I would like to file a complaint with an employee named I think it was Scott in the recovery department. I don't know if it's worth my time, but I felt so dissrespected by his arrogavce and dissmissive attitude that I felt the need to contact someone. I'm a long time customer of first Wilmington Trust then with M&T after you bought them out. First of all, I damn sure wouldn't have been treated thar way with Wilmington Trust because they treated people in a more personable and respective way. But I guess since your one of the largest banks in the country with millions and millions of customers, it's hard to look out for the everyday Joe and Jane if you know what I mean. My call is recorded so there's a record of what happened. I'm not some large depositor, I'm just a checking account holder, but still I deserve as much respedt as any other person. I guess the call happened on December 15, 2023 at approxamately 1:00pm. I really would like to speak with someone personally from M&T's complaint department not just file a notice online. Like I said, I could have just gone on with my life, but I was so offended I felt compelled to reach out. I don'i know if it's worth it because it never would have happened at Wilmington Trust but here goes anyway
Desired outcome: I don't want an apology because it won't be sincere. I want to tlk with someone fron corporate office if I can.
