Millennium Trust Company My account was purchased by Millennium from my prior management company, and I have been less than satisfied with their performance

My account was purchased by Millennium from my prior management company, and I have been less than satisfied with their performance. They apparently have 2 different web sites (very confusing). Finally got access set up to the better of the two which took way too long. They lost half of a dividend (this was an ACH transfer, so how do you just lose a couple of thousand dollars?) and it took many hours on my part to finally get it resolved. Now it is happening again (the payment was sent via ACH transfer and it has gone missing). Very frustrating since it is hard to reinvest funds that have not been posted to my account. I have my wife's self managed IRA at a different place which has been much better to deal with and will be moving mine over as soon as I can. The painful part is that Millennium will charge me a lot of fees to shut everything down and transfer to a more competent service provider. Very frustrating performance and poor customer service.

Company rolled over 401k to this mess of a company. 4 phone calls, an account created, AND 5 different documents later to attempt to get my funds out.Oh AND you have to wait 10 days before they "accept" your account which is the only to get your funds.I would give 0 stars if I could.

Negative reviews. A company hosting my account transferred it to Millennium Trust, which has a non-functioning website, an out-of-service phone number, and no physical address. The complaintsboard.com logo is a symbol of trust. With the number of similar stories that support the need for Millennium Trust to be investigated, what actions will officials with complaintsboard.com take? My next step is to ask AARP for assistance.

This is extremely frustrating. We tried to access our funds on line yet never receive the necessary email for a SECOND access code. They have no nationwide offices so going to a physical building is not possible. I want to know how funds can be transferred without consent. From what I am reading I also wonder what 'fees' are being accrued. If it comes down to it I may havre to drive 6 hours to 'visit' them.

I echo the sentiment of all of the other reviewers. I had to transfer our self-directed *** to Millennium and it has been one of the most frustrating experiences. We started the process in May and it is still ongoing in September. For a financial company, it is shockingly incompetent and slow in opening accounts which are pretty straightforward and processing simple transactions. Also, while the representatives are friendly - when you actually get a hold of them after dealing with long automated call center - they are ineffective in actually resolving any issues and do not follow up.

Millennium Trust Company This company is untrustworthy on all accounts

This company is untrustworthy on all accounts. If you have an option in your decision do not move forward with their services or handling of your funds. I became a current customer on 11/12 due to a 401K account that I had lost track of being moved over to them. I was never notified of this transfer and did not approve of it being transferred to Millennium Trust Company but have been forced to work with them to transfer my funds. Associated with this are multiple fees just to access and move your money out of their company. Complete scam tactic that is benefitting by ripping off people that have been forced to use their services to access prior accounts. I have requested to move my funds immediately and the communication methods with their representatives have been extremely difficult. Hours wasted trying to connect with them via phone/chat and email have all been unsuccessful. I am writing this review as a record before taking my own legal action to have my funds released to me.

I wouldn't even give then a half star rating. They take over your 401(k) funds and bleed fees out of the account while they string you along with poor self help investment tools. Transfer retirement accounts from Millennium as fast as you can.

Just adding my voice to the many others here - if I could give zero or even negative stars, I would. Every single aspect of Millennium Trust's business is awful. Predatory fees, customer service that snakes through layers of robot menus and requires diligent follow-up, convoluted processes that discourage you from accessing your own money... it's all designed to frustrate you so that you give up and they can keep their vampire teeth on your funds.Avoid this company if at all possible.

Crooks. Had a simple account with no fees from my previous custodian transferred it to Millennium Trust. Next thing you know I'm getting $35 fees on my account without notice. Maybe if there were thousands in the account and it was making money it would be tolerable but there was $140 total in the account and it never gained a cent from Millennium Trust. Incredibly angry.

My company rolled my 401K to this company. Going through their flow gives three options: Stay With Millenium Trust | Transfer my Account | Rollover, or Withdraw my funds in the "Verify Page." I figure if it was free, then might as well stay with Millenium Trust. On the next page ("Review Page") it shows the "Fee Schedule." The fees are outrageous, so I go back to the prior page. Might as well send this to another provider that doesn't charge any fees. Now, it says, "The information you have entered is no longer editable. To update it contact us." After I review their fee schedule, they don't let you change your preferences unless you contact them directly. The average person would most likely go ahead and not contact them, and then they would eat their life savings in fees. I find Millennium Trust Company highly unethical as they're intentionally creating friction for the user in order to limit them from going to other platforms. I think the Complaintsboard.com and the *** should take a closer look at their unethical practices.

Holding my money hostage! I was under the impression my money had been transferred and come to find out they never rolled it over. I'm beyond frustrated especially knowing they have taken 40$ out of my account every month. why didn't they contact me and tell me the transfer was unsuccessful? why didn't they call/email me to inform me of whatever issue it was? They *** and now are giving me the run around on signing in to my account. absolutely unsatisfied customer.

If you want to speak to a human, expect long waits. If you want a competent human, it isn't going to happen. You cannot make any progress with these people. Don't walk, run from this company. I am a 35 year veteran in financial services. The word service can't be used in the same sentence as MTC.

