HOLDING MY MONEY HOSTAGE AND WONT GIVE IT TO ME
HOLDING MY MONEY HOSTAGE AND WONT GIVE IT TO ME. AFTER LOOKING AT GOOGLE REVIEWS SEEMS LIKE THIS IS A COMMON PRACTICE FOR THEM. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AND IF A NEW JOB OFFERED 401K WITH THEM I WOULD DELICNE
While an employee of Logistics Support, Inc
While an employee of Logistics Support, Inc. (LSI) working out of a NAVSEA warehouse in *** PA as a government contractor, I enrolled in a Slavic401(k). My last day as a contractor was October 22 and I became a full-time DOD employee for the Navy on October 25. Since I was no longer an employee of LSI, I submitted an online distribution request on November 2. Multiple places on the *** website it states that the standard processing time for 401(k) distributions is 10-15 business days. It is now DECEMBER 5, *** and I still have not received the funds. A process they claim takes 10 - 15 days has now taken OVER A MONTH. Their website stated that the process should have been completed by November 23. When I checked my account on the 23, according to their own status update, the process hadn't even started. At NO time was I contacted or provided any information as to the reason for the delay. I have had to call and email multiple times to get any information. The information is usually vague or non-existent.
I first reached out to Slavic on November 23. The customer service rep. I spoke to could not tell me why the process had not started. She told me she would reach out to the processor to find out the status. She told me she would either call or email what she found out. Of course, she DIDN'T. I called again on Monday, November 29 to find out the status. I spoke to ***. He was helpful and was able to get the process moving. I was sent an email to confirm my request. I immediately confirmed my request AGAIN. I received an email from *** that Monday that said the request has been process and will be sent out. Again, according to their own website, ACH transfers are typically received within 1 business day. When I called again on Friday, December 3 because I had still NOT received the funds, I was told it could take 3 days. Why this is different from their website, I don't know. I do not trust them anymore.

I submitted a request on December 1st to rollover my 401k funds into my *** at another institution
I submitted a request on December 1st to rollover my 401k funds into my *** at another institution. Slavic 401k estimates *** days per request and were at about half that time with 0 movement so far. *** submitted a request before that took forever getting out of the initial stages so I cancelled it, I figured this new request wouldnt be any different. Ive called in twice this week to customer service (another dead end) and sent multiple emails to get more information + speak with a supervisor to speed this process along. Any reputable company takes a week at the most to process a rollover or withdrawal of funds. And after seeing these complaints of people claiming their withdrawals taking MONTHS I feel this is my only option to receive the attention needed to speed things along. I shouldnt have to chase money that is rightfully mine. Do better Slavic.

Got an email notification for a distribution request I did not authorize. I have reached out via phone (holding for over an hour at a time) and email without being able to reach anybody. Right now I have about 45K in funds unaccounted for and there is absolutely 0 communication.
I am a former employee of a new Slavic customer so my money moved to *** when they switched administrators. I need to access my 401k for a business startup but can not create an account on their website. I have never been able to get through to a human on the only phone number available published for the company. I am very concerned that my former employer has made a huge mistake and given enormous amounts of money to a con artist. I need to be able to access my money immediately. Any help is greatly appreciated.
I got a new job and requested a disbursement from Slavic in early-mid September
I got a new job and requested a disbursement from Slavic in early-mid September. I was initially sent two checks separately one for my regular 401k, then another for my ***. Then, I was sent *another*** check. An exact copy of my *** check - date, check number, and amount all matched. I called Slavic because I was confused why I had two of the same check. They said they had stopped payment on my *** check and would re-issue. I then received, instead of a new *** check, a copy of my regular 401k check. I called again. Another "wow that's weird" and agree to send me a newly issued *** check. Instead, they sent me a new 401k check. I have received 5 checks total so far. Only one is able to be deposited. All I need is a newly issued *** account check. This company is a dysfunctional joke. I will also be complaining to my former PEO *** about them.

