I am beyond grateful for *** help
I am beyond grateful for *** help. She has been my best buddy by her attention to my life insurance. She has paid a ton of attention to my changing of policy and new policy. I will be forever grateful for both her help and friendship. I cannot say enough about her! You might want to advance her to a very important position. I have never met a more personable agent and am grateful she came into my life.
Thank you

I am so thankful for North American Senior Benefits and for what they do. I didn't realize what all was involved in just having life insurance but the peace of mind in having the right type of life insurance. My agent walked me through all the options available and put me in a plan that is best for my family. He was so informative and professional. I am grateful for a company such as this that truly cares that they're clients are getting the right coverage at the right time.
The experience with this company has been a joy with my agent *** we need more people like him around he's very patient and kind thank god for him and take care of him thank for him
It is a Joke folks. I can't get any information about this place. This is a rip off for they lie about seniors getting $97,000.00 as a gift from Congress. Their site does not give any information.
Deception is the way to get customers. Try to trick people. SLIMEY insurance sales.

Lady came to elderly parents home, stated she had canceled old policies and created new ones. The "new" policies were not even in effect and "old" policies were not cancelled. She blatantly lied to my parents and I had to go through 11 life insurance policies and straighten out the mess she made. I do not recommend NASB at all. Call the # on the FB page and "***" answers and states they are a different agency upstairs in same building. Just research a little and you will see.
Jamila was very sweet and professional. I'm so thankful she came to help me with my life insurance. We need more people like her in the world, she went above and beyond and I appreciate her for it.
I was scammed by this company. The sales staff make statements and did not follow through. Lied to and took money in April and still can not get monies back! Lied to repeatly!

My agent who was very kind, spent time reviewing policy's for my family's insurance needs
My agent who was very kind, spent time reviewing policy's for my family's insurance needs. I send in a request for insurance and received an in person visit, not a phone call. He was very though asking questions and had three options based on his questioning. We completed a policy review on the current policy I've had for years and to my surprise it was a term not a whole life like I was told my previous agent. His patience and professionalism put at ease and I'm so happy he knocked on my door that day.

Matt *** did a wonderful job! He helped me get $20,000 of coverage with a great company, and helped me get a check back for my cash value from my old policy's. I'm very happy with Matt as my agent!
Matt helped me get $500 more coverage for a cheaper price than I was paying, and helped me get into a better company
Ellesa was awesome! She helped me shop around at different companies and pick the best one for me. I am very thankful for North American senior benefits.
It was a pleasure working with Miss Chelsea. She made the whole experience wonderful. She answered all of my questions and instilled confidence in me as it related to her answers. She is a very nice young lady and credit to North American Senior Benefits.
Thank you

We had a North American Senior Benefit broker come by my house, he was super professional and showed me that they were not just about seniors. I was able to cover my children under the age of 18 and also set an appointment for them to come back and cover my two older children and their fiancé. They were able to get myself and my husband a plan that worked for our needs as well. They taught us about how it works and I finally understand the types of insurance and how they all preform...the education is the best.

Please tell your agents in Fort Wayne, In, and the rest of the country that they should NOT enter a residence when approaching people
Please tell your agents in Fort Wayne, In, and the rest of the country that they should NOT enter a residence when approaching people. There is a pandemic! During the last week of October , two representatives entered the home of my elderly mother and spoke with her for a half hour after going door to door. She has only seen family, and if she comes down with Covid-19, we will remind you and everyone of this fact. Please do not claim you are about senior benefits when your employees put the health of seniors at risk.

I don't know how legit this company is or not
I don't know how legit this company is or not. I am trying to resolve this before they get cared away. If I endorse this check it would give them information to my personal account. They are also asking for my telephone number. From reading this "form" letter whereas all they put in is your name which means this letter is sent to everyone the same way. From other complaints that have been filed, they don't seem reputable. If I need insurance I will research and call myself. Therefore, ComplaintsBoard.com need to ask this company to cease from sending these checks that always bounce and cost the consumer more.