The most unprofessional financial organization I have ever experienced. I have tried to liquidate my father's *** for two years only to be told there are no funds available. I was told may times that fund disbursement had been approved and payment would be made. Also, after being asked for fees to keep the account that does not exist open. It seems like the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. It has taken almost two years of correspondence for Millennium Trust to come to this conclusion. It took getting a lawyer to finally get this resolved. It has been a terrible experience that I hope others can avoid.

I have been trying to 'work' with a certain Services company for two months now, to simply transfer cash from two custodial accounts over to an equivalent account on their platform. I've worked with a couple other custodians and this is typically a matter of filling out the appropriate forms and then waiting for the transfer to happen - that's not the case here. I have many HOURS invested in filling out forms on their website and then following up to make sure they act on them, only to be sent the same forms via hardcopy as if I hadn't filled them out already. Then, following up on the new forms because no action takes place from there... and wait, and wait and then follow up again. Trying to get a human on the phone there is a chore because they have automated menus that try to deter human contact - be it phone or chat. Trying to get simple beneficiary information entered properly was another matter - again, fill out their only form and then they complain that I need to fill out this 'other' form because I had submitted a trust, which I had not and I made that clear to them three times. Add to the tab three or four follow-ups to get them to fix both my beneficiary accounts because they either didn't act on my wishes or didn't act properly. I think the Trust company probably had good people working there, but their processes demonstrate a culture of ineptitude and I'm perplexed why I am being required to work with them for custodial services because I'm not going to move another dime into their system - life is too short to have to micro-manage my account custodian and since they are responsible for my retirement funds, that is of grave concern to me.

Millennium Trust Company I too was a victim of the Capitol One *** transfer and also could not believe how involved something like making a contribution is

I too was a victim of the Capitol One *** transfer and also could not believe how involved something like making a contribution is. So I called, big mistake! I was on hold for 96 minutes while listening to a recording on loop stating that Millennium Trust Company values their clients. This followed by the words, "Someone will be with you shortly." It was like a bad joke, I must of heard this about one-hundred times or more while waiting. Next, to add insult to injury, when I voiced my frustration around the issue of my excruciating wait, the monotoned account representative could not have cared less. At least that is what I took from her lack of apology or interest in how long I waited. When sounding off I said to her that she must hear the "waiting" complaint all of the time. She responded, "I do." So, if you are in search of a place for financial guidance, investment, or whatever this company claims to offer, I have advice for you and it is this: KEEP ON LOOKING. No one should have to chase their own money!

Unfortunately, my experience has been similar to the others listed. My mother passed away and I have spent months trying to get her funds transferred to another company. She died before she could finalize paperwork preventing the rollover of her 401k to Millennium. Since she passed prior to it being transferred to Millennium they claim that they have to go back to the previous plan for review. Each time I call for an update they claim that the prior custodian is unresponsive and theyre going to send an email for internal review and will get back to me (they never do). I have been stuck in this loop for months with no end in sight. I have no idea how much is currently in the account being held hostage, but can only assume that there has been market loss that *** have been prevented had I been able to have the funds released in a timely manner.

So far - not good ... My TIAA account was rolled over to Millenium because I had less than $5000 in it and the company that I originally had the account with 30 years ago didn't want to deal with it anymore. TIAA notified me and recommended this company, and I trusted their opinion. Originally, they said it takes 1-2 weeks for the paperwork and account to be re-opened in my name. That was 3 weeks ago, and Millenium still can't find an account for me. They now claim that it takes 3-4 weeks for the account change to finalize. TIAA said my check and files were sent 3 weeks ago and provided me with the check number and other file info. They also said that the check had been cashed by Millenium 3 weeks ago. I will wait another week and check back with Millenium. That being said and reported I should say that the agents I spoke with were polite and friendly. After reading the reviews here and with my own experience so far, I am pretty sure that i will not stay with this company. More to come in a week...

If I could give this company a zero, I would. This is THE WORST financial company in existence. Upon death of a loved one, they make it as difficult as possible to retrieve funds. They make no effort to contact beneficiaries. They continue taking fees after a loved one has passed. They make beneficiaries jump through hoops to get the funds from a deceased person. My father had 7 accounts with various other companies. This one was the smallest amount and they are holding funds hostage, while my father passed away in 2019, while they collected fees every year, without attempting to resolve the account and continuing to push ridiculous requirements for us to collect.

Millennium Trust Company Millennium Trust Company is a very deceiving, untrustworthy, incompetent company

Millennium Trust Company is a very deceiving, untrustworthy, incompetent company. I had my money in an *** with another establishment, which transferred my funds to Millennium without my knowledge or consent. I never received any communication from Millennium acknowledging they acquired my account, providing me an account number - nothing! I called on several occasions about this issue only to have my calls go unanswered. After another attempt (and an hour wait), I finally got someone on the phone, but she then placed me on hold for two hours and fifteen minutes and never returned. That was utterly disgraceful and despicable. I created an account to get my account number, but that wasnt even available on my profile. Millennium in every aspect of its being appears to be a fraudulent, shady organization to be avoided at all cost. There is no communication, apparently no employees, and no information whatsoever. This company needs to be reevaluated by the Complaintsboard.com and shut down; it makes no sense that Millennium has an A+ rating with the myriad of complaints against it.

