I filed the necessary forms for RMD in 2023. Received the funds from both accounts. Expected the same for 2024 but did not receive the expected distribution. I have called and spoke to three different reps to rectify the situation. Finally did receive distribution from SEP/IRA but it did not have the federal w/h deducted as per my request. Also, the 1099R form does not indicate that it is a IRA acct. Still nothing from 403b acct. I understand that I will be penalized if I do not receive the required amount of distribution.
