mSpy Very!

Hello. I recently ran into a problem of adolescence, their children. They're no longer obey me, and punish them "street" would sit for hours on the Internet... I was greatly troubled at what sites and what information they derive therefrom. Thank you friends, who advised service "mSpy"!
What is "mSpy"? It's the world's best application for parents who can monitor Internet activity (including popular instant messengers) children's / teen mobile phones and computers (ios, android, mac os x, windows). You can also control his subordinates. Price starts from 29 USD per month.
Is it the price, and generally about any money are we talking about when touched upon the education of their children.
Many thanks to the creators of this app! Thanks to you, I control what my children get their information from the Internet.

Purchased mspy just to try for one month for my son's phone who was dealing with extreme bullying and abuse at school, without it I doubt such a quick resolution would have been the case. I cannot say enough how much, for my circumstance, this product does was it says.
Viewing time stamps on picture texts and the location to pick him up if danger had occurred helped keep me relieved during the day while at work.
Over the course of using the product I ran into an issue with the gps tracking not continuing to keep record on the specified intervals but when I contacted the support team they issued instruction and was able to be solved with ease and in a timely manner.
While I have not used a competitors product the 3 people currently using that I've recommended this product to have told me it's far superior with better support and much easier to use.
Please if you were considering purchasing make sure you check with a team member so they can best help you pick out what works best for you.

mSpy Very bad experience with mSpy product for monitoring kids online activities

Very poor experience with mSpy product to monitor kids online activities
I was using mSpy to monitor my kids online activities. This product doesn't work at all most of the times. Most of the features are only for namesake but needs constant and continuous reinstallation in target device which may not be possible most of the time as we don't have access to the device. In a span of 10 days of usage I had to reinstall 6 times in tata get device by giving all permissions but it won't work for more than 1-2 days. I was really frustrated. The service through chatbot is horrible as they keep on sending the same guides all the time but not resolving the issues. Even if you want to connect for a live chat the responses are the same guides. If you want to cancel the subscription within 14 days of purchase they don't give refund sighting lame excuses and "clauses". I request everybody not to use this after seeing their very encouraging advertisement. I give "0" rating for this product. Please be away from this and have better mental stability

There was a time I couldn't safely stay away from my family to get on business trip due to the worry of where could they be and what could they be doing at the moment but ever since (Xtech2025atGmailcom)has recommended This Mspy tracker things have changed for good as I can easily know their schedule and whereabouts remotely while I'm on business trip from mountains apart from each other and one thing I noticed about the Mspy tracker is that it catches infidelity after years of using this tracker and installing it on each device I changed I began to notice my partner been doing something sneaky at a particular location but since all I can track is just the location and that doesn't justify her cheating on me so I decided to hire the help of this professional hacker (Xtech2025atGmailcom) who recommended Mspy in the first place and with his professional service program I can also remotely access my partners phone chats, calls, email, social media's and her gallery remotely from my phone without her noticing anything and with this I was able to gather info on her infidelity acts as to put to justice as I stand against infidelity

mSpy Mislead by sales rep & no answer to emails requesting reimbursement

I will like to receive a full refund of $218.50 of the 6 month Extreme Subscription.

On March 8th, through your chat service, I explained to Mustaffa from Sales that I did not have access to the targeted device, he explained to me that with the Extreme Subscription Mspy would take care of the installation on their own without me needing to have access to the targeted device, which I also informed him that it is an Android. I explained to him that I needed access to the WhatsApp of the targeted device.

On March 9th, through your chat service, I spoke to another sales person who confirmed that I did not need access to the targeted device for installation so I proceeded with the 6 month Extreme Plan Subscription.

After enrolling, encountering difficulties to proceed with the installation as I wasn’t able to complete the process as I saw that I did need access to the targeted device to complete installation in order for mspy to provide me with access to all features of the paid Extreme Plan.

Went back to mspy chat services and then the same person that spoke to me earlier confirmed that I did need the direct access to the targeted device for installation to receive the full services that I paid for, and that mpsy did not provide remote installation service.

