Refusal to honour withdrawal
I started using and investing crypto with CoinList January 1st of this year,I went through a broker called Greg who in the numerous conditions required for the investment told me I needed at least 6 months for my investment to mature enough to make a withdrawal of my profits which was fine by me. I invested a total of $134,650 USDT which I transferred from...

I gave CoinList my info, including my SS number, for KYC verification months ago and still no access to an account or response from their customer service. It's not right for a company to take sensitive info and not respond.
Coinlist Markets has my money, but they won't give it back
Coinlist Markets has my money, but they won't give it back. They say they're waiting for a bank transfer to go through, but it already cleared on November 4th. They won't release the remaining funds. They won't respond on social media or through email.

I sent money to CoinList a few months ago and I requested a payout
I sent money to CoinList a few months ago and I requested a payout. However, I haven't received it yet, and I haven't been able to contact them by phone or chat. Every time I use the customer service chat link on their website and ask about my money, I get kicked out and then can't access the feature anymore. I requested the balance to be sent to Coinbase, but of course, with any fees deducted.
On December 7th, I made 3 withdrawals from CoinList Markets to my bank
On December 7th, I made 3 withdrawals from CoinList Markets to my bank. Each withdrawal was for $30, making a total of $90. The first withdrawal was made on Dec 7, 2021, at 5:24 PM EET, and it was a wire transfer for $1,782. The second withdrawal was made on Dec 7, 2021, at 7:46 PM EET, and it was also a wire transfer for $7,865.10. Lastly, the third withdrawal was made on Dec 7, 2021, at 8:19 PM EET, and it was a wire transfer for $1,982.97. According to the website, the withdrawals should have arrived within 5-7 business days. Unfortunately, I have not received them yet. Additionally, I have opened several tickets with them since Dec 14th, but I have not received any responses.
I deposited on 5/29/2022, but this platform is hard to use and I'm not interested
I deposited on 5/29/2022, but this platform is hard to use and I'm not interested. I want to withdraw my balance, but they won't allow it. Every time I try, it says it'll take 4-5 business days, and it's been 11 days and counting. My deposit cleared quickly, so there's no reason I can't withdraw my funds. They don't provide a phone number, and when I emailed them, they closed my ticket without helping or replying ("your ticket has been resolved"). I told them it wasn't resolved, emailed twice more, but they won't respond. Starting to think I got scammed.
I invested in CoinList and had great investments
I invested in CoinList and had great investments. But when it came time to withdraw my funds, I'm having difficulties. They keep asking for more funds and trying to sell me more. I have over $750k of my own money plus $900k in gains that I'm owed. When I first tried to withdraw, they said I needed to pay taxes on my winnings, which was over $230k. I paid them. Once that was cleared, they said I owed them $130k to clear what they called money laundering. I wasn't involved in any of that, but I paid anyway. But now they still won't release my funds. They say I'm in a queue and need to pay $100k to become a VIP member. I haven't done that, so my money is still frozen for no reason. I think this site is a scam and they're taking advantage of innocent people. I want my money back. Their site and app are still working fine.
On January 5, 2022, me and my fam participated in Coinlist's token sale for Agoric
On January 5, 2022, me and my fam participated in Coinlist's token sale for Agoric. We deposited ***USD to Coinlist, but they didn't give us the tokens because they said we gave them a duplicate address. They didn't even give us a refund. I gave my fam an easy-to-use payment address, so I don't get why they're being so confusing. It's like they're stealing from us. No legit organization would take a customer's stuff for such a dumb reason. It's against the law. Because of the epidemic, me and my fam lost our jobs last month. This money is super important to us. I hope ComplaintsBoard.com can help us get back the rest of our ***USD. We got five receipts that are exactly the same.