Grateful for our new NASB agent and insurance policy!
Grateful for our new NASB agent and insurance policy! My mom was previously told that she was "uninsurable" but had filled out a mailer requesting information on life insurance and an NASB agent came to see her. Upon meeting with this agent, we found that the previous agent only offered one insurance product and, due to a health issue, my mom didn't qualify for that particular company. Our NASB agent had access to several different insurance companies and was actually able to find a couple that would accept my mom, so we even had choices! My mom felt cared for and is happy to have someone she trusts, to call if she has any questions. What a relief! Thank you!

I filled out a piece of mail that was a request for life insurance and a man showed up at my front door a few weeks later with a copy of the card that I had mailed back in. I didn't realize that companies still care enough to invest the time in sitting down with people anymore! My wife and I soon realized that this gentleman was not an insurance salesman, but a true friend and advisor. He asked us questions that we had never thought about, like what would happen to our family if my income was cut off if I died. He showed us many options through many different companies, then he let US decide what was best for our family and our budget. Thank you NASB for hiring such an amazing person, and for caring enough to sit down with us one-on-one to solve our problems!

STAY AWAY!
STAY AWAY! SCAMMERS TARGETING THE ELDERLY Two very well dressed men came knocking at my door. They had the correct date of birth and my signature insisting that I wanted their service. When I called the 1800 number on the website, the woman who answered the telephone as "hello" vs their company name. Then she said that this company buys information from other companies or they send a $5 check and if you cash it (we never received that) - then they receive your information and then come to your house. How do they get your address (she said they google it). They target the elderly and are quite conniving. They wanted to make us pay for this "additional healthcare that we wanted." - we never asked for additional insurance. All during the Covid 19 Pandemic (and we have a STAY AT HOME order). Who goes to peoples houses especially during this time.

The same way I felt
The same way I felt. They lied to get in the door and the agent had not received her license yet. Neither one wore a mask either. They asked many personal questions to the point that it was getting embarrassing. Asked about our total income, our credit rating, and how we spent OUR money. None of their business! Never said they represented an insurance company but they represented that they were only here to insure my husband and I were getting the services the state of Virginia owed us as seniors. At our advanced age, I'm sure they thought we were stupid, but I am very well educated, but I did not recognize that they were scammers but still fell into their trap. Lied the entire time! Will never use them even if though I think the insurance might be good. I must admit they were good scammers and liars! Will report them as Scammers to the authorities! *** & *** F.

I got a $5 check in the mail that says NO (underlined) Obligation if i cash this check, but then a man comes to my house and tries to belittle me into taking the paperwork that clearly says im not obligated to take. I explained we hae insurance already, and he tells *** must be one of the people that takes money from the collection plate, and we probably need the money anyway. And then preceded to insult my husband as well. I DO NOT WANT ANYONE from this company NASB,LLC to come onn my premises ever again. number 2 in the instructions for cashing the check say, IF I want to be contacted to put my phone number on the back of the check which I DID NOT DO.The DISCLAIMER says: THERE IS NO OBLIGATION TO PURCHASE ANYTHING, So WHY try to force us to take this paperwork. Also he LIED saying there are insurances listed on the paper that the check was attached to, which is not true. i can send you guys a copy of it if need be.

Agent Joseph *** came to my dads house he is 81 and sold him a $6000 whole life policy $98 per month draft in September we called and canceled it when we received notices of cancellation we received another policy the same agent sold him the day after we canceled the first one . My dad said the agent had him sign on a tablet and he didn't understand it at all thought it was about cancelation .both policies were very unfair and worthless to someone 81 years old with very low income the 2nd policy was for $6500 underwriting for an 81 year old is obviously a red flag why?my dad has signs of dementia can't work remote control and has trouble with phone .cause of this I am putting in ring doorbell and cameras .we are not able to contact this agent but are contacting police .my opinion is this is elder abuse we do not want anymore contact from this or any agents that would use those tactics he is afraid to answer the door or phone now after unintentional purchase of $300 per month in whole life polices 4 of them