As I have been miss lead by sales in regards to your installation services and therefore I am never going to be able to utilize the services for all the features that I paid for I am requesting a full refund of the $218.50 that I paid. I am attaching proof of my payment. I am also attaching proof of how Mustaffa indicated that mspy was able to complete installation remotely without me having access to the targeted device if I subscribed to the Extreme Plan.

Thank you for your prompt attention.

Recommendation: Do not subscribe, sales team provides miss leading information to get you to submit payment and enroll even if the software is not going to work for you

mSpy terrible service

worst service ever, request a refund they make you wait almost a week for someone to get in touch with you on it. Even though you get 2 week refund you better decide quickly or you wont' get your moeny back. Customer service is joke on the website and half the things they offer don't even work with Rooting the phone. Keylogger doesn't work properly. Date and Time aren't correct at all. the phone doens't update like it's advertised. Much better choices out ther for the price. DO NOT BUY!

mSpy Refund

This is a scam.! I highly suggest NOT purchasing it! I used it one day and it did not work the way it was intended so I requested a refund after one day and they will not honor it. They put bs stuff in the fine print on their return policy that make it virtually impossible for you to get your money back. DO NOT ISE THIS COMPANY! Especially if you work hard for your money because when using this company you’re just throwing it away.

Recommendation: I HIGHLY SUGGEST NO ONE USE THIS!!!!

mSpy Tracking app

There were numerous issues, not sure I should give details here but basically none of the functions promised actually work as advertised.. It is related to the fact the app can be easily stopped and also mobile data, GPS are not protected and can be stopped. Thus the child can easily stop tracking.

This is not about support, these are the features not meeting my requirements.

SO I decided to cancel the subscription and ask for refund. It was no later than 3 days after I started the subscription.

mSpy refused to refund with a note I did not try the product, because I don't have assigned a mobile device. This resolution came after 14 days from my cancelation and refund request. It seems the mSpy person did not read my testing process and issues at all.

I have contacted customer service multiple times only to be called a liar by the rudest customer service I’ve ever come in contact with in my life!

I would sincerely discourage anyone to subscribe this product, it is more about stealing peoples money than monitoring children.

mSpy Mspy app

Hello, i wanted to check out the mspy app and i was kind of wondering if the app works or not so i decided to try it out. I choose one of the offers for around 50€ but i regret it and cancel the confirmation from my bank account. Again i try to pay another subscription but i was always hesitant. So i cancel the confirmation again from my credit card. As soon as i don’t confirm, i get another offer for a one day trial. And that is exactly what i wanted, to see if the app actually worked. Mind you i went through with the payment for the one day trial only, which was 2.87€. Then i proceeded to check my bank account and i was charged for both the payements i didn’t confirm and it’s a total of 105€. The best part is that the app DOESNT WORK! I have been asking for a refund for days on end. The app doesn’t work at all, i actually logged my own icloud, to hack my own icloud because i know the password for sure and it didn’t work at all. I have proof of everything i say. I also can’t cancel the payements or block their account on my credit card. I am very stressed, in this economy to charge someone 105€ for NO REASON, its a crime. I have sent maybe 20 emails. You can clearly see on thr pictures i joined below, that i recieved 3 emails for 3 subscriptions and the only one i payed was for 2,87€. Plus on my bank statements, you can clearly see that there is no website joined on the online payment, which is very weird. I cannot cancel or block the app at all.

I wouldn’t like to go to the authorities but i’m afraid i won’t have a choice.

mSpy App was found and removed from target phone

I purchased mSpy on 2/11/2024 (6 days ago). I paid for a year subscription. The target phone found out about the app only after 4 days. The target phone owner removed the app and will not allow me access to the target phone. I followed all the steps to successfully add the app to the target phone, including "hiding" the app. Today (2/17/24) I tried to call customer service for the USA and there was a message that they cannot help me and was hung up on. I tried again and chose a different prompt from the menu (original was the billing) and again got same message. A third call with the same message came up (again, I tried a different prompt), but this time it confirmed my phone number and said I would receive a text. Guess what...no text. I sent an email to the customer service department explaining what happened and I no longer had access to target phone and asked for a refund as I was no longer able to use their app. I was told that THEY needed access to the target phone (apparently they do not read emails in full) and that I would freeze my account or use an app with less features. That is not what I paid for. I want a refund as I can no longer use the app...it is worthless to me.

