MTN Company review: Sim cards

It was 2021 when an agent from MTN called me regarding sim card contract that I will receive day & night data of which I will pay R150 monthly. After few days I received two sim card instead of one sim card and those sim cards didn't have data. MTN sent me the monthly invoice with the double amount of which our agreement with the agent was to receive one sim card and pay R150 monthly. I have tried to do follow up with MTN through phone call and emails to cancel the contract since I received two sim cards with no data I did not get any assistance. I called MTN that I want to cancel the contract they said I must pay R1500 for cancellation of which I paid that money but still they didn't cancel the contract. when I do follow up they tell me I must provide the MTN PIN of which I don't know and when I provide my ID NO & reference for a sim card contract still they cannot assist me. I went to Brooklyn MTN and they referred me to Menlyn MTN they told me to call customer care line.

Claimed loss: R1 530

Desired outcome: I hope to receive my money and to cancel the contract.
