I bought a 2020 America The Beautiful 5oz quarter on Ebay from Liberty Coin Galleries, but it had damage on the front
I bought a 2020 America The Beautiful 5oz quarter on Ebay from Liberty Coin Galleries, but it had damage on the front. There was a big ugly scratch on Washington's neck. I think they are taking advantage of customers during a pandemic. When I contacted them, they said I should've known because it's advertised as "BU" not new, and "BU" goes down to MS60 including a huge scratch. I think they should go out of business, they are scoundrels.

I ain't got my order yet
I ain't got my order yet. I ordered a 2.5 gram gold bar like a month ago an it still ain't come. I paid 197 bucks for it an I want my money back or the bar. Thanks.
They're scammers, plain and simple
They're scammers, plain and simple. I got ripped off big time. I ordered a 1OZ Gold bar from Liberty Coin Galleries on eBay for a whopping ***. The item number is XXXXXXXXXXXX and my order number is XX-XXXXXXXXXX. When the package arrived, it was still sealed, but when I opened it up, there was nothing inside except for an empty box. These guys knew exactly what they were doing - they targeted my purchase and sent me nothing. Don't trust them!
I got an invoice from Liberty Coin at XXXXX *** XXXXX
I got an invoice from Liberty Coin at XXXXX *** XXXXX. But I didn't get what I ordered. I ordered a coin a while back and didn't look at it closely. I just put it in my vault. But last week, I was taking inventory and saw that the coin wasn't what I ordered. It was supposed to be a 2018 W American Silver Eagle. PCGS MS70 First strike. But it's not a W, which means it wasn't struck at West Point. The invoice number is XXXXXX and I ordered it on 4/4. It's still in the original package and I haven't opened it. I emailed the company, but they haven't responded. I've called them a bunch of times, but I keep getting cut off without talking to anyone.

I got a gold buffalo coin from Liberty Coin Galleries and the box it came in was all messed up
I got a gold buffalo coin from Liberty Coin Galleries and the box it came in was all messed up. The wooden box was all worn out and the leather was peeling off. The outer box was also torn up. I told them I wanted a new box, but they said they didn't have any 2013 boxes. I paid for a new coin with a new box and certificate, but they can't give me the right box. So, I asked for a refund of *** dollars for the wooden box and outer box. The box I got was no good and they can't give me a new one, so I want my money back.
I tried to buy a 2020 Gold Buffalo on 11/17
I tried to buy a 2020 Gold Buffalo on 11/17. Customer service said they tried three times but failed. On 11/17, my USAA debit card was charged. On 11/23, I asked Liberty Coin about my refund. They said they refunded my card, but I never got it. On 11/25, I talked to USAA to dispute the transaction. They gave me a temporary credit of ***. I asked Liberty Coin about it, but they said they didn't generate any orders, yet my money was taken. Today, USAA took the temporary credit of ***, leaving me with no product and no money. I attached my transaction log to show proof that Liberty Coin never refunded me. I hope we can resolve this soon. The bank took back the temporary credit because I didn't have enough info from Liberty Coin. I talked to a USAA rep who reopened the case. She told me to show Liberty Coin that I never got a refund from them. Product_Or_Service: 1
I was charged an undisclosed amount for gold coins by Liberty Coin Galleries on May 12th, 2022
I purchased gold coins from Liberty Coin Galleries online and was charged an undisclosed amount on May 12th, 2022. They notified me the next day that my order had shipped, promising delivery within 1 - 5 business days. However, when the order did not arrive as expected, I discovered the provided tracking number was invalid. Upon contacting Liberty Coin on May 20th, I encountered an unhelpful representative who claimed I had failed to provide a shipping address, resulting in the return of my package. Despite assurances of reshipment, no action was taken. A follow-up call on May 26th led to an even less pleasant interaction with the same representative, who blamed me for the input error. I questioned the logic of sending valuable goods without a shipping address, to which I was told it was a computer error. Requests for a refund have been ignored. Given the timing of my purchase during a period of low gold prices and subsequent reviews suggesting intentional delays by Liberty Coin, I suspect fraudulent practices and demand a refund with interest.