I put in a request on December 1 to cash out my 401K that I had with my previous employer. I have attempted to contact customer service multiple times without success. I have received one email letting me know that they have contacted my previous employer to get verification of my employment. I responded to the email AND forwarded the email to my previous HR company so that they would be able to verify my employment. She also responded to the email letting them know that she would be able to verify/validate my employment. I have emailed, called and left messages, called customer service waiting on hold for way too long. Very frustrating. I just need to know that this is going to be resolved ASAP. I deserve to get my money out of the 401K account. A customer should not have to jump through hoops to get a resolution and get the money that is their money.
I requested a roll over to Fidelity. Fidelity did not receive it. Where did the funds go? Slavic customer service response is horrible, they do not answer the phone . Literally on hold for 2 hours each time. No reply from e-mails either for days on end. Got lucky one time and left a voice mail , they did call back once but I was unavailable. Since then nothing. Now the voicemail does not even offer a call back. On hold forever with no response. Is this a real company?
Hi! I left my previous employer and tried to roll over my 401k that is held at Slavic. I submitted the request three weeks ago and cannot find a status of this distribution nor can I get ahold of anyone at Slavic. I have tried emailing and calling their customer service team and have recieved no response. I am hoping to get an update on the status as well as an ETA on when the funds will be sent. Thanks again for your help.
Does not deliver money with transparency, assigned agent would not speak with me directly or respond to emails in a timely manner
Does not deliver money with transparency, assigned agent would not speak with me directly or respond to emails in a timely manner. Still no check. They claim 10 to 15 business days in order to receive a 401K deposit. On day 12 I was emailed to tell me that my bank account didn't stand an ACH transfer. When I requested more information about the check my appointed agent would not respond on email. It has taken six calls to the customer service center in order to get her to respond. After that I requested that the check be sent to a different location and she never replied that it was valid. I'm on day 18 And no one has responded about if my check has been mailed. Reading other reports, I wonder if they will have illegally charged me an extra 10%. I need to resolve this issue and get my money in a direct deposit. Agent is Maria Briceno, Distribution Specialist.

This company collects 401k money through their own channels. My experience has been that it is impossible to contact anyone through their customer service email or phone number. I am locked out of my account and their 2-factor authentication does not work. I've been on hold for hours on multiple days with NO answer. I've sent emails only to get a reply to call their customer service. I thought they seemed sketchy but because they were affiliated with a well-known institution, I thought they were vetted. I want to move my money out ASAP as it sounds like that is another issue people are dealing with. This is serious. This is people's retirement money. There should be some kind of regulation to make sure customers have easy access to their money. Also, after ending employment, the support from the institution is non-existent, you're on your own.
This is a 401k company. This company has no communication options with its clients who have their money invested. They do not answer phones or emails. They take forever for distributions. They have terrible reviews on consumer feedback platforms. I lost my job, asked for a distribution 20 days ago. Still NOTHING! I just spent 3 hrs on HOLD before I finally gave up! I want my money and I want it now! I feel like this company is a fraud and based on negative reviews! I'm petrified I won't get my money! And after reading other people's reviews, it makes me even more nervous! If this was FIDELITY, I would have had a check in 3 days! SLAVIC... I WANT MY MONEY NOW!
This company is a 401k provider. I have gone through their process to enroll in a 401k plan. But when I try to create an online account on its website, I keep receiving an error message: "Your session has expired. Please try again." My emails to the company have gone unanswered and I'm currently locked out of my account, unable to adjust my 401k contributions or do anything else.
On 12/19/22 I attempted to call this company to inquire about my 401K. I was left on hold and then I utilized call-back option. Heard nothing for several hours. Attempted to create an on-line log in and was informed a 6 digit PIN would be sent to my phone. Received no such PIN.

Seems impossible to connect with a live person, after being on hold multiple times for over an hour with no luck each time
Seems impossible to connect with a live person, after being on hold multiple times for over an hour with no luck each time. They're also not available on weekends or anytme after 5, further limiting the ability to connect with anyone. I understand that they may be busier than usual per a recent review, but this serves no help when you're dealing with potential time-sensitive suspicious activity on your account like an unauthorized distribution request that I did not request and have no idea to who or where the funds are going. There doesn't seem to be a way on their website to even view the exact details of when this request was made or how it was requested besides the day and the status of the request and their is no other option for support besides via phone either. Very unhappy with the inability to get any type of assistance with such a pressing and concerning matter.