Millennium Trust Company Huge fees

Huge fees. I was still in the process of getting my money transferred to my new work then I was informed before I got the paperwork in that it had been moved to Millennium Trust. My prior employer did not match money at all so all the money that was transferred and paid for fees was MY money. So I start getting the process to get it out of Millennium trust, and apparently after only having my money in there a little over a month i'm charged a $45 fee. On top of that opening an account, AGAINST MY WISHES (Though this is also partially a fault of the prior company holding the 401K), also cost a fee. So now, when all things are said and done I'm finally getting my money back. When I lost my job I had over $1500 in my account. Guess how much I'm getting back (Before the tax is taken out which will be another $140) due to this company? Just over $1300. DO NOT INVEST IN A COMPANY THAT DOESN'T MATCH YOUR 401K. It is not worth it and they pull stuff like this and have these thieves take over. You can't even call in and have them give you your money. You are FORCED to do the process online no matter how much verifying you go through. Absolutely horrendous process and so many fees that I honestly think they're only in business because of how unfair and terrible they treat people. Completely POINTLESS calling their customer service by the way. The only thing they can tell you is that they can't help you and to go online.

Millennium Trust Company Worthless, incompetent

Worthless, incompetent...had an *** automatically transferred to them from another company who decided to get out of the *** business (didn't receive notice it was gonna happen). Had to create an account, etc...set up a full transfer to my local credit union. One week after transfer, no check received. After 2 weeks, noticed there was $0.31 left in account. Asked them why..."don't know, but we'll send another check". 5 days later, the check for $0.31 shows up, but not the BIG $$ check from weeks earlier. Found out they send the checks simple USPS...no certified, no tracking, etc. So, now it's a lost check issue...STOP payment, which they say takes 5-7 days...that's BS. So, recut a new check...have to wait for STOP payment process...So, several phone calls later..."it's takes a couple of days to cut another check". Fine, send it overnight *** this time...that will be $30 charge. Fine...send it to THIS specific address to the attention of THIS specific person (my contact at local ***). *** says delivered this morning...went to the branch to double check...NOPE...not there. It was delivered to a corporate office downtown and into the mass of other mail/packages. They can't even send it to the correct address that I gave them...So, now, I now have the check in my account, but I have to wait for another 7 business day hold for the check to clear. From start to finish---5 weeks? If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Millennium Trust Company Companies like Millennium Trust ought to be ashamed at how they treat people like me who already have nothing

Companies like Millennium Trust ought to be ashamed at how they treat people like me who already have nothing. Their customer service representative had the nerve to tell me not to use bad words when I used the term "***" so I said "***s" instead, because it's okay to say it in Spanish but not in English. As in "Millenium Trust has the *** (or ***s)" to take $25 for an account opening fee, $35 for an annual fee, $10 if you sent me a paper statement, and another $25 for an account closing fee, all from a woman who is struggling to make it in this world, a cancer survivor and single mother. The $35 charge was refunded, but seriously you people are crooks. Mass Mutual took $50 and you take another $50, and I only had $745 to start out with. So, in your mind it's okay to take $100 of my $745 and I shouldn't be upset, and on top of it during the middle of a pandemic and I NEVER got notice from my employer in the first place. The middle class is being destroyed and you are complacent in it. I'm so upset I'm shaking at how you have taken advantage of me in the middle of this crisis. The more I think about the injustice, the more angry I get. You suck, there I used a bad word again. Leave it to me to get a snowflake for a customer service rep. I was laughing on the phone call because he was so proud to refund the $35 fee, as if he was doing me a favor. It's my money. I never asked for them to have it in the first place, but they'll gladly charge me $50 to get my own *** (oh, bad word again) money out of my own account so I can pay my bills. Oh, and then he wants to warn me about the tax consequences of taking a distribution LOLOLOL! Okay then.

Millennium Trust Company Struggling with a Service Provider for Cash Transfer Between Custodial Accounts

I have been trying to work with a certain Services company for two months now, to simply transfer cash from two custodial accounts over to an equivalent account on their platform. I've worked with a couple other custodians and this is typically a matter of filling out the appropriate forms and waiting for the transfer to happen. Then, I follow up on the new forms because no action is taken from there. I wait, follow up again, and again. Trying to get a human on the phone is difficult due to their automated menus that discourage human contact, whether by phone or chat. Entering simple beneficiary information correctly was another issue. I filled out their form only to be told I needed to complete a different form for submitting a trust, which I had not done. I clarified this three times. I've had to make multiple follow-ups to correct my beneficiary accounts because they either didn't act on my instructions or didn't act correctly. I believe the Trust company probably has good people, but their processes reflect a culture of ineptitude. I'm perplexed why I'm required to work with them for custodial services. I refuse to move more funds into their management - life is too short to micromanage my account custodian, especially when they handle my retirement funds, which is a serious concern.

