either for "technical reasons".