mSpy Same as above

I purchased Mspy software in February of this month which cost me euro 84.83 for three months subscription. When I tried to add my device they asked me for extra euro 100.00 I tried to install it on my Android device and faced more problems. They asked me to pay using Discover card which I don't have because Discover only used in the US. I decided to cancel my subscription many time. They kept giving me ticket number. Ticket # 5507396 I tried many time to chat with agent but no results, then called their numbers in US & France and both got no agents. I realized this company is a big fraud with hundreds of people complaining against it My account is under my email: [protected]@gmail.com. Here's another message from them with new ticket#: Dear Customer,

I am sorry your complaint did not affect Mspy people at all. Their intention is to scam more and more people from their hard earned money Every time I request a refund to ask me to contact tech support. This is a big scam.

mSpy 12 month premium subscription

We wanted to find an app to make our 2 son's iPhones safe to use ie block from inappropriate sites or content, reduce screen time, block certain social media apps etc. Mspy claimed to do all this and more and after a number of live chats with sales representatives who confirmed the app could do everything we needed it to on both phones we went ahead and purchased two Premium accounts for £45 each. Upon receiving the package we were asked to pay extra for technical support. This was never mentioned prior to purchase where they had said technical support was included. We also realised very quickly that in order to do what we needed we would have to Jailbreak both iPhones and neither of their phones could do this. We had to wait until after Christmas when MSpy returned from their Christmas break and then contacted customer service who told us it was tough luck and we could do other things with the app without Jailbreak but not what we needed it to do. We informed them that we had been advised that what we bought would do what we needed it to and this was misinformation. They refunded my husbands purchase but have refused to refund mine and 2 months later I am still being refused a refund. Neither accounts were activated and remain unused. They just refuse to refund me the £45 subscription fee paid for an item I was sold by their chat sales representatives who said the subscription would do what I needed it to.

mSpy Premium

was misold product paid £250 ans was promised would work on the target phone and i would be able to see all messages snapchat etc, its like having the phone in your hand.

Cannot access snapchat cannot access text messages or whatsapp all i can access is contact numbers photos and emails. Absolutley pointless.

Have sent numerous emails to mspy and get the same response we will give you 3 months extra for free. How is that any good when the product doesnt even serve a purpose. I feel cheated and scammed, these were supposed to be one of the best on the market, but cannot access anything absolute waste of money. they wont give me my money back have been trying since 1 day after purchasing. absolute scam selling you a pointless product. trying to protect my child and keep him safe and end upgetting conned out of £250 which we dont have to spare.

mSpy mspy premium subscription

I purchased the software and discovered that it is not functioning properly in the UK. Despite attempting various troubleshooting steps, we were unable to resolve the issue, specifically with the tracking feature. We promptly reported the problem and requested a refund within the 14-day purchase window. However, despite months passing, we are still pursuing this matter. Each time we reach out, the team suggests contacting service support and attempting further solutions. We have confirmed that our situation aligns with the refund policy, as the software is not working on genuine, non-jailbroken devices. We will persist in our pursuit of justice until a resolution is reached.

mSpy Premium subscription

This seems to be nothing more than a money scene they don’t tell you about the “extream” package, when purchasing or on the website, but all the info stated what I paid for I would get. I’ve had less than a week and every day it is something with the service and connection. Nothing has fully worked, they want you to send texts like “100000” or reinstall all along they know these issues are gonna happen before you purchase. I’ve asked for a refund everyday for the last 6 days. Within the 14 days or to give me the access they promised per website. I’ve gotten neither.

mSpy Monitoring service

I have had the service for more than a year. I paid over $100 in September 2023 for a year renewal to get me through September 2024. I have had intermittent problems but they usually try to resolve it. The phone I was monitoring stopped transmitting in December so I uninstalled and reinstalled the software. It is still not updating so I reached out to customer service and was told "I see, your target phone is running on Android 14 QPR1 (stable version), which happens to be the most up-to-date operating system version. However, you need a new mSpy version to open the ability to track advanced features you lack.