Millennium Trust Company My 401k was transferred to MT from a previous employer

My 401k was transferred to MT by my previous employer. I received correspondence about my 401k and rollover options. Without my action, my employer moved my 401K to Millennium Trust. Upon transfer, $35 was deducted as a fee, which I was unaware of. Contacting Millennium Trust, I was informed it was for maintenance and tax preparation. I decided to move my funds to a firm where I have other investments due to this issue. I requested both the transfer and the $35 fees to be waived; only the latter was. With a Finance degree, I value transparency in fee disclosure. Millennium Trust failed to do so. I'm transferring funds to a firm known for clear fee structures and knowledgeable client service reps. Additionally, setting up an online account with Millennium Trust was slow, taking 3 to 5 business days, unlike my swift experiences elsewhere. This lack of transparency and efficiency is why I'll avoid future investments with them and advise others to do the same.

Millennium Trust Company I contacted this organization on 02/27 with the simple request that they send me another copy of my most recent account statement for my records

I contacted this organization on 02/27 with the simple request that they send me another copy of my most recent account statement for my records. The representative I spoke to advised me that she put in the request and a copy would be mailed to me within 24-48 hours. I also asked for a copy via e-mail which she reported she would also send and that I would also receive that within 24-48 hours. On 03/29, I contacted them again as I did not receive either. When I spoke to representative "Mina" on that date (who claimed at the end of our conversation that there are no reference numbers for customer service calls), she advised me that my request was not even submitted until 03/06. She displayed very little patience as I attempted to explain my frustration with the company's failure to follow through on a simple request and simply advised me that my requests for a paper statement and e-mail would be expedited. On 03/12, I called again as I never received an e-mail. This representative advised me that after following up with Mina, Mina told her that she advised me to contact the company again as there is a form that I am required to fill out in order to receive any e-mail communications, which is a complete falsification of the conversation that we had. I am extremely disappointed that rather than admit that she failed to advise me of the process that I would have to go through to receive an e-mail communication, she attempted to place the blame on me, the customer (when it is stated in an automated message when you call that all phone conversations are recorded). I am extremely disappointed with this company's continued failure to follow through on a simple request as well as the mediocre customer service.

Millennium Trust Company Well I received a letter in the mail in December from this company stating that there were funds from a retirement from a previous employer

Well I received a letter in the mail in December from this company stating that there were funds from a retirement from a previous employer. Well I called to verify that this was legit company because my accounts were hacked in early part of November. After speaking with the rep from the company and going over the fees that Millennium Trust, LLC would get and the total amount that I would receive, I agreed to complete the document stating that I would like a paper check sent to the address provided and emailed the document back to Millennium Trust. I was told that I would get my paper check in about 6-8 weeks. In January I receives a 1099-R tax document about my retirement information. I thought that was weird to get a tax document and not a paper check yet. I called for a few days because its always a 30 minute wait time. A person has to ALWAYS calls you back. Moving forward, I called Millennium Trust, LLC to inquire about getting a tax form but not the money. After speaking with this lady on 2.8.2021...she stated that the money was deposited into my account in October. Right! October, how is that possible when communication with Millennium Trust, LLC never occurred until December. I asked her how did you get my bank account information, she told me that I gave it to them. I would NEVER give out that information. I told her the correspondence that I had began in December. How did you all get my personal information. She had no response. It sucks that these types of companies can just enter your account information let alone HAVE it in the first place. So if Millennium Trust, LLC deposited money into my account in October, my account gets hacked in November and they send me a document in December as if none of these activities ever happened. Millennium Trust, LCC should have never gotten any percentage of my retirement funds. There is something weird about this company and judging from the other reviews I can see that most people are some major issues with them. If you believe that you have money out there you can find out without having to deal with Financial Scalpers and percentage thieves such as Millennium Trust, LLC. As a result I have had to close and re-open accounts because the series of events were just TOO TOO coincidental. Weird, weird, weird

Millennium Trust Company Mishandling of my account and poor customer service

1. They double-charged the Annual Maintenance Fee on 7/25/2023. See attached.

2. They took overly long to provide access to my account which was only earning 1.45%.

3. They made it very difficult to access my account.

4. My contacts with customer service left a lot to be desired:

* One agent did not know the difference between a one-time distribution, systematic payments, a full distribution and a partial distribution.

* More than one agent hung up on me during our telephone conversations, including Dorothy or Darlene from Louisiana on 9/27/23.

* After having several agents try to help me with an online, one-time distribution, one agent had to provide the “work-around” needed to complete it. The online instructions did not say you had to leave the IRA category unchecked in order for the distribution amount to be reflected, rather than show the full distribution amount, so the partial distribution could be completed.

Desired outcome: I want proof they deducted the 2 annual maintenance fees; to publicly apologize for poor customer service; to take less time than 15 days to process an application; and inform us online not to check the IRA box for a partial distribution.

Millennium Trust Company Payflex

I made two claims for a medical visit. One was covered by payflex. The exact same procedure which occurred days later was declined. I've spent hours going in circle with Payflex's customer service. I understand that this company, and it's holding company Millennium Trust, is known for ethics. Convince me that these company practice anything close to ethical.

Desired outcome: My claim to be accepted as it should have been from go.

