Mt.Gox Delayed Wire Transfer and Lack of Customer Support: Frustrations with Mt.Gox

I sent them US$1,000 two weeks ago via wire transfer and the money don't show up in my mtgox's account. I opened a ticket with them 48 hrs ago and they haven't even assigned to anyone. I can't wait for the money to be credited to withdraw it asap.

Yo, so I gotta tell ya about my experience with Mt.Gox. I sent 'em a cool grand, like two weeks back, through a wire transfer, ya know? But guess what? The dough ain't showin' up in my mtgox's account. Man, I was hopin' to see that cash real quick, but it's like playin' hide and seek with my money.

So, I did what any sane person would do, I opened a ticket with 'em. That was like 48 hours ago, and guess what? They haven't even bothered to assign it to someone. Like, come on, guys! I need my money, like, yesterday!

I'm just sittin' here, waitin' for the money to be credited so I can withdraw it asap. I mean, who wouldn't be impatient, right? I got things to do, bills to pay, and this delay is just messin' with my plans.

I hope they sort this out real soon 'cause I ain't got time to waste. Mt.Gox, you better get your act together and give me my hard-earned cash. I'm keepin' my fingers crossed that this review reaches someone who can actually do somethin' about it.

Mt.Gox Disappointed with Mt.Gox's Slow Manual Withdrawals and Lack of Trustworthiness

So, I heard that Mt.Gox is all about manual withdrawals, which apparently take more than 4 weeks! But, according to the comments I've seen, it seems like they take even longer. Can you believe that?

Honestly, I'm considering getting my funds back and moving them to a more trustworthy organization. I mean, come on, they claim to be a state-of-the-art trading platform, but that's just a load of nonsense if you ask me.

Mt.Gox Mt.Gox: A Total Letdown - Stay Far Away from These Scammers!

I gotta say, this Mt.Gox website is a total letdown. I mean, seriously, if I had the option, I'd give it zero stars. Here's the deal: you can deposit your precious bitcoins without even getting your account verified. Sounds pretty cool, right? But hold your horses, because as soon as you wanna withdraw those bad boys, suddenly you gotta go through the whole verification process. What a load of baloney! It's like they're pulling a fast one on ya.

Thankfully, I only sent in 1 btc and not my entire stash. Dodged a bullet there, I tell ya. But guess what? Now they've gone and disabled my login. Poof! Just like that, my btc is gone into thin air. Talk about a nightmare!

Listen up, folks, I'm telling you straight: stay far away from these scammers. Mt.Gox ain't worth your time or your hard-earned bitcoins. Save yourself the trouble and find a more trustworthy platform. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

Mt.Gox Disappointed with MtGox: Difficulties with Withdrawals and Manipulated Prices

I gotta say, I had a heck of a time tryin' to get my money outta mtgox.

The thing 'bout mtgox is they mess with the prices, ya know? Their prices for bitcoins are always higher than what ya see elsewhere. And to make matters worse, they go and ban sites like cheap bitcoins (http://cheapbitcoins.co.uk) from showin' their prices alongside others. Ain't that a real bummer?

It's a real pity, mtgox used to be somethin' special. But now, it's like watchin' a slow, painful death. It's just not the same anymore, ya know?

Mt.Gox Concerns about Mt.Gox and Bitcoin: Is it Worth the Risk?

This here Mt.Gox website, it's all about them bitcoins, you know? It's like this global online money thingy, no banks involved. Personally, I ain't too keen on it. I've had my fair share of buying stuff online and not getting what I paid for. Pay pal, well, let's just say I got some doubts about 'em. That's why I stick to my good ol' Wells Fargo card. If I get scammed online, those folks at Wells Fargo got my back, they'll sort it out and get my money back. But this whole bitcoin deal, it's got me worried, you know?