Get the Extreme package and take your tracking capabilities to the next level. You will be able to effortlessly monitor Social Media, Mailboxes, and all popular Messengers. Gain access to deleted SMS, Hidden Micro and Camera, Gallery, and remotely managed everything from our end."

They are demanding I pay another $205 so it works or they just keep telling me to reinstall the software. They are trying to get me to give up and I refuse. I am chatting with Eugene Butler right now and he refuses to help other than offering a tech to reinstall the software with a discount and I refuse to give them anymore money.

mSpy Mspy premium subscription

I have prepaid for 3 months, after end of this period they charged me again for another 3 months automatically. On 3 October 2023 I switched off the auto renewal (it is quite difficult) and received confirmation e-mail for this. Out of a sudden they charged me once again after 3 months on 26 December for another 3 months until 20 March 2024. On my concern they answered that I myself have turned on auto renewal maybe by mistake. I asked if they can prove that (e-mail or whatever), but no answer. They just steal money from my credit card, and I expect they will do it again after 3 months.

mSpy I have had this product for less than a week, it doesn't work at all

I ordered mspy and installed it on a phone I wanted to track. I followed the directions to the letter with no issues for installation. It never worked. There was no other instructions. I want a full refund and when I asked them for this, they refused. What a POS company. I will find as many review sites to get this out. Not only does the product not work, but the company also doesn't stand behind their product. The next stop is BBB and the Attorney General of VA.

mSpy Paid for a whole year for nothing and now taken money again!

I bought MSpy last December at a cost of £104.99 for a year as it worked out cheaper only to discover that the phone I wanted it for had to be jailbroken but the software wasn’t available. Needless to say I asked for a refund, this was refused. I even offered to just pay for the one month (even though I couldn’t use the service) but again refused so in essence I wasted my money.

I was very angry and felt I’d been missold the product but put it down to experience. They did offer me 3 months extra! For a service I couldn’t use!

Imagine my anger to find they have now taken money from my account again, this time for £149.99. No email or message to say this was going to happen. I had honestly forgotten all about this dreadful company until this reared its head again. I have messaged them on chat, and messages management but how disgusting that they are doing this. Something has to be done.

mSpy Software doesn't work on my phone

On may 27th and 18th/20th august 2023.. The deduct $119.99 usd from my debit card.. After that I email them to refund.. And then after they refund and they auto deduct again from my account.. Until now no response.. And also please check get back to me as soon as possible.. This is very easy matter to. Solve.. Just check the record whether have or not.. I already send my bank statement also.. Still no response.. Check properly and refund to my account.. Thanks for the help.

mSpy Unauthorized renewal

In November 2022, I subscribed to MSPY's services and paid in full for a one-year subscription. Unfortunately, my experience with their services was far from satisfactory, as I was only able to use the services for one month before they abruptly stopped working.

To my dismay, I recently discovered that MSPY has charged my account once again, this time in the amount of $199.99, without my consent or authorization. This charge is for another year of service that I neither requested nor intend to use, considering the unresolved issues from the initial subscription.

Given the circumstances, I am left feeling extremely upset and frustrated by this situation. I believe I am entitled to a refund for both transactions, as the services provided were not as promised, and the additional charge for a renewed subscription was made without my knowledge or approval.

The first transaction was back in November 2022, for $99.99. Their service stopped working on December 25, 2022.

Today, November 27, I was billed for $199.99 and they don't want to refund the transaction. I contacted them through chat and email. I won't be able to use their services anymore since I don't have access to the phone that I've been tracking. I don't have the means to pay for this service too.

As per email, they will just freeze the account and reactive the subscription once I get access to the phone in question. The thing is, I don't want to renew and will not use their service anymore.

Desired outcome: Refund for the $199.99 at least. They just renewed the subscription today for the years 2023–2024.

mSpy Mspy software to monitor child location and activity

I purchased the annual subscription of the mspy software to use in Greece on Nov 13, 2023. My own phone is android and my son's phone is an iphone. I accidentaly bought the massistance option as well. I tested the software and unfortunately the geolocation option in Greece across platforms was not working. On the 14th Nov, 2023, the next day, I contacted the mspy team and asked for a full refund. Since then I raised repeated tickets for refund, with no luck. I have never encountered such a bad customer service company. I explained the reasons why I wanted a full refund, but no luck until now. I ended up buying another software to worked seamlessly in Greece after the installation.