I am having the same experience with the same excuses as hundreds of others I have found online: "EXTREMELY UNHAPPY - IT'S MY MONEY AND I WANT IT NOW. I wanted to transfer the funds back to another existing IRA at TIAA. Millennium Trust been stalling and coming up with all kinds of excuses for not completing the transfer. First, they made me verify my account verbally. Then they told me I had to verify my account by entering my information into their online system. Then they told me I had to "WAIT" until their system verified me - even though I had just been verbally verified in order to access MY MONEY. I called back and they said I have to "WAIT" until their system completes the verify process - up to 7 days (read up - I verified verbally and entered all my info). So then..."I" could go into their system and "REQUEST" my money myself (no he

My retirement account was transferred from my previous custodian to Millennium Trust Company in January 2022. I have been trying to transfer this account since this happened with no luck. I am not provided with the statements necessary to complete the transfer, and despite multiple calls, the wait generally exceeds 45 minutes each time, making contact nearly impossible given their hours and my work hours. I want a statement provided to me so that I can complete the transaction to Vanguard and cease working with Millennium. Thank you.

I was working for a company and had a 401k when I left they moved the money to millennium trust whom I never heard of. Called another company to have funds transferred. They did all the necessary paperwork but when I contact Millennium I have to jump through hoops to get my check and its ridiculous. Why are they holding on to money and taking fees that doesnt belong to them, its ridiculous they keep telling me I didnt do the correct paperwork when I had another financial company handle that and send everything over to millennium so I dont understand what the problem is for them to release my check. I just want my money

Millennium Trust Company Years ago I mistakenly invested in a dubious Oil & Gas venture, depleting my savings in a sham Trust

Years ago I mistakenly invested in a dubious Oil & Gas venture, depleting my savings in a sham Trust. For several years, everything seemed normal with the company withdrawing funds and reporting investment losses. In 2015, the FBI informed me about the fraud and the government's plans to prosecute the orchestrator. There was no money left in the account, no value in the fraudulent investment, and it was closed due to the FBI's actions. I've received no restitution since. Recently, I got a bill from Millenium for account management fees, which is absurd as I have no account or active investment with them. I insist the account be cancelled and to not be billed further.

Millennium Trust accepted funds transferred to them despite the fact that I did not authorize this transaction, nor was I notified, nor did I approve this transfer. I have been attempting to contact this company several times to get any documentation to prove that I authorized this and have yet to receive any statements or replies. I have now attempted to pull my funds to another agency since I do not trust this company, and again they have failed to comply in transferring the funds to another account as per my request. They are holding my funds without my authorization and not allowing me to access my account. I need an Admin to get involved and get my transfer of funds approved immediately.

I had my 401k rolled over to this company automatically because once covid came i did not find a job to transfer it to. I have recently tried to cash out my account and they sent me a debt card. This card is for wirecard which is no longer open. the card can not be actived and it looks like the company has been shut down since 2017 because the *** embezzled money. I have tried to reach out to the company but they are not help and i can not get anyone to talk to me since I don't have an account.

I am trying to get a balance and to see if my distribution was sent. My previous employer transferred our accounts from Transamerica to Millennium Trust Company. I have been contacting this company for three weeks. I'm 68 and need the money for house payments. I can't seem to reach a real person to talk to, and it's crucial that they engage in a conversation with me. Alternatively, they should expedite the process of sending me my money.

About a week ago I was notified an old employer moved a 401K to Millennium Trust. It is for less than $2000 and I was unaware the money was still there. I would like to roll over the money to another more reputable company but Millennium Trust had made it impossible to access my account or to transfer my money. From reading reviews on this place it looks like they charge excessive fees and do everything they can to keep your money.

Millennium Trust Company A former company rolled over my 401K into this company with no further instructions

A former company rolled over my 401K into this company with no further instructions. I discovered 2-3 years later that despite not receiving clear instructions, I was supposed to contact Millennium trust to set up an account with them. They have been charging me maintenance fees for years, which is absolutely not listed or specified in the information packet I received from my former company. When I contacted the company, they claimed that they made multiple attempts to reach my by mail, correctly citing two valid addresses, but then stated the "welcome packet" was returned as undeliverable. I am not stating that this incorrect, however, there is no reason for the mail to bounce back to them. I asked the CSR why they didn't call me, to which she responded, "it is our policy that we never make outbound calls." Next steps were never expressed to me, there is no reason for undeliverable correspondence, their corporate policy is to not make outbound calls (why no email either?), but they were totally fine taking $35 per year for the last three years of a barely $200 401K.

Same problems others are reporting. A past employers deposited my money in Millineum Trust ""Safe Harbor" account. Since 2019 I try once a year to get them to transfer the diminishing amount of money , originally about $250 to another *** account. This has been met with one obstacle of paperwork. This year I made a concerted effort to manage the remaining $100.00 online myself but after an hour of loops , verifications and requests to upload other personal information, I call the 800 number only to be sent back through the loops. In each attempt they want more information and verifications, so I said just send me the pay out to dissolve the account. They refuse until I can verify the information they all ready have. The number of hours they require is not worth the funds, so I guess they win and will just eat up my savings with their endless fees. Warning to employers ... DO NOT transfer your employers hard earned savings to this company.!

