After participating and using the app I did not get the discount promised. I spoke with 2 representatives of TD Bank and no one could show me in my new policy where is the discount. I went threw the policy with them and compared the amounts from each coverage of both policies and the discount was not present there. He told me that the discount was there but he was not able to find it. Also, he told me that the discount would be less because I had to deduct the amount that I was already receiving for just participating in the program. I asked him to show me where this information is written and he also could not show me. This program is a scam.

Yo, so I had this issue with some vandals messin' with my ride and I called up TD Insurance to see if they could help me out. They sent an inspector to check it out and when they saw the damage, they straight up said it wasn't their problem. I was like, what the heck man? I pay for insurance for situations like this! But they just ignored me and didn't even bother returning my calls.

Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed with TD Insurance. I thought they were supposed to have my back, but it seems like they don't really care about their customers. I mean, I get that they can't cover everything, but the least they could do is explain why they can't help me out instead of just brushing me off.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend TD Insurance to anyone. If you're looking for a company that actually cares about their customers, you should probably look elsewhere.

I've been with TD Insurance for 11 years now, and I gotta say, it's been a pretty rough ride. The prices are always higher than what I expect, and the customer service is just plain awful. The staff is the worst I've ever dealt with. If you're looking for zero value for your money, then this is the insurance for you.