Mt.Gox Mtgox.com: A Risky Business in the Wild West of Bitcoin Exchanges

Mtgox.com, man, it's like this big shot in the bitcoin exchange game, you know? But honestly, who can say for sure if it's the biggest? I mean, it's all a bit shady if you ask me. I wouldn't go throwing my hard-earned cash into bitcoins if I were you, 'cause chances are you'll end up kissing it goodbye.

So, get this, they just up and halted trading recently, claiming it was a "market cool down" or something. Apparently, the prices were plummeting faster than a rollercoaster drop. But here's the kicker, there ain't no regulations or rules governing this stuff, so these guys can pretty much do whatever the heck they want.

Now, don't get me wrong, I ain't saying it's a scam or nothing. But let's just say it's a risky business, my friend. You gotta be real careful when dealing with these bitcoin exchanges, 'cause there's no safety net to catch you if things go south.

But hey, that's just my two cents. You do you, man. Just remember, when it comes to Mtgox.com, it's like the Wild West out there. Ain't no sheriff in town to keep things in check. So tread lightly, my friend, and may the bitcoin gods be with you.

Mt.Gox MtGox's Lack of Security: Unauthorized Withdrawal Leaves Customers Vulnerable

So, I had like 2.8 bit coins in my mtgox account, right? And then, outta nowhere, I get this email last night, sayin' there was a withdrawal from my account. They were all like, "Yo, if this ain't you, hit us up ASAP." So, I wasted no time and shot 'em an email right back, lettin' 'em know that I didn't authorize that withdrawal.

But guess what? Those mtgox peeps hit me back the next mornin', sayin' it was too freakin' late to stop the transaction. They already processed it to some IP address in France. Can you believe that? They straight up told me there was nothin' they could do about it. They didn't even take any responsibility for lettin' this go down. They just told me to go report it to the local police, like they handle these kinda things.

Man, I gotta say, I'm pretty ticked off about this whole situation. Mtgox really dropped the ball on this one. It's like they don't even care about their customers' security. I mean, come on, they should've had better measures in place to prevent unauthorized withdrawals. It's not cool at all.

So, if you're thinkin' about signin' up with mtgox, I'd seriously reconsider. They don't seem to have their act together when it comes to keepin' your funds safe. And trust me, you don't wanna go through what I just did. It's a major headache, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. Stay away from mtgox, folks. It's just not worth the risk.

Mt.Gox Warning: Mt.Gox Review - Scam Alert! Frustrating Withdrawal Process, Glitchy Website, Shady Business Rumors

SCAM! I been tryin' to take out money from my account for like 2 whole months, man! It's been a real pain in the you-know-what, let me tell ya. Mt.Gox, or whatever they call themselves, ain't nothin' but trouble. I mean, seriously, who wants to wait that long just to get their own hard-earned cash?

I gotta say, this whole experience has been frustratin' as heck. I've been jumpin' through hoops, fillin' out forms, and talkin' to their so-called customer support, but it's like talkin' to a brick wall. They keep givin' me the runaround, tellin' me to be patient and all that jazz. But come on, 2 months is way too long to be patient!

And don't even get me started on their website. It's a hot mess, I tell ya. Half the time, it's down or glitchin' like crazy. I can't even access my account half the time. It's like they don't want me to get my money back or somethin'. I mean, what kind of legit company has a website that's always actin' up?

I've heard rumors about Mt.Gox bein' involved in some shady business, and I gotta say, I wouldn't be surprised. I mean, why else would they make it so dang difficult for me to withdraw my own money? It just don't make no sense.

So, if you're thinkin' about signin' up with Mt.Gox, I'd say think again, my friend. Save yourself the headache and find yourself a more reliable exchange. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

Mt.Gox Mt. Gox: A Quick Bitcoin Deal with a Lawsuit Looming - Is it Worth the Risk?

So, I gotta tell ya, Mt. Gox ain't too shabby if you just wanna do a quick bitcoin deal. But, here's the thing, they're in some hot water 'cause they're gettin' sued. I mean, can you really trust 'em to stick around? I found this article on VentureBeat that spills the beans about CoinLab suing 'em for a whopping $75 million. That's no small change, ya know?