In January, I transferred the amount of $29,554 from a traditional retirement account with Millennium Trust (MT) to a newly opened retirement account at TIAA Bank and submitted the necessary paperwork. I subsequently received three written notifications (the most recent is dated 3/30/2022) from TIIA that despite numerous attempts, TIAA had not received the Direct Transfer from MT. I repeatedly tried to contact MT over the phone but could not get through after being put on literally hours-long waits.

On 4/14/2022, I received via regular mail a Q1 statement that states that my account was closed as of 2/17/2022, as the funds were transferred as a check disbursement transfer to TIAA on that day. I contacted TIAA who denied receiving any money. The paper statement from MT I received on 4/14/2022 also states that I have 45 days 'after either a) the date your paper statement is mailed or (b) your statement is posted online to file any written objection'. The cover letter to the statement has no date on it and the envelope has no postal mark on it. I have attached the statement from MT to this note. When I tried to log into my MT account I was denied access because my password was allegedly wrong. I requested a password reset and was notified an email to reset the password would be sent to me. It was not.

TIAA stated that it cannot help me at this time and I have to deal with the situation. Please also note that my retirement savings ended up with MT in January 2022 as the previous custodian, where my retirement funds had been for a decade, exited the retirement plan business. In November, they informed me that my account would be transferred to MT unless I instructed otherwise. No letter to that effect was sent to me by the previous custodian. However, I received a letter from them at the end of January 2022 stating that my account had been closed and the funds had been transferred to MT. Please advise. Thank you for your help.

I have been trying to get my money from Millennium Trust for since March 1st. I have completed the online form for withdrawal twice and I have talked them several times as well as the company I am transferring too. Neither of us can get anywhere they tells us we need to also fill out papers and we do and they tells us another form is needed. One of the forms is W-4 which is for tax withholding this is a 100% rollover they are no taxes. Just want my money rolled to my new account. They have been very difficult to work with. I have documentation to back this up. Thank you

A had a retirement account rollover from a previous employer that was sent to Millennium Trust in a specific year. I've been trying to request a withdrawal of my funds, but I've been unable to access information online along with the necessary forms that would allow me to do so and close the account. Additionally, I've been unable to speak to a 'live' person on the phone.

Millennium Trust Company will not let me access my own money. My money was transferred to them without my knowledge or consent and I would like to move it back to my original account. Millennium Trust Company will not let me know my own account number and is making me go through several complex steps for me to transfer my money away from them. They also require online access to do this. Millennium Trust Company is charging me exorbitant fees and has taken money from me and provided me with no investment income.

I have $5132 at Millennium Trust that is a 401K account in cash from a former employer. Millennium Trust keeps telling me all different info about how I can rollover to another institution. They claim that they cannot help. The other institution has to initiate the transfer. I contacted the other institution (TD Ameritrade) and they said that they have been having trouble dealing with Millennium Trust and that they cannot originate the transfer. Furthermore, my account is in cash and Millennium Trust claims that it will take an unspecified number of days to get my cash! This is a very upsetting transaction. It seems impossible to get your money out of this institution. I'm looking into filing a formal complaint with the regulatory entities that oversee firms like Millennium Trust.

Millennium Trust Company My former employer rolled my *** over to them and never sent me anything

My former employer rolled my *** over to them and never sent me anything. This company states they sent me a letter and it was returned so they searched for me 2 more times by sending letters to the same old address they know is incorrect before deciding to actually search and get my new address. They also charged me for them actually look for me though they stated they search for people twice before charging. They made sure they got their fees before actually attempting to locate me. Then they can't provide documents that I agreed for my employer to move it to a custodian and for the custodian to charge fees. I told them I want my money, but will not agree to their fees and they basically told me that there's no way for me to get my money so they will just continue to charge me fees until it's empty. So they're okay with holding my money hostage, not because I can't verify it's me, but because I wouldn't agree to their fees. Yet, they stated that my former employer sent them paperwork that I already agreed to it so why would I need to agree again. But they couldn't produce that paperwork either.

Millennium Trust Company I live in Panama, Central America

I live in Panama, Central America. I closed my account with Millennium in November , by phone. The account was emptied after I complied with taking my mandatory distribution - their requirement. The fund was transferred to Schwab. I was assured that nothing else was required to close my emptied account. Then I started in 2019 to receive bills with a penalty already applied for 2019 dues. I made three international long distance calls, each at least 20 minutes, to resolve this issue. Each time I was assured I should not worry; the problem was resolved, and I owed nothing. As I continued to receive billing with penalties added I called again and again asking to speak to someone who had the proper authority to solve the issue. Each time I was assured the problem was resolved, that my account was closed, and I owed nothing. I even mailed back one of the bills in their envelope with my complaint on the back - addressed to, "the Office of the President." I have just received another notice with the old billing and penalties, AND WITH BILLING FOR 2020 AND WITH THE THREAT OF MONTHLY ADDITIONS OF $30 PER MONTH UNTIL PAID.