I saw a ad on facebook about senior benefits for people 50 and up
I saw a ad on facebook about senior benefits for people 50 and up. A agent called me ask me could have come out to drop off info about the program. He said all he is doing is dropping off info and that he dint have to come in that it will take a few seconds. So I said sure as long as he was just handling me paper work. He came ask could he come here for about 2 seconds . He end up staying 35 minutes. He told me about the insurance service they offer with me getting $600 back in a matter of weeks. So i liked that. He gets on the phone to do my life insurance application. I weigh 250 he told me to say i weight 200. I smoke he told lie and say i dont smoke. I have certain health conditions he told me not to put that down. I take certain medications he told me not to put it down. He called the insurance ppl they asked me questions for 15 minutes. Yes I went through it just to see the outcome. She said i was approved. I think he called anybody pretending it was Omaho. I would not dare fraud the insurance company. I told him the insurance company check medical records prescription and so on. He said they dont that the lady already approved me. He dont care about me or my family. If i went through with this fraud and died my family wouldn't receive one penny. He looking out for a big commission

For years I begged my mother to get life insurance
For years I begged my mother to get life insurance. She had health issues, made worse by a diagnosis of coronary artery disease in July . Again I begged her to look into life insurance, knowing that should something happen, no one would help me pay for her final expenses. She claimed she could not afford life insurance. Shortly after her coronary artery disease diagnosis, I met a customer at my work and found out that he was with North American Senior Benefits and I immediately started asking questions to see if my mother could qualify for life insurance at a rate she could afford. I took his contact information to pass along to my mother and stressed the importance of her calling him. I knew my grief if she passed away would be far worse if I could also not afford her final expenses. I pleaded with her to not leave me to grieve her with added grief of not being able to pay for her to properly be put at rest. Unfortunately, she never made that call to Joel *** with North Americam Senior Benefits. My mother passed away on May 1. She was 57 years old. My heart broke the moment hers stopped. Adding to my hearthbreak was a $4,000.00 funeral home bill that was cremation only and an urn. Although my mother did not call Joel ***, I knew that I could not make that same mistake. We never know what tomorrow may bring, or take away, and I have a daughter that would face the same circumstances upon my death. I could not add to her grief, knowing first hand how much my own is. Two weeks after my mother passed, I found Joel's business card and immediately called. I got a whole life policy with day one coverage, and peace of my mind for the sake of my daughter that I cannot put a price on.
I highly recommend North American Senior Benefits to anyone that loves someone, including loving themselves.
Thank you North American Senior Benefits and Joel ***, for finding the best insurance carrier, type of policy, and rate, to meet my final expense needs and budget. My daughter thanks you too!
I urge everyone, regardless of age or health, to protect yourself and your loved ones today, so that you are always prepared for whatever each day may bring.

This company sent a FIVE dollar check which was one year old. I did not request this check. I was not expecting this check. I do not know this company. It is dated 01/06 it is now 2021. This is an outdated check with a check void date of 90 days. If I had cashed it the bank would have charged me NSF fees. They are targeting Seniors that they feel are not very aware of scam and need money.

Came to our house and asked to see my policy on life insurance I did not get his name but he said he represents North American Senior Benifits. Did not explain much about RX benefits but asked if we had life insurance. He said he had knowledge of all insurance. My husband got out my policy and he proceeded to read it. Tried to tell me my policy is worth $10000. He said to stop this and pay for a $5000 one. I just said I wanted to leave it as is. But he had looked at my policy. I want all are info out of their system.

This company continually mails unsolicited junk mail to me in spite of my request to stop this practice
This company continually mails unsolicited junk mail to me in spite of my request to stop this practice. The mailings often have a $5 check in them inviting you to cash the check. If you read the fine print, cashing the check sets you up for all kinds of obligations, insurance, other things. It is very deceptive and I have no desire to have any further deceiving marketing mail from this company. I simply want this company to remove my address from their marketing mailing list and never mail to me again. Thanks

This company sends funeral expense insurance solicitations to me in Illinois addressed to a former DEAD, that's right, a goner, vanished, dustmop prior owner of the property. Did I mention he's dead. Who the heck reviews the accuracy of LMS mailing lists? How about I drive to Georgia and drop off all the junk mail you sent me and let it clog your mailbox. I am working with my local illinois legislator to get a bill in front of the state legislature, imposing fines on mail actions such as these. When you will be fined $25 for each occurrence, I will gladly let you stuff my mail box again.

