Can't get to site... Cloudflare says Error 1001:
You've requested a page on a website (mp3panda.com) that is on the Cloudflare network. Cloudflare is currently unable to resolve your requested domain (mp3panda.com). There are two potential causes of this:
Most likely: if the owner just signed up for Cloudflare it can take a few minutes for the website's information to be distributed to our global network.
Less likely: something is wrong with this site's configuration. Usually this happens when accounts have been signed up with a partner organization (e.g., a hosting provider) and the provider's DNS fails.
More than likely, mp3panda has skipped town with our money. We haven't tried to go to their site in a few months and now they're unreachable.
Claimed loss: $20
Desired outcome: Fix the fault and allow us to continue downloading songs, which we have pre-paid for.

I put money into my account and now cannot access it to get a refund.
I have used MP3Panda for several years without incident. About a week ago I tried to download some music and could not get on the website. After repeated tries I went online and discovered the they have apparently gone out of business and absconded with my money, along with several other victims, I'm sure. I have no idea who to contact for a refund of my money or if that's even possible.
Does anyone have any idea how I can get my money refunded from MP3Panda?
I cannot access my account at either site and cannot get my funds out
I put money into the store to download music and then the website mp3fiesta became mp3panda. I cannot access my account at either site and cannot get my funds out. When I try to contact the web manager there is a continuous loop, but no real way to connect with a person.
My only issue with MP3Panda relates to their "Unlimited Music" plan. There are no guidelines or description of this plan on their site but I enrolled anyways based on the name "Unlimited". After collecting my payment I started to download songs only to discover that there was a limit on how many songs that I could download each day...that doesn't exactly sound like "Unlimited". I wish that they would make it a true unlimited or at least raise their daily download maximum.
Do not use Mp3panda.com!
Once they have your money and if you don't get your downloads while you're logged in that first time, you are screwed! I've been ripped off to the point of them telling me I didn't even register!
Just trying to get a little more word out about this fraud because I haven't seen or found much on them specifically.
I had used mp3panda a couple of years ago and all was well. About a month ago I bought some credit, tried to download some albums. Each time I get a popup window saying "error! server down for maintainance. It has been that way for about a month now. I would like to kmow when they will have the problem solved.
I have been using MP3panda for around 3 yrs now, I have never had one problem with downloads or my account losing my credit amount. I am a platinum member and have unlimited downloads for life (I availed of a really special offer when MP3fiesta transferred to MP3 panda) I can download unlimited amounts of musc for life and it cost me $200 around 3 years ago. I have so far downloaded over 220gb of music and I'm not finished yet. It is not a scam, it is a very good and cheap music download site. The music quality is excellent as is the range of music
Well since my last few posts, things have gotten better at MP3Panda.com. Sometime the site isn't accessible but I assume its normal. I just wait a day or so and then I can access it, or I go thru there software 'Fiesta Download Manager' which I have updated late last year after them replying to my email asking me to update the software. If you are having problems, make sure you use the software they provided to make sure you get to the "real" site, I don't know if there is such a problem with MP3Panda.com but it can't hurt. If your willing to purchase tracks for .15 cents DON'T USE a debit card use an actual credit card and go for the smallest amount. I know I flipped in my posts here but the service is good for it not being in the USA.
I have been using mp3panda for a long time, and before them the "All of music" or whatever they were called. Never any problem but to fill up my account. Once the money was there, I could buy all the music I wanted and more. Very good value for money and a fantastic choice. But best of all, no licensees. Everything else I have bought on the internet “expires” after a while; a few changes of mobile phones and a HD crash and it will tell you that you can’t play it any more. But never with mp3panda!
hahaha, why spend money there when you can download most of your music at mixmenow.net! sure they have a gay limit of 3 mp3s per day, but thats a thing of the past, .if you can change your ip address by putting a proxy or buy reseting your server if your lucky enough to have a server whos ip address changes everytime you reset! what a bunch of money wasters you people are!
have started having problems with mp3 panda in the last week...my funds are gone...they do not answer my question to where my money is
Yeah something fishy definitely going on there. Have been using them for a couple of years now and had no problems. Then, went to reload my husband's account for him and the whole reload process was far more complicated than it used to be, then the credit didn't appear on his account, then it showed up but like 10 times more than I had reloaded it for. Finally that got fixed and then within a few days, the balance on his account had decreased to 13 cents, when it should have been over $100. Can't get any answer back from them as to why this is. Certainly won't be using them anymore.
I tried them about a year ago - after a few weeks, while I had >$20 balance, they did not recognize me anymore. Email to customer support was like writing it on ice. I than was stupid enough to try again - I downloaded several songs, than did not try to login for a while. today, their websites are not to be found
