We send a letter request for transfer/relocation of our PLDT Fibr/Internet and Telephone Line Connection with an Account No. [protected] last March 14, 2019 until now it is not yet fixed. I have been calling their customer service and went to their office for follow ups and I got the same answer that our service request has been forwarded to an assigned technician to fix our connection. The worst thing is, it generates a bill every month (which we already paid) even without using the service. Very frustrating. We need immediate action for this matter.