I requested a rollover of my 401(k) funds from Slavic to my new company's 401(k) with Fidelity. This request was made in late October 2022. When I log into my account and view "Transaction History," I can see a Distribution of $14,575.38 made on 10/28/2022. These funds have not been sent to my new account with Fidelity. I have tried to contact Slavic on multiple occasions to see if they can reissue the distribution and cancel the initial one. I have not been able to contact them after multiple attempts. Often their customer service line is closed for an entire business day, or I press the option to be called back at my phone number with no response ever received.
Slavic is holding my retirement *** order to get the phone number changed, they are holding my account/401K hostage for 5 business days.
I have a 401K account with Slavic that was automatically transferred from another company several years ago
I have a 401K account with Slavic that was automatically transferred from another company several years ago...fine.I have been trying to get access to the funds in this account for several weeks now and have spent countless hours wasting my time on hold without any idea whether someone is ever going to pick up. Calls go unanswered. Emails go unanswered.I tried to create an online account on December 13th. Was told that I needed to verify my identity and upload a bunch of documents and it would take 5 business days to get me verified and account access. I uploaded everything and...still waiting 2 weeks later with NO RESPONSE.All I want to do is roll over my funds. I finally got through to someone and asked if they could send me a paper form so I can manually request rollover and was told NO that I have to wait for account access? which is not happening? for some unknown reason?

I put in a request for direct distribution of my 401k because I was no longer employed by the company
I put in a request for direct distribution of my 401k because I was no longer employed by the company. I waited and continuously checked the portal for processing time. I received an email from Slavic that the arch was not able to be processed. Only after ready the list of complaints do I see that this is a normal response from Slavic. I logged into the portal and requested distribution with a different account. And I called to have them cancel the other request so there was no mixup. They cancel the wrong request. I emailed them to inform them and I received a response telling me they could not process the other account act transfer either. I requested an overnight check at that time ($25 fee). The request was processed on 26 august and I have not received the check; today is the 27th. If they are going to charge a fee then the check should be in my hands today. There is no way to track the overnight process and my account is no zeroed out.

Slavic 401 k
Slavic 401 k. I took out a loan request on March 25th. It take 10-15 business. The loan has been in trade status for a week. Every time I call they are vague no answers at all. Now they are saying it's going to take longer. They have really gone down hill. I have had a request to get an update from the processor *** for a week. I am very frustrated. I have done this before it has not taken longer than 7 days. I am not happy at all since I have been a consumer of there's for 7 years. I want answers and I feel since it's my retirement fund I am entitled to those answers. I also want someone to be upfront with information. I have called everyday for 5 days asked for an update its like my file will never stop pending trade. They also miss inform the consumer about the excepted time on each step, I am passed the allowed time and they ask me why I keep asking. They have really going down hill. I will be taking my funds elsewhere after everything is paid off.

Slavic401k, our PEO-used provider, failed to transfer over $40,000 of my funds.
Slavic401k, our PEO-used provider, failed to transfer over $40,000 of my funds. I left the company and requested a fund transfer to my new provider in August. They were to ACH the funds on September 8th. They claim the funds were sent, but my bank has no record of such a transaction. After multiple calls and long waits with customer service, a case was opened but there's been no update for three weeks. I urgently need a resolution and access to my retirement account funds. Their poor reputation online suggests this is not a unique problem.

I am trying to withdraw money from this company
I am trying to withdraw money from this company. The company I worked for changed 401k providers and it was a major down grade. Slavic 401ks app and website constantly crash, so after I made a distribution request. I could not access the account details because no matter what phone, or computer I used I couldnt get past the homepage. Then I spoke to a customer rep after waiting nearly 2 hours, I couldnt verify my identity after correctly receiving a link to my phone, giving my full social, birthday and address. So she could not help me. Also she mentioned that the link Slavic sends you to check the status of your distribution usually doesnt work when I told her it goes straight to a 404 error page. Why would a company purposely send out links to the location thousands or dollars that they know is inaccurate? This is a financial services company. Plus it costs nearly $100 in fees to withdraw money. Companies use this service because its cheaper for startups to offload the cost of a 401k to the individual employee. I would just like my money (its past the allotted wait time) or at least the status of my money.

