This place is the worst when it comes to customer service
This place is the worst when it comes to customer service. The store itself was alright, but when you call the number for a particular office or person, you end up getting transferred to a customer service section where you have to wait forever. The people who answer the phones couldn't care less about what you're going through; all they want to do is sell you something. If you're hoping to speak to a specific office, forget about it.
I canceled my insurance with USAgencies on 3/30/2022 by talking to them and they said it was okay
I canceled my insurance with USAgencies on 3/30/2022 by talking to them and they said it was okay. I also asked for a refund that they owe me. They didn't tell me that I needed to sign any papers to cancel the insurance. Now they're saying I won't get my refund because I didn't sign any papers. But how can I sign papers when the place where I live is closed and I don't know when it will open again? I don't have money to give to a company when I don't have insurance with them. I really hope and pray that I never have to deal with this company again.

This company canceled my insurance during this covid 19 pandemic
This company canceled my insurance during this covid 19 pandemic. I notified them on several occasions about me being out of work due to the coronavirus and they told me they couldn't help and canceled my car insurance.
I got insurance with USAgencies over the phone
I got insurance with USAgencies over the phone. I paid month to month and then paid off the remaining balance for my insurance policy. A few days or a week later, I called to update my car information because I had just upgraded my car. The agent who took my call told me I was being charged $388 even and that I wouldn't have to pay anything until October, which is when my old policy would end and I would get a new one. But now the insurance company is charging me $309, and if I don't pay that amount, they will cancel my insurance. I also have to pay in October whatever offers I get to keep my insurance with them. And it doesn't show in my payment history that they charged me $388 for the car update.
So, I needed to renew my car insurance and I called them up
So, I needed to renew my car insurance and I called them up. They told me how much it would cost and then they took $163.96 from my debit card. They said I had to sign an agreement through email to accept the renewal. But after I hung up, I changed my mind because the monthly cost was too high. So, I called back right away to cancel and I also sent an email saying I wanted to cancel. I never signed or sent back a signed contract agreeing to the renewal. It took forever to get someone on the phone to make sure it was canceled. And when I finally got through, I explained everything and they said they would cancel it. I asked if I could get my money back on my debit card and they said yes, it would be canceled. After that, I waited a day or two and called back to make sure it was canceled. They kept sending me back and forth, telling me to press different numbers to talk to someone. I was put on hold over and over again with no answer. Finally, when I did talk to someone, they said it was canceled but it would take 4 to 6 weeks to get my money back on my card. So, I waited and waited for weeks with nothing. I got tired and called back again and again, being told I would get my money back and it was canceled, or being transferred to different departments and left on hold. This has been happening since May 4th and I've been waiting for my money all this time. I finally got fed up and went to the local USAgencies office and explained everything. The lady there checked and told me my money wasn't put back on my card because it was in the mail. So, I left and waited again. When the check finally came in the mail, it was only $6.75. I was so mad and upset. I called again and talked to someone who said they would take care of it if I called again. I am so fed up. I've been waiting for my money since May 4th. I want my money back!

I didn't sign the finance agreement they emailed me to e-sign
I didn't sign the finance agreement they emailed me to e-sign. I can't see the document anymore. On 11/13, I contacted USAgencies for a car insurance quote. I gave them my car info, got a quote, and they referred me to a local agent in my area to proceed. I spoke with ***, a licensed sales agent in Mobile, Alabama at XXX-XXX-XXXX ext XXXXXX. We talked about what I wanted in a policy and she gave me the down payment and monthly payment amount. She told me to email back certain pictures, along with a copy of the car's registration and a picture of the VIN number from the dash or door. On Monday 11/15, the agent contacted me again and we started the policy. We went over what was covered. She said that once I made the payment, they would send me an email to sign and I could print the insurance cards. When I got the email, I realized it was a finance agreement. Even though I paid the down payment to USAgencies, they sent me documents to sign with a finance company so they could get full payment and I would owe the finance company. I closed the e-sign document and immediately told Ms. within 2 hours of our initial conversation on Monday that I didn't want to finance an auto insurance policy and wanted a full refund. In the emails between us and the previous representative, they never mentioned that the policy would be financed by another company. I asked her not to process the pending charge and to issue a refund. She said I would have to go through Premium Finance for a refund, but she couldn't say if it would be in full even though I didn't sign the agreement. I asked for the phone number to Premium Finance, but she wouldn't give it to me. So I googled the company and started calling to see if I could resolve the issue myself. I spoke with *** at The National General Insurance at XXX-XXX-XXXX, who said that the down payment is what the agent receives and this agent could have reversed the charge, but didn't because the money I paid was her agent fee. He told me about the notes she made in the policy system and my cancellation request, which contradicted the emails between us. Then I was transferred to *** at *** One Agency, who said that The National General Insurance was the main carrier and that Premium Finance made full payment to USAgencies, which was another reason why *** didn't want to cancel. Finally, I reached Mya at Premium Finance, who put me in touch with Athena at XXX-XXX-XXXX. *** told me that *** had sent a document to my email that I needed to sign for cancellation. I e-signed the document on 11/17. *** told me that a "Flat Cancel" was requested and because the policy was very short, there shouldn't be any fees, especially since I requested same-day cancellation. *** promised to call me by 10 am the next day with confirmation. Today is 11/23 and I never got a call from her. I left a message on 11/23, asking for a call back. However, I did receive a Notice of Cancellation with a late charge and cancellation fee of $153.14 due on 12/15. I tried calling the number on the letter today, but couldn't reach anyone. Finally, someone answered but stayed silent for 10 minutes.