I tried CoinList Markets to invest in an ICO on April 13
I tried CoinList Markets to invest in an ICO on April 13. But on June 2 and June 11, I used their platform to trade cryptocurrency, and suddenly my account got banned. They didn't explain why, and they even held onto my funds. They sent me a bunch of scary automated messages, threatening to terminate my account and take away my money. I've been trying to reach out to them, but it's impossible. Their phones don't work, they don't answer emails, and my tickets either get closed automatically or never get resolved. I even complained through ***, ***, ***, but all they told me was to hire a lawyer. I've talked to other people who got scammed too, and it seems like there are thousands of us all over the world. We're all stuck with no way to get our money back. The ICO itself has a lot of problems too, but right now, all I want is some kind of communication from the company about these bans.
Please check if CoinList Markets, owned by *** Inc
Please check if CoinList Markets, owned by *** Inc., is operating legally. In my situation, they illegally prohibited and banned my account after I purchased Clover tokens worth $41000. I am unable to withdraw these tokens and my other personal funds (USDT 42211.90) in any way. CoinList repeatedly threatened to withdraw the funds to my wallet within a specific timeframe, but they did not allow me to make a withdrawal, even though I met all the deadlines. They did not provide any explanation for this. It is important to note that all communication channels with the company were completely ignored. They did not respond to my emails, messages on the support site, chat, or phone calls. I believe CoinList is violating financial regulations and laws. I request that you investigate the activities of this company and its parent company.
I started trading crypto in April this year
I started trading crypto in April this year. I bought a total of $115,000 USDT from Crypto.com over 5 months and switched to CoinList Pro for trading. It seems I've made gains of $622,000 on the platform, bringing my CoinList Pro account to a total of 702,000 USDT. Now, I wanted to withdraw my initial investment, but I encountered problems. When I tried to withdraw $100,000, it got blocked. The customer service agent at CoinList Pro asked me to pay an additional $10,000 USDT to release the funds, so I did. However, even after sending the funds and them acknowledging it, the funds were still not released. The agent then told me to send an extra $50,000 USDT to unblock the node and create a clear channel for the $100,000 USDT to come through. They assured me they would send the $50,000 USDT back to me. I haven't complied with this request as it seems like a scam. I have all the emails and snapshots of the conversation with the customer service agents who threatened to lock and freeze my account if I don't comply. I want to remove my initial investment and earnings from this platform because it's not right to ask for extra fees on top of the fees already paid. I would greatly appreciate any help and assistance.
In March 2022, I started investing with CoinList Pro, a crypto trading platform run by CoinList Markets
In March 2022, I started investing with CoinList Pro, a crypto trading platform run by CoinList Markets. I transferred $1000 in USD Coin from Coinbase to CoinList Pro on 3/8/22. I made quick trades on CoinList Pro and made a profit according to the platform. On 3/9, I moved an additional $5.1k as USD Coin to CoinList Pro and made more gains through fast trades. Around 3/16/22, I transferred another $15k from Coinbase to CoinList Pro. With more fast trades, my assets on CoinList Pro continued to grow. On 3/25, I moved $60k from Coinbase Pro to CoinList Pro as USDT, another crypto stablecoin. Trading on 3/27 resulted in a significant gain as reported by CoinList Pro. After this gain, my total assets on the platform exceeded $600k as USDT.
At this point, I tried to transfer some of my crypto assets back to Coinbase Pro to convert them back to US Dollars and transfer them to my bank accounts. However, CoinList Pro stopped the transfer and asked me to send an additional $60k to cover income tax liability. I found it strange that they didn't deduct the tax liability from my asset gains on their platform. I consulted a financial advisor who agreed that the request for extra funds for tax was unusual but not necessarily illegal. On 3/29, I transferred another $30.3k from my bank to Coinbase Pro to convert USD to USDT and then to CoinList Pro to partially pay the requested tax. I also applied for a $20k loan from PenFed CU to help pay the tax balance. I received the loan in late April and paid CoinList $30k on 5/9 to cover the tax balance. However, despite acknowledging the payment, CoinList Pro has failed to process my withdrawal requests, and their customer support stopped responding to me after 5/10.
