Same thing happened to me. I joined the membership for a unlimited yearly downloads, they charged my account $200, and now I can't access, log in, OR contact them... all my emails are bouncing back. I received no copy of my transaction as proof of purchase so the bank will not help me. Money down the drain.
Is there anything that can be done? I just had the exact same issue.
Have been using this company for over 10 years and never had a problem. Have purchased over 200-300 songs at very low prices compared to the competition. Only thing I am not happy about is that in the past I could put in as low as $10.00 in my account, Now the minimum is $25.00.
I do not understand why someone would put $200.00 into an account like this. At these prices you would have to live to be over 100 years old before you use up that much money. They by the way have always answered my emails when I had a download problem. I consider this a very reliable and honest company. Try contacting them through the support option at the upper right on the home page and send a ticket. Done the proper way I bet they will respond. Good luck, Steve
Their email address is to the best of my recollection is support@mp3Fiesta.com. I always use the home page support option though. It gets results.
Is there an agency to lodge complaints with? Possibly the FCC? I will check. As for lost funds, perhaps a class-action lawsuit? But I think the company is in Asia, and that may mean we are out of. luck. At least cancel whatever method you used to pay for a subscription!
Yes. Or maybe the US registrar of mp3fiesta.com has caved into US government pressure and sanctions and failed to renew the domain, given the company is in Russia?
What do you think?
