This company has been yankin' me 'round for years
This company has been yankin' me 'round for years. Not reputable.
TruEquity, oh boy, where do I even begin? Let me tell ya, they've been givin' me the runaround for what feels like an eternity. I gotta say, they ain't exactly the most reputable bunch out there.
I've been dealin' with TruEquity for quite some time now, and let me tell ya, it's been nothin' but a headache. They've been playin' games with me, makin' promises they can't keep, and leavin' me high and dry. It's frustratin' to say the least.
Their lack of professionalism is downright disappointin'. I mean, c'mon, is it too much to ask for a company to be honest and upfront? Apparently, it is for TruEquity. They've been pullin' the wool over my eyes for far too long.
I wouldn't recommend 'em to anyone lookin' for a reliable and trustworthy company. They've proven time and time again that they can't be trusted. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of TruEquity. You'll thank me later.
Took my case a year ago n havent heard from them

This company helped our family get back the money we were owed
This company helped our family get back the money we were owed. They kept us updated every week and went the extra mile to assist us. I highly recommend them.
TruEquity, they did exactly what they said they would do
TruEquity, they did exactly what they said they would do. They helped my siblings and myself get the surplus funds. Thank you for all you did.
TruEquity was great
TruEquity was great. *** and his team got me my money back. TruEquity was super professional. They took care of my problems. I completely trusted them. I can honestly say give them a try and you won't regret it. Thanks TruEquity.
I gotta say, the folks at TruEquity have been real pros
I gotta say, the folks at TruEquity have been real pros. They've been super helpful, giving us all the deets and being real patient with us. Our situation was a real headache, but thanks to *** and ***, they sorted it out and got it done. Big ups to
They stopped contacting me in my case
They stopped contacting me in my case. After the case was won, they said the whole legal team went on vacation. Now, I've been waiting for almost a month for the order to be drafted. I'm starting to think they scammed me and took the money. When I told them it was critical and important to be fast as possible, they're dragging me along.
TruEquity is amazin'
TruEquity is amazin'. They kept me informed every step of the process and saved me from FEP Foreclosure Excess Proceeds. I had a friend who used FEP when her house foreclosed and they took all her money. TruEquity was clear from the beginnin' and gave me a flat fee with no surprises at the end. Don't hesitate to use their services 'cause you won't regret it.
They helped me get back some extra money that I didn't even know about
They helped me get back some extra money that I didn't even know about. They were good with all the appointments and explained everything before doing anything. I'm grateful for having them to handle the money that became available after a property was sold at an auction. I had a lot to lose but I trusted them completely. God bless.
Our process was supposed to take 3-6 months
Our process was supposed to take 3-6 months. We are now sitting at 22 months. All contact has stopped within the last month and a half. We can't seem to get any answers from anyone. Someone "accidentally" picked up the phone last night and quickly told us he'd call right back. Never called back and today, guess what... no answer. No response to all of our emails. Nothing. Highly disappointed in this company.
This company does bad business
This company does bad business. I tried to contact the owner many times, but I just left him a message to call me back. They contact customers who already signed with other good companies. They promise a really low rate to make the customer break their first contract and go with them instead. This puts the customer in legal trouble because they still owe the original company, plus lawyer fees and Tru Quity's new contract fees. Please be careful and do your research before doing anything.
Truequity seems like a scam, but they won't admit it
Truequity seems like a scam, but they won't admit it. I got court papers that looked real, but I couldn't find the Case No on the Pima County case website. Wyer Law, PLLC in Gilbert AZ handled the paperwork. They told me in March that the case just needed the money to be given out and it would take 45 days. It's been over 60 days now and they haven't replied to any of my emails. I also tried calling the rep I dealt with before, but the phone number is disconnected. It's really sad that companies do this to people. No wonder they don't have ComplaintsBoard.com accreditation.
I used Truequity to help me with gettin the money for my foreclosed crib
I used Truequity to help me with gettin the money for my foreclosed crib. Let me tell ya, DO NOT USE Truequity. My experience with them was bad. At first, I had them rewrite the contract so they don't sneak in any hidden fees. But guess what? After waitin' 9 months to finally get my cash, they gave me less than what we agreed on. And they even kept some extra dough for themselves. They straight up broke the contract. They charged us more for somethin' called Notice of Appearance and Local Counsel. I get that these fees gotta be paid, but our contract clearly says that Truequity covers all fees, lawyer fees, and costs for full recovery. Not only do they not stick to their contract, but they also seem clueless about what they're doin'. I had to go to the courthouse myself and ask questions. Like, what's the point of hirin' them then? I bet they'll try to respond to my review and make themselves look good, but they can't hide the fact that they break contracts and ain't trustworthy. Seriously, don't use Truequity. Do some research and find another company or do the paperwork yourself.
Unfortunately, the guy you were trying to contact doesn't work here anymore, so that's probably why he didn't call you back
Unfortunately, the guy you were trying to contact doesn't work here anymore, so that's probably why he didn't call you back. But we've been sending you emails every week to keep you updated on your case. We looked through all the emails you sent us, and we didn't see any questions from you like you said in your review. We're happy to show you all the emails we've sent so you can see that we've done everything we said we would. We've successfully helped over 2,000 people get their money back, and each case is different, so sometimes things can get confusing. We saw in the emails that we told you we had to wait 45 days before we could file the order to release your funds. We've done everything we said we would. Now we're just waiting for the judge to sign off on the order, and we can't control how long that takes. We understand that you're frustrated with how long this is taking. If you have any questions or need clarification, please call our office or reply to the emails we've sent you. We take pride in giving our clients good service, and we hope you'll reconsider your review and take back the negative things you said. We're still working hard to get your money back, and we're almost done. Vice President of TruEquity LLC.
