Their website listed a particular guitar model that I purchased. What arrived was a different model. I notified Musician's Friend via email but they did not respond.
They seem to have a business model based upon "bait n switch" assuming buyer will accept substituted product.

Desired outcome: My quest is to recover costs without the usual denials returning the model I received for full refund.
