M&T Bank review: Wrongfully closed account

A check I wrote cam back and nsf due to my funds not being available just yet unfortunately it was a miscommunication with another person. I contacted m&t bank to explain the situation and ask for advice about how to fix the situation so that I didn't have any issues with the account.

The person at the bank said that since my funds would be available the next day I should write another check for the same amount, so I did exactly that. The following day my account was Frozen. I called again spoke to a bank manager explaining everything to them they said the check was on hold. So I asked what to do she suggested I write another check for a different amount to fix it. Once again I did so . I called later that day and was toldy account was still frozen and that my checks were under investigation for fraud. Even though I talk to bank manager earlier after a very long conversation with a higher up. I was told that once the spoke to the other bank to verify the funds my situation would be fixed. So I called a few more times to check on the progress of the situation nothing had been done until Monday around 12 I finally got a callback from a manager and they said that the money was there and that my account was going to close. I wasn't going to get access back and once my funds cleared I could come get them and they close the account.