Millennium Trust Company I received communication from Millennium Trust Company regarding 401K funds they received from my employer

I received communication from Millennium Trust Company regarding 401K funds they received from my employer. I immediately contacted the business to have my funds transferred to a "like" acct. I have been working on this process since DEC2019, over 3 months. Telephone hold times are ridiculous and each time I submit paperwork, Millennium informs me the wrong paperwork was submitted or something was filled out wrong. The paperwork being submitted is the same paperwork the representative is emailing me to complete. I have had to request via mail my address change, then verify the acct, then submitted 2 different notarized documents requested by the company. I have been closely working with my stock broker to ensure the process was completed correctly. Yesterday, Millennium, myself, and broker had a conference call and the information Millennium was giving was inaccurate regarding tax reporting and requesting more information in terms of a DIFFERENT form. Millennium is giving inaccurate information in the guidance of releasing my funds and/or using stalling tactics to avoid releasing my funds. I am looking for a resolution and to have may funds transferred to a "like" account, IRA to IRA.

Millennium Trust Company I received a fee invoice from Millennium Trust Company recently for $1550

I received a fee invoice from Millennium Trust Company recently for $1550. I have never heard of this company and I have absolutely no reason to have received an invoice requesting the balance due paid upon receipt. The invoice date June 9 account ***, invoice # ***. Many attempts have been made to reach them at their toll-free number . There is never a response to my phone calls, I am on perpetual hold and no one ever answers the phone. Again I have absolutely no idea why I would get a bill from a company I have never heard of. I have never ever received a bill from this company before nor have I ever received any correspondence from this company before. This bill is for the period 5/15-5/14. The invoice states there are no fees outstanding. This would lead me to believe that I would have some knowledge of such a recent new account. I can assure you there is no knowledge of my having opened a new account. They threaten me with a $30 late fee that will be assessed after 30 days of the invoice date and every month after until payment is made. This makes me question whether this is just another scam trying to dupe the public out of their money. My next action will be to involve my lawyer.

Millennium Trust Company EXTREMELY UNHAPPY - ITS MY MONEY AND I WANT IT N O W My 401k was a rollover from my previous employer (Fortune 500)

EXTREMELY UNHAPPY - ITS MY MONEY AND I WANT IT N O W My 401k was a rollover from my previous employer (Fortune 500). I wanted to "Transfer" my 401k to one of my existing IRA's. Millennium Trust made it extremely difficult to do so. They made me verify my account verbally. Then they told me I had to verify my account by entering my information into their system. Then they told me I had to "WAIT" until their system verified me - even though I had just been verbally verified in order to access MY MONEY. I called back and they said I have to "WAIT" until their system completes the verify process - up to 3 days (read up - I verified verbally and entered all my info). So then..."I" could go into their system and "REQUEST" my money myself (no help from them) AND PAY A $25 fee - AND only then by having MY Financial Institution complete a "TRANSFER FORM". Mean while the market can change and I could be losing money. I asked for my account number to help speed the process with their "TRANSFER FORM" and was told I have to "WAIT" until their system verifies me... GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR I can NOT tell you how PI$$*&^&OFF I AM. I filed a complaint with the Illinois Attorney General. IT'S MY MONEY AND I WANT IT N O W" I would NEVER EVER EVER invest or recommend Millennium Trust to anyone. READ Google Reviews / 3.1 as well as the Complaintsboard.com / 1.25 and see this same issue happens with several people along with other issues YOU need to see and understand BEFORE your money ends up here and they chip away at it or you can't get to it.

Millennium Trust Company My previous employers moved my 401k money to Millenium Trust without my knowledge

My previous employers moved my 401k money to Millenium Trust without my knowledge. I did not receive any statements or information from them when they did this. Last year, I went to log in and transfer my funds over to my established *** with another company and found out then. After trying to *** down my accounts and how much money was left in them, imagine my surprise when it was less than what I though and fees had been deducted for them having my money! After much back and forth with customer service since you cannot speak with a person and get a direct answer or solution, I was told to fill transfer forms out and have my brokerage verify everything and okay it and submit and it would take about 9 business days. I discussed with my broker and they filled all the paperwork out, I signed everything and they directly sent to Millenium Trust for my transfer. This was early February 2022. Since then, I have not heard a peep and the money has NOT been transferred. Today is April 4, 2022 and there is still not a resolution. I have checked with my broker and there has been no communication to them from Millenium and no deposit of my funds. I have send out another email to Millenium Customer Support hoping for some answer on where my funds are and why no one has let us know if there's an issue.I am getting sick of jumping thru hoops and having to email constantly to just get a *** reply with no solution. I feel like I'm going in circles and meanwhile, they are holding my funds that I earned hostage. I'm sure more fees will get taken out as well while the money is sitting there even longer.I feel this is an unscrupulous company and they are not easy to deal with, they won't give you the money you earned and that they don't want to communicate with you or help in any way.I am frustrated beyond belief at this point and I just want my money transferred asap. It's not able to be invested and grow while sitting with Millenium.I want a solution and I want my money

Millennium Trust Company Unfortunately, like scores of other Americans, my IRA was transferred to Millennium Trust without my consent