Im no longer employed through my employer whom provides my 401k as of 5/5/22
Im no longer employed through my employer whom provides my 401k as of 5/5/22. I requested a distribution of funds in 5/13. On 5/24 the funds were traded and SETTLED meaning the funds are available to be deposited into my banking of choice. Im receiving the same generic message from customer service reps stating the time frame for completion is *** days. Ive been unable to speak to a supervisor or distribution absent per my request. My question is; if my funds are settled and available, why wait until the 15th day to deposit them? I was also told that the online portal time frame is off, then why not correct it. The turn around time for funds being traded to being deposited into your acct is 2 days. If this is untrue, the company needs to update their misleading information. This company is unprofessional and horrible. Ive been told 6 different things by 6 different reps. *** see that other customers have the same issues is horrible. I should not have to track anyone down for money that is owed to me. I would like to know why my funds arent deposited. Not the same old response that there is a 10- 15 day period for trading because my funds are traded and settled so this should not apply to my request.

Over charged by 10% in taxes
Over charged by 10% in taxes. Customer service is vague when asking questions. Takes almost a month to get your money. I have had *** for almost 4 years. I switched jobs. I needed to cash out my funds because it was a HUGE hassle to transfer. I was instructed to fill out the form online. Completed it on 8/12. They said they will take 20% out for taxes. (Shouldn't it be 10% if less that 9,300?) okay cool. Here it is 8/24. Reached out because it's been 12 days. Customer service (Miguel) was very vague with his answers. I had to ask him 3 questions to get 1 answer. He responded 5 mins between messages. Not polite at all. He then corrected me And stated "right. We received the paperwork 8/12. It takes 10-15 business days to process the request." That is almost a month. I asked him where is the delay. "We are waiting for HR to confirm dates, invest etc." ... okay what is etc? What dates do you need? Can I help? I am so fed up with this company. Waste of time and a BS company. I recommend due to all the fees and taxes a Roth is the best way to go. DO NOT USE this company. If your "stock" you're invested in makes money. You do NOT get the money. All you get is what you put in and what the company matches. This place is a scam. Give your business to a company who is honest and runs their company with integrity.

It is about 2 weeks that I asked Slavic401k to transfer my 401k money to a rollover IRA
It is about 2 weeks that I asked Slavic401k to transfer my 401k money to a rollover IRA. I did manage to start the process with them, but since that day it has become close to impossible to check the status of my rollover, something I want to do to make sure that there is no further delay to add to the already long 15 business days that they claim they need to clear the rollover (I did a similar operation with another financial institution and it took a few days...). Slavic401k either does not make it possible to check the status of the process on the personal portal or, as it occurs lately, it even makes it practically impossible to log into the portal itself as they have a PIN verification system (PIN sent to one's phone by SMS) as it sends that code long after it is valid. And good luck trying to reach an agent! No matter what time of the day one calls, the wait is ridiculous and you are really lucky if anyone calls back. This so much smells of Slavic doing whatever they can to make it hard for people to withdraw THEIR OWN money; either that or they are appallingly incompetent when it comes to technology and their IT department. At this point, it amazes me that anyone would trust their money to them, and I really look forward to the moment that my funds are finally rolled over to an institution that I can trust and does not mistreat their customers as Slavic appears to do.

Yesterday (12/06/22) I called Slavics customer service line after trying to login to their website to withdraw my 401k. The website flashed a message once I entered my login credentials that stated You dont have a phone number on file for the 2 step authorization, please call customer service for assistance.I immediately called and entered my account i for, last 5 of *** I had a 1 hour wait time for anyone to help. Once I reached a rep, she asked me all my information again, I tried to explain my reason for calling after I gave my full SSN but was told I need to be verified further. I was asked 3 questions which I had no idea how they were based but I answered truthfully based on living in 3 different states in my lifetime (I was asked multiple choice questions regarding where I lived in the past). After answering the questions I was told they couldnt help me because I answered the questions incorrectly. The call wouldve ended there if I did not get upset and ask how is that possible. The rep then said I could email in a picture of my Drivers License and a utility bill to verify my identity but it takes 5 business days or longer. This is unacceptable to me because there should be someone who can verify my identity real time with the technology we have today. I sent the requested information, but I called back because I was not satisfied with the answer I was given. I was hold for 3 hours without a rep answering and line disconnected once their hours of operation ended (8am - 8pm EST). I called again today (12/07/22) and was asked different set of questions, one of which I advised the rep is a trick question because the zip code of *** is listed for 2 cities. I answered the questions accurately and was still told one of my answers was incorrect. This is unacceptable customer service and the rep did not offer any solutions until I got upset. I wish to file a complaint against their business and their customer service department.