No further contact by No Am Seniors Benefits aka LMS
No further contact by No Am Seniors Benefits aka LMS. I received a five dollar check that had I cashed would have given them carte blanche to harass me by phone or in person. The same day I received this check, Jan 20th 2021, I called their company and asked them to remove me from their mailing list. I was assured I would receive no further junk mail from them and be removed from mailing list and today I received more junk mail. I will state that at least this time the "urgent benefit for Virginia citizens" no longer looks like an official government piece of mail and even states that as well.. just not in big bold letters. However I still want any and ALL of my contact information removed from their database as well as stating I do not give permission for any of my info sold nor shared by them. I want no further contact by any means by this company or any of its affiliates.

This company has been sending me unwanted junk mail about purported funeral expense benefits
This company has been sending me unwanted junk mail about purported funeral expense benefits. I have *repeatedlysent them WRITTEN notification that I do not want any contact. Insteadl they have (a) followed me through four different addresses in two States for OVER FIVE YEARS, AND (b) at every one of these addresses, sent multiple additional mailings *afterbeing notified in writing that I wanted no further contact. I don't want money, or anyone sent to jail, or anything extraordinary. All I want is for these *** to take me off their mailing list and NEVER BOTHER ME AGAIN. Why is that too much to ask? I see over 30 complaints just on your web site about this same issue; the company *calimsit takes people off the list, but I don't believe it for a second. There are numerous reviews and posts elsewhere which indicate that this is their standard practice and that they DO NOT follow through on that promise.

My name is ***, I am currently 65 years old. On May 4th of this year, I had a gentlemen knock on my door, I answered the door and was greeted by a gentlemen named Joseph DeSira and he said he was here to talk about a Life Insurance policy. I had my son, Kent Malvitz (the beneficiary on the policy) help me call Mr. DeSira today to cancel this policy because of the payment problems. He started getting very aggressive on the phone and even said "So Kent, you don't want this money if your mom would die?". He continued to talk over us and was just unbelievably unprofessional and downright rude. After telling him numerous times I need this canceled today he said we would have to call Americo Insurance, I said ok, I then said you are being unbelievably unprofessional and snotty and hung up. He then started texted my mother starting at 12:46PM and didn't stop texting harassing messages until 1:28PM. We have attached a transcript of these messages.

Under the guise of the Wellcardrx and medicare, agent Diego took personal info and tried to change my life insurance to one of his policies
Under the guise of the Wellcardrx and medicare, agent Diego took personal info and tried to change my life insurance to one of his policies. Dec 4, 2020, an agent, Diego, stated he was from North American Senior Benefits to make sure I was receiving all benefits that were for seniors. He did not have an appointment and was adamant that he needed to talk to me regarding medicare coverage. Under the guise of Wellcardrx, he opened his tablet and asked about my medications and discussed medical issues, all the while entering the information. Eventually asked me about my life insurance policy and stated that it was part of his job to check and make sure I was insured correctly and that my policy was sufficient. He proceeded to question who is my provider and stated he will call them to assure my coverage was adequate. He said they do this all the time for seniors and is standard procedure. I finally told him the name of my insurance, which he then proceeded to call and got my policy number, face value, etc. When that call ended, he then said he would check with his supervisor to see if I would be able to be accepted by another insurance. He supposedly called his boss and of course he was told that I should go with a policy from Foresters insurance, that they would cover me with my pre-existing issues. He then filled out a form with the prices for three tiers of coverage. I was quoted a price for the lowest tier which is double the amount I pay for the same coverage. At this point I told him I am not changing policies, he got upset and said well then we are done here, took back his quotes and left. I am filing this because this did not feel right and he sat in his car for quite a while before finally leaving. I am worried that he proceeded to use my info to apply for his policy. When he first arrived, he had a card with my signature requesting information for senior benefits and am hoping he did not use this to forge my signature. I am requesting that North American Senior Benefits delete my information from their files and remove any personal information that was given before I sensed this was a scam and a very unprofessional company I was dealing with. This company preys on seniors and should not be allowed to do business and would be in the best interest of unsuspecting seniors, they have their license revoked. This occurred in Crest Hill, Illinois.

I was having an awful time finding life insurance for my wife because of her preexisting conditions. Your agent, ***, was able to not only get her covered, but at a price that we could easily afford to pay. We are very, very thankful.
This sales person presented himself as a representative of the *** and was sent to go over our benefits like dental and life insurance. He is not from the state. He is a salesman pitching while Life, dental and vision insurance. Has nothing to do with the state. Fraud fraud fraud.
