I have had the service for more than a year. I paid over $100 in September 2023 for a year renewal to get me through September 2024. I have had intermittent problems but they usually try to resolve it. The phone I was monitoring stopped transmitting in December so I uninstalled and reinstalled the software. It is still not updating so I reached out to customer service and was told "I see, your target phone is running on Android 14 QPR1 (stable version), which happens to be the most up-to-date operating system version. However, you need a new mSpy version to open the ability to track advanced features you lack.

They are demanding I pay another $205 so it works or they just keep telling me to reinstall the software. They are trying to get me to give up and I refuse. I am chatting with Eugene Butler right now and he refuses to help other than offering a tech to reinstall the software with a discount and I refuse to give them anymore money.