I had a 401K account from my previous company with Slavic Integrated Administration, **** When I was eligible for my new companies 401k service
I had a 401K account from my previous company with Slavic Integrated Administration, *** When I was eligible for my new companies 401k service I signed up and was informed that if I wanted to merge them together I needed to contact Slavic to get a direct rollover to merge funds. Since I have never done this before, I called in and spoke to a Slavic representative. I told her that I had never done this before and I needed direct assistance on how to do this so I didn't mess up. I had received an email saying that I needed to merge my account by a certain date in early May due to the company merging with another one. She said that I had made it in time to do the rollover. I asked her to walk me through how to do it. She said it would be easy to do online and to follow these instructions. I then later that night, went online and followed her instructions. I saw that the rollover was being processed and received the checks in the mail. I took them to my current HR rep and she informed me this was incorrect and to follow up with previous 401k. I called Slavic back and let them know that I was informed wrong and needed to have the rollover fixed. I was told they had filed the taxed and couldn't do anything for me. I asked to speak to a manager and I got one on the phone. He acted like he could help me and then a week later received an email saying they could do nothing for me. My new 401k said they can't process the indirect rollover without the full amount being put in by 7/15/2022 which is $935.89. I was told that I would have to have an accountant file my taxes to get this money back but never told that I would need to supply this money in order to process the indirect rollover. Current 401k said they can't file taxes till January and they are sitting on my money and should issue new checks. I want them to either reissue the checks so I don't have to pay out of pocket for a mistake their person directed me to make. They fired this person but will do nothing to help.

Company changed Covid-related distribution deadline from 12/31 to 12/24 without notice
A company misled participants about the deadline for Covid-related distributions. Initially confirming 12/31 as the deadline, they abruptly changed it to 12/24 without prior notice. This left participants, including myself, without the ability to submit a distribution request on 12/30. The company's Customer Service Supervisor cited ambiguous language in their communications, claiming no obligation to adhere to the previously stated deadline. Their indifference to customer rights and legal obligations was evident. Despite written assurances that distributions could be made 'any time before 12/31', the sudden deadline change and lack of clear communication caused significant frustration and confusion. Recorded calls and email communications failed to mention any deadline changes, yet on 12/30, I was informed the deadline had passed. The Supervisor's justifications were unsatisfactory, and no alternative submission methods were provided, leaving me facing potential penalties without recourse.

While an employee of Logistics Support, Inc. (LSI) working out of a NAVSEA warehouse in Pennsylvania as a government contractor, I enrolled in a Slavic401(k). My last day as a contractor was October 22, and I became a full-time DOD employee for the Navy on October 25. Since I was no longer an employee of LSI, I submitted an online distribution request on November 2. Multiple places on the company's website state that the standard processing time for 401(k) distributions is 10-15 business days. It is now December 5, and I still have not received the funds. A process they claim takes 10 - 15 days has now taken over a month. Their website stated that the process should have been completed by November 23. When I checked my account on the 23rd, according to their own status update, the process hadn't even started. At no time was I contacted or provided any information as to the reason for the delay. I have had to call and email multiple times to get any information. The information is usually vague or non-existent.
I first reached out to Slavic on November 23. The customer service representative I spoke to could not tell me why the process had not started. She told me she would reach out to the processor to find out the status. She told me she would either call or email what she found out. Of course, she didn't. I called again on Monday, November 29 to find out the status. I spoke to a helpful representative who was able to get the process moving. I was sent an email to confirm my request. I immediately confirmed my request again. I received an email that Monday that said the request has been processed and will be sent out. Again, according to their own website, ACH transfers are typically received within 1 business day. When I called again on Friday, December 3 because I had still not received the funds, I was told it could take 3 days. Why this is different from their website, I don't know. I do not trust them anymore.