Unfortunately, like scores of other Americans, my IRA was transferred to Millennium Trust without my consent. On August 16, The *** Bank transferred the $1,158.82 balance to Millennium Trust Company. The letter, dated August 27, from Millennium Trust Company informing me of the the transfer neither included my full account number nor any fee schedule and none was available on the website. And when I later received a paper statement from Millennium Trust, I noticed that they had promptly charged me a $35.00 annual account fee on September 04. Upon learning this, I was outraged because the four other IRA accounts I have never charged more than $6.00 annually in fees. Why was it so large, especially on such a modest balance? I called Millennium Trust, but I was kept on hold interminably, unable to get this resolved. Then in 2019, I received another statement. This time they deducted $47.00 in fees, again a $35.00 annual fee and now a $12.00 statement fee for what was a single double-sided piece of paper. In July , I was able to locate the [protected]@mtrustcompany.com email address and I wrote asking for my full account number and a means to access my account online. I was directed by Retirement Services Client Service to register on the individual investor portal at https://secure.mtrustcompany.com. When I went to that secure site, I couldn't obtain my full account number or access without accepting the Terms and Conditions. The terms would require me, amongst other things, to waive my legal right to recompense and to accept a fee structure that I still have never seen. Thus to obtain my full account number, I would have to endorse the outrageous fees already charged and lose any legal recourse should Millennium trust not provide my desired resolution. I wrote back expressing my shock and disappointment and it was suggested that I call the Customer Service line again. Since then, I have call several times, even being on hold for over an hour

Millennium Trust Company 1st week Nov 2021 after receiving a notification from my investment company Ameritas

In the first week of November , after contacting my investment company Ameritas for information on how to withdraw or close my 401k, I was advised to wait until December to avoid penalties due to an upcoming rollover of former employee accounts to IRAs. However, before December, I was informed that my account was closed and funds withdrawn on November 23rd. Upon inquiry, Ameritas directed me to Millennium Trust (MT), who initially had no record of an account in my name. After weeks of back-and-forth communication and being told to provide various details to MT, I discovered that the delay was due to MT awaiting agreements from BIC, not Ameritas. Despite being two weeks after a batch of checks was sent to MT, they still had no record of my funds. The process was expected to extend into late January, leaving me frustrated and without access to my funds.

Millennium Trust Company I worked for *** and my 401k was transferred to Millennium trust company on 08/04

I worked for *** and my 401k was transferred to Millennium trust company on 08/04. I have not been contacted by Millennium trust company through phone, email, or by mail or any form of communication for that matter about the account or any information regarding the whereabouts of my account and how to set it up or login since the transfer. I called Millennium trust the first week of September to have my funds transferred to vanguard. I did exactly what the lady asked me to do which was to fill out the electronic forms online. she said once it was sent, to give it 4 weeks before the funds appeared in the new vanguard account. I gave it 6 weeks, nothing happened. Now we are at the 3rd week of October, I called Millennium back and this time I got a man on the phone. he said he did not see that we filled out any forms. he said we were to reach out to vanguard directly for a form to request for transfer. I called vanguard right away, and they said that is not the case at all and there is no forms required. I got fed up with waiting so I contacted Millennium the following day 10/27 and requested for a check to be sent to me. they asked me for all the necessary information and said it would be processed and sent out the following week. I called the following week to check on the status of the check. they said it was processing and I should receive it in a few more days. i gave it until 11/10 and called to see if they sent out a check, and they simply said " we don't send out checks". now I am livid, I'm being given the runaround by this company since September! this company is a scam, its been 3 months and I have not received my money. I logged onto their website today to access my account and saw that they charged me $90 in fees! for what? annual account fees and 2 establishment fees. that is ridiculous, I want the fees reimbursed. charged right at transfer 8/4. since the money has been sitting in the account, I gain $0 and lost almost $100.

Millennium Trust Company In January, $29,554 was moved from a traditional account at Millennium Trust to TIAA Bank.

In January, the amount of $29,554 was transferred from a traditional retirement account with Millennium Trust (MT) to a newly opened retirement account at TIAA Bank, and I submitted the necessary paperwork. I subsequently received three written notifications (the most recent is dated 3/30/2022) from TIAA that despite numerous attempts, TIAA had not received the Direct Transfer from MT. The paper statement from MT I received on 4/14/2022 also states that I have 45 days 'after either a) the date your paper statement is mailed or (b) your statement is posted online to file any written objection.' The cover letter to the statement has no date on it, and the envelope has no postal mark on it. I have attached the statement from MT to this note. When I tried to log into my MT account, I was denied access because my password was allegedly wrong. I requested a password reset and was notified an email to reset the password would be sent to me. It was not. TIAA stated that it cannot help me at this time and I have to deal with the situation. Please also note that my retirement funds ended up with MT in January 2022 as my previous custodian, where my retirement funds had been for a decade, exited the retirement plan business. In November, they informed me that my funds would be moved to MT unless I instructed otherwise. No letter to that effect was sent to me by the previous custodian. However, I received a letter from MT at the end of January 2022 stating that my account had been closed and the funds had been transferred to MT. Please advise. Thank you for your help.