Hi there, your billing department in all communications - except the last one, where they offer me a 25% refund - keeps telling me that they are not issuing a refund, and that I should get technical support instead. I have a PhD in IT and have been working as IT infrastructure engineer and 3rd line support for over 25 years. I do not want to be forced to contact your technical department, and forced to pay for such services. If your software was business ready, you would not have to force people to buy into installation services of this kind. Your company completely disregards the European Consumer Law that states that a customer has the right to ask for a full refund within the first 14 days of a purchase, no questions asked. Furthermore your refund policy is open to interpretation and contradicts parts of the legal framework as defined by the european directive 773/2004 about fair competition practices, as you are witholding customer money when your software is non-functional, and you refuse to comply with the refund policy as defined by the European Consumer legal framework.

You are wasting my time with all these useless communications, and I can see from other unfortunate customers, that your policy involves witholding customer money and non refunding.

mSpy Wanting a refund for misconception of product prior to purchase and company is refusing to refund my money

I spoke with several representatives prior to purchasing this product as far as what I needed to to to get this product on the target phone. Each representative I spoke advised all I needed to have was either the users iCloud credentials or physical access to the phone. Once purchased I was told I had to have physical access for what I wanted which was not possible for me and was not explained prior to purchase.

Desired outcome: I want my full refund. The phone was never linked to the account I want a response as well.

mSpy Mspy membership

I was charged for a one-year subscription and have not been able to access account. I also paid for assistance and have not received any.

what would be my best choice after trying almost everything in my power to communicate with mSpy costumer service online?

Why wouldn't they call me back after I left my contact information including phone number and email address?

when I try logging in it says password is wrong and I click on reset password but then I am directed to another subscription page asking me to subscribe to another plan.

Desired outcome: I wish someone would contact me at [protected] and resolve this issue.email address is [protected]@hotmail.com.

mSpy Wrong information showed at the time of purchase

When I was searching for tracking app google shows this in the top list and the website clearly mentioned that if u are not satisfied with the product u can request for refund within 14days of the purchase anyhow they have not mentioned what exactly the statisfation means openly, only when u do the research about the refund policy is where they will tell u it’s not based on customer satisfaction it is decided by the company.

1.Now first thing is they show the process is very easy actually it not.

2.Secondly when the device is not accessible with a valid reason the company should understand that the use of the application is not necessary.

3. Or should clearly mention refund of 14days policy is only applicable in case of double transactions

4. After doing some research about the company can clearly see this confusion is there from quite some time and also there are multiple complaints regarding this issue but the company did not make any changes and still shows the same.

Hence u can clearly make out that the company is trying to fool people and take money from them.

Hence requesting for the concern department take action regarding this so that other people does not have to go though the same problem again.

It’s would also be good if they refund my money as this application is not supporting the phone same time the device is not available handy but when they are trying to do it from a different location also it’s not supporting the device

I just cannot believe , scam are exciting and this company is one of them.

They clearly say 14 days refund guaranty and I wanted refund after 2 hour as not working.

I spend 1 hour with their support team and still not working.

Then you need to write an email or file to billing team and it’s just a joke , they say we will freeze your account till you are capable of using it.

What a joke just give me back my money you are just thief

mSpy Unauthorised credit and scamming

Please do not sign up to mSpy! They take your money and claim to provide you a service which they still have not established yet or even certified. Even when i asked for a refund within the first day i had to go through several agents to even get an email from the BILLING department. They bombarded me with offers to keep me on the loop and offered me only 25% refund. They told me it goes against their terms and conditions to give 100% refund. Please read the terms and conditions and do not sign up to them. It’s a scam. Just to delete the account they are asking for my passport or date of birth! Scammers!

Yes your billing department provided me with alternatives over a month ago and i agreed to get a refund. I was told i should get a refund in 10 days time. Since then a month has passed by and i have heard nothing. You are nothing but scammers and liars!
