I met dem in person in Dayton, Ohio at a timeshare exit presentation before COVID-19 came to Missouri. Dis was back in January. I paid dem $8,000 by credit card. We wanted for dem to get us outta da timeshare. Dis timeshare is in Maui, Hawaii. I realize wit COVID-19 things are a lil different, so my wife and I gave dem more time. However, we recently started calling every week and haven't heard from dese people once. We want da work done or for us to get outta our timeshare or for our $8,000 back.

On 10/16 we went to a seminar and signed a contract for this company to get rid of our timeshare. We paid them $6,400 by credit card. We were told that the process would take several months and we completed all the paper work that was requested. They now are not taking our calls. They also promised that we would not have to pay maintenance fees and we have received a bill for maintenance fee. We called them and (that's when they were talking to us) they told us they hadn't gotten paper work done yet, to go ahead and pay it. I thought by now all of the work would be done and we wouldn't have to pay any more maintenance fees on the two properties that we were trying to get rid of.

On Feb. 13, 2020, I went to a presentation by VOI Consul/Triton Holdings LLC and signed a contract with them to terminate my timeshare. After I received the paperwork back as undeliverable, I followed up with both companies. I emailed the documents to them as they requested. I reached out again on July 14 to VOI/*** (the company has now closed and disappeared from all social media platforms) and they contacted me via email to let me know that they spoke to their partner *** from Triton and informed them about the issue. On July 16, I received a call from ***/Triton, who called from a blocked number, and they informed me that they are very backed up due to COVID but will eventually get to my contract. Triton Holdings has not done anything at all up to this point. Their telephone is disconnected, and my emails go unanswered. I have not heard anything from Triton Holdings. My dues are coming up again, and they have not honored the contract within their 270-day timeline. Pay up Triton, I have been very patient. Your paperwork says moneyback.