Now, I ain't no legal expert or nothin', but when a company's gettin' sued for that kinda dough, it makes ya wonder if they're gonna be able to keep their doors open. I mean, who wants to do business with a company that's got a big ol' lawsuit hangin' over their head?

But hey, maybe it's just a bump in the road for Mt. Gox. Maybe they'll come out on top and prove all the naysayers wrong. Only time will tell, my friend. In the meantime, if you're lookin' to do a one-time bitcoin transaction, Mt. Gox might be an option. Just keep in mind the whole lawsuit situation and decide for yourself if you wanna take the risk.

Gox train, make sure you read up on all the latest news and keep an eye on how this lawsuit pans out. 'Cause at the end of the day, you wanna make sure your hard-earned cash is in good hands, right?

Mt.Gox Terrible Experience with Mt.Gox: Locked Account, No Support, Lost $2k

Now I can't even withdraw any of my precious bitcoins. And let me tell ya, that's a whole lotta money down the drain. I'm talkin' almost 2 grand, gone just like that.

I tried reachin' out to their so-called help forum, but man, what a waste of time. They didn't even bother to reply to my questions for a whole month! Can you believe the nerve? I mean, I'm just tryin' to get some answers here, ya know?

It's really frustratin' when a company treats its customers like this. I mean, I trusted 'em with my hard-earned money, and this is how they repay me? It's just not right. I wouldn't recommend Mt.Gox to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

I hope y'all can learn from my mistake and stay far away from this mess. Trust me, there are plenty of other platforms out there that actually care about their customers. Don't make the same costly error I did. Stay safe, folks.

About Mt.Gox

Mt.Gox was a prominent Bitcoin exchange platform that operated from 2010 to 2014. Founded by Jed McCaleb, it quickly became one of the largest and most influential cryptocurrency exchanges in the world. At its peak, Mt.Gox handled over 70% of all Bitcoin transactions globally.

The platform provided users with a convenient and secure way to buy, sell, and trade Bitcoin. It played a crucial role in the early adoption and growth of Bitcoin, contributing significantly to the cryptocurrency's popularity and acceptance.

However, Mt.Gox faced numerous challenges throughout its existence. In 2011, it suffered a major security breach, resulting in the theft of thousands of Bitcoins. This incident raised concerns about the platform's security measures and led to increased scrutiny from regulators and the Bitcoin community.

Despite these setbacks, Mt.Gox continued to operate and even expanded its services to include other cryptocurrencies such as Litecoin. It seemed to be on a path to recovery, attracting a large user base and gaining the trust of many investors.

Unfortunately, in early 2014, Mt.Gox faced its most significant setback yet. It announced that it had lost approximately 850,000 Bitcoins, worth around $450 million at the time, due to a long-standing vulnerability in its system. This revelation shocked the cryptocurrency world and sent shockwaves throughout the industry.

The loss of such a significant amount of Bitcoin severely impacted Mt.Gox's ability to continue operating. It filed for bankruptcy protection in Japan, where it was based, and subsequently ceased all trading activities. The incident not only resulted in substantial financial losses for users but also damaged the reputation of Bitcoin and cryptocurrency exchanges as a whole.

The aftermath of the Mt.Gox collapse led to increased regulatory scrutiny and the implementation of stricter security measures within the cryptocurrency industry. It served as a wake-up call for both users and exchanges, highlighting the importance of robust security protocols and transparent practices.

In conclusion, Mt.Gox was a pioneering Bitcoin exchange that played a pivotal role in the early development of cryptocurrencies. However, its journey was marred by security breaches and, ultimately, the loss of a significant amount of Bitcoin. The collapse of Mt.Gox had far-reaching consequences for the cryptocurrency industry, leading to increased regulation and a renewed focus on security within the ecosystem.
